141  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a USDT loan on: March 18, 2024, 11:29:59 PM
If you are connected in my linkdln profile you will easily be able to trust on me.
I think my linkdln profile is more trusty than old bitcointalk profile
Then borrow a loan from LinkedIn, since you think your profile over there is more trustworthy… or walk into a bank, ask them for a no collateral loan and tell them that you have a very trustworthy LinkedIn profile. I guess they will approve your loan request without even thinking twice.

Yes. But some people of here are taking loan without collateral.
Also right not I don't have collateral
They have a lot to lose (their forum rank, reputation and sometime signature payments from signature campaigns), whereas for you, there is not to lose if you default the loan except your disposable brand-new account.
142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to crypto. WHERE DO U GUYS TRADE?? on: March 18, 2024, 10:57:54 PM
Almost all popular exchange have the copy trading option except for a few.

Go here and pick your poison: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

Please note that by copy trading, you are actually limiting yourself from learning how to trade, most especially in regard to Technical analysis and taming your emotions. Emotions play a very big role on how making trading decisions.
143  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a trusted service to send remittances by crypto or debit card? on: March 18, 2024, 10:39:37 PM
Try binance their P2P system is very good, and there you can sell your crypto and get payments via bank transfer, many good options there.
OP is aware of the P2P exchange options available, however from what I understand the main issue is the exchange rates that are not that good and perhaps the unfriendly Government taxes. So he's trying to look for an alternative way of sending remittances from crypto.
144  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Tax refund scheme scams on the rise using "Gas fee refunds" on: March 18, 2024, 10:31:59 PM
In the last few days, I noticed a lot of ads with this offer, scammers have spent a lot of money to make this visible. Unfortunately, Twitter or "X" with a new owner has become completely blind to recognize and reject this type of (obvious scam) advertising. I don't even know how many accounts I blocked or muted, but they still appear.

Code:
https://refund.gaseth.xyz/
https://get.etherzgas.xyz/
https://home.etherzgas.xyz/
https://refund.etherty.xyz/
https://new.etherty.xyz/
https://view.gaszeth.xyz/
https://view.getzeth.xyz/

Have you noticed that all the sites on the list are offline or unavailable? Only Cloudflare response and nothing more.
It's unfortunate that twitter has now become a safe haven for scam and phishing site, even way more than Facebook used to be. Trying to monetize twitter was the worst thing that ever happened to that platform.

I have also been seeing so many of those scam site lately

I checked out the links and all of them are online as of today except the last one.
145  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 18, 2024, 08:04:21 PM
You guys really think that negative feedback will help!!
Yes, it will help other potential clients to avoid falling into the trap of dealing with you since you don't want to take responsibility of your carelessness.

Quote
I got burnt here too and lost everything and even lost my customers, my entire business is down so do you think your negative feedback will matter with me?

That's on you! Sort your mess.

The whole point of the feedback is to warn others to avoid dealing with you here. It's funny, you look at it as a form of punishment. Stop being cocky about it.
146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: getting past break even on: March 18, 2024, 04:16:28 PM
I have been testing indicators and strategies for a while trying to come up with profitable ways to trade. But I cant seen to beat a winning rate of about 50% on a 1:1 risk reward. Nothing I tried is giving me an edge
While testing some pinescript code yesterday using a basic strategy for testing purposes of entering trades when a green candle appears after a red one I also got a win rate of 50%. So I cant seem to beat a coin toss.
You are going to have to tinker around your risk reward ratio mostly and the take profit percentages. You may also explore other strategies and indicators as well. Also, a market condition matters a lot. Certain trading strategies work so well when the market is trending, while others are far better when the market is moving sideways. Nothing comes easy mate.
147  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Transfer your Bitcoin offline with this wallet,Free and Open source! on: March 17, 2024, 11:47:30 PM
I am an intermediate programmer and I had to make a few tweaks to your code in order to get the signer to run on the netbook using an Opera v36 browser. I also found it useful to remove the "disabled" tag from the html input fields for the input and output sections of the create transaction tab.

I don't know if it would be worth it but maybe you could add an extremely bare bones signer that might more easily run on older systems for people like myself wishing to use old outdated netbooks/laptops/etc to do the signing of the transaction.

If you want more details on what I changed just let me know, I plan on doing some more tweaking to it.
The best way of having this suggestions getting seen and implemented quick is probably by opening an issue or making a feature request on Githun - https://github.com/CryptoDappRun/Bitcoin-Signer-Wallet/issues

OP hasn't been online here for over 6 months and it's very likely he may not see your suggestions.
148  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 17, 2024, 11:36:10 PM
Thought to share update.

@ Heisenberg63 had reached out to me on private message and said he would like to split the loss.
He want to split my loss as 50-50, of course it doesn’t do me good as I still do loose money.

I still told him that I am happy to split loss for $100 CAD of $415 CAD is Paid but I requested him to pay me $315 CAD back. Still waiting to hear from him since.
Still Unfair to you, IMO. What if he is just lying about the whole thing? Which means he makes off with part of the money. If he really cares about your "lost" money, then he should be refunding 100% of it with apologies at the least.

That is his responsibility.

I am still holding back my negative feedback, hoping he does the right thing, but all I just see are lies and irresponsibility from his side so far.

