Yeah. Low fees. But i saw that their listing fee is high. I guess it is a method of attracting only the big boys to their exchanges. A team Member on Telegram said the high fee set for list is a way of filtering out bad projects from the system since they are concerned about listing quality project That's the thing, the ONAM team has very high standards. The projects listed on the exchange will reflect on ONAM and they will want to ensure the projects are responsible and meet the requirements of ONAM. Interestingly, the team still hasn't decided whether they will charge ONAM tokens for the listing fees, for me, this is the best idea because projects will need to purchase ONAM tokens on the ONAM exchange to get listed. If the fee is sizeable then this means they could bring in a lot of volume to the platform, which provides liquidity to token holders and has lots of other benefits for users. It takes so much for a project to be listed on top exchanges. I mean to top 3 exchanges. When they do their price would skyrocket. That’s the aim of ONAM team. To be a part of the top exchanges in few months. It would only be achieved by listing good project. Very serious team, that can stake the listing fee for a good exchange platform. Have you seen the tokens they intend to list when platform goes live? very huge and realistic projects that will bring Onam into the exchange lists trading this various coins/tokens which to me is very great exposure for the project |

I think that theirs a lot of ways that something like tachain will be able to innovate the market, I mean the idea of micropayments for things we do is the future i think, something like BAT or advertising by micropayment is something that would have never been popular without crypto
I saw a superior argument in article on Twitter where a crypto influencer pointed out that BAT may not be truly decentralized as they claim to be, but then again for the future of advertisement and publishing it is almost certain that concept like Tachain is here to stay |

I don't see it getting listed on binance nor do i think it should the listing price for getting on binance isn't worth the cost for a project like this, this is a hold and earn token via dividend not a speculation trading token that needs insane volume and attention after it launches

No need for shady betting offices anymore when 2 people can bet directly against each other with the help of an immutable smart contract. I have noticed that most of this blockchain projects aim to take away shady middle men that is usually with the traditional processes. Why is that? Cos that's where the world is heading to.... The fact is crypto as a whole may be low valuation right now, but the stability of it and it's future is pretty much solidified lately, the fact it's maintained these levels even through the intense selloffs is super impressive and i think any company like tachain should be excited for what this means for the future.
Yes the future of the blockchain is a guarantee and a good thing for the world, it's going to take time but it's safe to know it's going to still be here for a long time. I would say congratulations for the very few of us who are currently in the system already it's going to be huge for us in the future |

I remember I once complained about the high minimum investment on Onam ICO. Now you can get in Onam token sale with $50.
Ya it's much more accessible now for people that only want to risk a small amount, I tend to use small 50$ or 20$ investments for project's i'm warry of as it's a good way to oget in early if the tokens end up going to the moon after launch or after a year, and its minimal risk to me I think with ICOs now public sales generally do not perform as well as private ones? I think the market now is not performing as it used to a year ago. I think most of which is contributed to post sale and the progression of the project. The reduction to 50$ would give an opportunity to more people. But if the advisor is correct, Mr. Ji Tian, who has become a Bitfinex investor and Zcash consultancy, will he be sure to succeed Covalent? Yea, it is a great opportunity for novice traders like myself to "test-trade" and actually get a hang of the exchange without committing money. I think this will greatly enhance confidence in novice traders. Paper trading means it's some kind of demo version of exchange? I seen that statement but didn't get the meaning. Yeah you're right... I am getting bored now by this market. Feeling like everything is paused for now. Its November now and BTC, ETH trading at low of 2018. No sign of market recovery.
I have stopped being hopeful of the market, I am at the I don't care point of my crypto life believing that the time is not here yet for the wide spread adoption of the market, what's going to bring back the market up is simply popular adoption by both the government and the people of the world, until then forget the value at least for now |

I've talked to the team a few times about security they seem to be taking it very seriously but i'm anxious to see how the team will really pull it off beyond the basics like 2 factor, they have to take some serious considerations on the server side for security and execution latency to really be sure that the platform can compete with the giants in the industry currently
I still insisted security is the first feature to lookout for on an exchange. I heard some exchanges was hacked days back and users tokens stolen. But with great features like we see on Onam exchnage there should be a bad ass security feature. This would keep my mind at rest. Unfortunately, a lot of exchanges do not keep up to date with their security features. I think ONAM is different because they are so focused on their community and their traders, I'm sure they will post some more information soon about how they will keep users accounts and funds protected. Yea, for many, its all about making money but they forget to see the good side of becoming a known brand, been good with their implementations will generate them a lot of benefits that will make them stand out from their competitors, security is really important and they said something abut having a third party brand that they will work with them to build up security There are cases where even top exchanged got hacked in past, is there any plan to protect user money in case of any hacking incident? I mean, I am looking for insuring coins/tokens. You talking of hedging funds for the project I guess. I dunno if bigger than any brand i can come up with but i definitly think that smart p2p gambling like this has a definite niche it can fullfill and considering how big the gambling world is even a small portion of that has some great opportunities, i hope the team can develop a nice secure niche market and lock it down well to gather attention

The ONAM MVP will be released in two weeks time, I'm really looking forward to seeing the exchanges UI and matching engine capabilities. However, I am even more excited about the public beta which I believe is planned for January. This is going to contain all of ONAM's core features and AMM tools. I for one think the trade assistant is going to be a game changer for crypto exchanges.
My excitement is growing as the day goes by. I want to know if the team is really all about action or just mere talks, I can't wait for the MVP and the Beta release is even better. Now a days every coin is releasing their MVP before the ICO only but why these people are taking so long to release the MVP. People are waiting the ICO to complete and how long they are going to take in order to release our tokens? I wouldn't say that every project (coin) is releasing their MVP before the ICO. Not at all. There are a lot of project with no real MVP at all. And in fact, if ONAM releases its MVP in 2 weeks, it's still released before the ICO. We are currently in the pre-sale period. And to your other question: The tokens will probably be released once the main ICO sale is over and once you passed the AML and KYC verification process.