He should borrow a leaf from this users
1. Someone Loan using My Account
2. I've been hacked (Electrum 4.3.2)
149  Economy / Reputation / Re: PytagoraZ & komisariatku are alts on: March 16, 2024, 09:17:22 PM
I don't know why I am laughing so hard after looking back at what the drama and Reputation board loving newbie said back then  Grin
OMG.... Looks like a lot of people are starting to see me. That is dangerous. How can you do that? Please teach me

Wkwkwkw.... The reputation thread is currently interesting on the rby case. I was quite interested in it.. until I forgot what time it was

It sounded fun and sarcastic back then, but I guess not anymore, ain't that right PytagoraZ? Told you, the attention seeking would haunt you one day, here we are.
150  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: List of sites that Accept Bitcoin Payments on: March 15, 2024, 09:59:24 PM
Does anyone know how to suggest and add new products to spend-sats?
I haven't done it yet but this is what OP recommends one should do if they want a service to be added
Users can add their own websites by simply logging in through the lightning network or write reviews and ratings of websites if they have used them and paid with bitcoin

I tried checking out the contacts part, and it's just blank, so there is no way of contacting support. Perhaps they should work on that part too.
151  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project [Back in Action] on: March 15, 2024, 09:26:38 PM
Here is an example of a profile that woke up and posted, but it is still showing as inactive --- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=882254 (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=882254)
I just visited that profile and clicked on "Refresh profile". The profile information was updated and it's no longer shown as inactive.
If I am not wrong, the last parsed time for that profile before clicking on "Refresh button" was more than 40 days ago.
The refresh profile works, but it's the manual option which works only on one profile, while the other option was automatic. Lately more and more profiles that wake up and post are still showing as inactive which means the automatic parsing might have accidentally stopped which why I am trying to alert ibminer.
152  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project [Back in Action] on: March 15, 2024, 08:01:29 PM
@ibminer, it looks like the problem I discovered here a while ago is back again. Probably BPIP stopped updating a few days back.
I don't know if I have not been so observant in the past but lately there seem to be so many profiles just woken up showing as "inactive" or "archived" several minutes or hours later after posting

Here is an example of a profile that woke up and posted, but it is still showing as inactive --- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=882254 (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=882254)
153  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] AgoraDesk.com | Buy ♻️ Sell Bitcoins Anonymously! on: March 15, 2024, 07:44:53 PM
You speak the truth i asked about "tainted coins are accepted?" in telegram to the AgoraDesk admin and he banned me permanently for asking that question.
There is a difference between asking if "tainted coins are accepted" and requesting to approve your ad where it was written “tainted coins accepted”

The admin Alex or Edward can explain their side of the story here and defend their arbitrary ban over asking a question on Telegram.
I asked that question on telegram to NOT break their ToS and to be sure it was allowed on AgoraDesk to mention Tainted coins accepted, this question on telegram got me banned.

I don't understand why you all try to defend AgoraDesk when i only speak the truth and want to warn any traders who plan to use AgoraDesk in the future.
Reading what you first wrote, I can tell you are trying to twist the wording. You are even trying to tell users that the site is not safe to trade on, yet they have never scammed you. You are just a cry baby and sounding unfair to them.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of Vector Finance - Save your BENQI on: March 12, 2024, 10:52:54 PM
My question is where did you even get the so-called service from?

If you must stake, then do it from your noncustodial wallets. Not through the fake and shady DeFi projects, If they don't scam you, then they get bankrupt at some point as we witnessed some crisis in the bear market, and you lose your hard earn funds either way.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lock tokens via an API on: March 12, 2024, 10:31:12 PM
Looks like you are asking a question in the wrong board. This board is supposed to be about projects related to bitcoin, not altcoins or tokens. Maybe move it to altcoin discussion board, you might get an answer from some well versed with locking tokens via an API much quicker.

It seems to be hard for people to read, but this is "Bitcoin > Project Development" and not "Alternate cryptocurrencies > Project Development". All threads related to Altcoins and ICO's should be posted in a relevant subsection in "Alternate cryptocurrencies".

Please keep this in mind when creating a new thread.
156  Economy / Reputation / Re: Sedinvore shady AI seed finder and paid puppets on: March 12, 2024, 09:33:53 PM
Looks like he got another account to spam shady AI seed finder.
Stupid of him to think that we have already forgotten about his scam AI seed finder. And worst of all, posting from an account with negative feedback from DT members and a flag.

Meanwhile both @sedinvore and @CryptoAIDev aren't still banned even though there are some proof they perform ban evasion.
I also still don't understand why they have not been banned yet the post has been deleted. Flags and tags will do for now.
157  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 12, 2024, 08:53:23 PM
Something tells me @Heisenberg63 is lying and this is going to even look worse for him.

1. So someone stole his phone, guessed his password, face ID or fingerprint of the mobile phone and immediately logged into his telegram and Bitcointalk account and started scamming users in the middle of the deal?  Roll Eyes
How sharp is that thief?
2. Heisenberg63 and the Phone thief share the same LTC address?  Grin
158  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 11, 2024, 11:53:41 PM
Please do share the second screenshots too where he replied to your friend's text. If the evidence shows that he is simply pretending to be offline and ignoring your messages while replying to other people, then we shall tag and flag his profile.
One can not just simply start ghosting in the middle of a deal. It's shady behavior
159  Economy / Exchanges / Re: SimpleSwap, instant cryptocurrency exchange with more than 175 coins. on: March 11, 2024, 11:45:37 PM
@SimpleSwap.io I noticed your exchanger was displaced on BestChange.com (https://www.bestchange.com/simpleswap-exchanger.html) Was this temporary or permanent?
What could have led to it being disabled there?
160  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [List] Instant exchanges on: March 11, 2024, 09:42:43 PM
For example, it is strange to me why you have referral links from other competitors on your page. Are you developing your business or is it an affiliate business?
Looks more like an affiliate business. It's like an aggregator show different instant exchange rates and then when you choose one to carry out an exchange from, the person behind the aggregator will earn a commission through the referral link used to carry out a trade.

I don't know if they are reliable or trustworthy, though.
