The developer team behind every token has a precise plan and the goals that need to be good explained and achievable at the stated time. Most of the investors are giving the value to the token based on its highest supply. In some cases, this is good evaluation but the demand of the investors is the crucial factor in the evaluation the specific token. Make a deep research about token you want to invest in but not only on the developer's site. Try to expand your perspective and make deeper researches on many diferent sites and compare their statements about the project of the particular token.
Even if the price is determined before the ICO sale sometimes the token can fall by a half after transformation into the coin. This can happen if the price of the token is stated t high. I had personally invested in cheaper tokens because I already had some fails with a big price tokens before. Try to evaluate your moves before investing blindly into the token that has the shady and unrealistic price.
That is all sensible advice really, but I was looking for a more systematic approach. I thank you for your tips in any case. The fact that not many people are responding to this tells me that lots of "stupid" money is flowing into meaningless companies.

What I can tell you for sure it's about there are two coins that are not very good for staking NEO on waves both of them provide only very low profit and the risk is very high. Lately many tokens have been created in the waves platform but most of them are just not really useful to say the least.
|
|
|
With that amount of money to invest you probably want to diversify your portfolio and try to make it more resistant to bitcoin crisis. to do that you definitely need to have some ether, NEO, waves, and other alternative change. Then you can go speculative with deep onion for example, enigma, and try to get a mistake and some funds so just Astro.

As I am writing this is a great moment to invest because the market is currently on a dip. We don't really know if there is a bubble on eventually it could go even lower but most likely it's possible to get good deals now. Everything seems link to bitcoin and it shouldn't be.

I know that many people invest into ico's without much knowledge. But I would like to learn how to evaluate the fundamental value of a token. can anyone give me a hint on this please?
|
|
|
I will like international projects. doing national ICO could be risky because the authorities will wake up one and place some restrictions on the project like we have witnessed with china and Korea recently. So I will always go for international projects.
Do you really think that investing in international ico's has an advantage in terms of the legal situation. Actually it's even more complicated.
|
|
|
I would wait. Altcoins are going up like mad, investing now may result in 100-200% loss in the next few weeks. The rule is simple: Buy during the DIP. Buy low sell high
I am very intrigued by your answer. Could you please explain me how can you manage to make a 200% loss by buying an altcoin? That is, droping its value to zero and then keep on loosing??
|
|
|
And the moment is finally here, the dumps of the lasts days have set a much healthier path to enter the market. If you were waiting just jump into some ether, quantstamp and get ready for the ICOs!!

How do you think, what will happen with Bitconnect coin in the nearest future? We all know that BBC can be invested into BitconnectX ICO in the next 10 days, by the price of 150$. Yesterday BCC was - 5$, today BCC price is - 50$. My personal guess is that in few days BCC will reach 100$ and continue growing. Please share your opinions.
My personal feeling is that this coin will be zero, probably in no more than 1 or 2 years. There is just overs-subscription for the service that they intend to offer and that has consequences.

Most coins are sold to a small amount of holders. 1000 People / Address own 99% of the coin
So why it this scam? When those holders drop their coins the market will fall like a stone. Most of those 99% Holders stake so the amount of XSPEC they get increase.
The coin has a Volume of 5100 BTC but all Exchanger combined (Crytopia with the most Volume) have only 25 BTC. Since only 50% are staking i dont know why all those Exchanger have such a low Volume.
The coin has absolutely no marketing and is getting pushed by Groups like "Smart Signals" (a shitty pump group which now drops signals with a success rate of 20% lmao. Also deleting signals / news when they flopp.) ^probably many kids from there will come here now and post shit.
Avoid this coin and invest somewhere else or lose money. With no marketing, no bigger Exchanger this coin will be a pump n dump until it flopps.
This coin has had plenty of marketing and if I am not wrong is associated with the Bankera project. I can say that is legit 100%, but out there it does not get much better than that. Also, I believe the dividend is as promised.

Hello everyone, I read about a new altcoin called DeepOnion, I want to invest some dollars in 2 or 3 altcoins, do you think this coin is a good investment? Im looking for a coin to hold for a couple of years, maybe 5. Comment your opinion about this coins or any other promising altcoin, thanks!
Technically, this coin is as good as a privacy is going to get on the blockchain. However there are alternatives that are setup to make the fiat conversion also quite private, thus avoiding (evading?) tax easier.

Just wondering, how much BTC / $ would you guys cash out on?
For me, 12 BTC would be quite a lot for some time and I'd probably cash out, were I in that situation.
There are only a few good reasons to cash out if you think something is going to go up. First reason is that you need liquidity to pay debts or bills. The second is that you donīt have time to watch the market and another is to diversify. Why not diversifying?

First of all congrats. I would say that rather than asking for my advice, I should be asking for yours If you want to live of crypto and have time why not going into ICOs. It is just a question of having some basic understanding of business, common sense and time. I do not have enough of the later, if not I would go into it.

Why is there such a downturn in the market? The South Korean market is the cause or the other reason?
It is just one more of the BTC cycles... nothing different from what has happened before and nothing different from what will happen in a year. People have the idea that they just have to buy bitcoin and wait, and those times are over.

Hey. Thank you for passing by, your opinion is much much appreciated. You're amazing!
I'm planning on doing the following in Europe:
Create a physical place of 24/7 gathering for gamers and gamblers where gamers can challenge each other and gamblers can bet on them (gamers too, but only on themselves). We provide HIGH END PC's and monitors for gaming, the gamers come up with their own periphericals (probably only mouse). It will be all automated meaning there's no need for employees besides security.
Why do you think that making the place 24/7 is going to be better than opening during normal hours? I just canīt picture lots of people feeling like playing eSports on a nearby venue Thrusday at 4 am if you know what I mean.

Don't waste your time with these amateurs.
They super hyped airdrop got everyone excited. First they delayed the release of their KYC instructions. Then they took the KYC site down for two days while they "cleared a backlog." They've brought it back now, but they changed the rules. Half the people who signed up are being told their wallet addresses are not registered. Many of us spent hours trying to get approved for the airdrop. I know I did. What a huge waste of time!
I hope this project fails. These guys are real scumbags. Stay away!
I am understand your dissapointment, I have applied for the airdrop and I think I will get some tokens. Anyway they are free. This project does not strike me as a fraud nor scam.

There are some collective purchase token services like Bank to the Future or Tokenator that offer discounts for investors in some token sales. I would not ever invest on an ICO that has been selling tokens with heavy discounts. Would you do it?
|
|
|
Whether it is an international project or a domestic project, as long as the team is strong enough, I will invest in the ICO project in a bull market.
I think that an ICO can be even better in a bearish situation. You can probably get cheaper ether or bitcoin to invest and as the market eventually recovers, you can potentially make a huge profit.
|
|
|
I bought 300 ELIXIR, and 300 DRAGONCHAIN, for me, those are the only ones who are going to increase a lot during the next few days. Elixir can easily get to $3 in a few days from now, and dragonchain has a huge potential to make a x10 in a near future.
I did not participate in the Dragonchain ICO because the team did not even set a hard cap. The put the tokens to the market in a clear moneygrab non-sense approach. I will never buy that coin.

People always greed. Yes, I am one of them. Recently, i lost some of my bitcon because i want more instead of holding bitcoin. so i buy altcoin but not top 10 altcoin. Would you like to share your experience? Beside, i know that airdrop is good way to gain profit. What do you think DeepOnion airdrop? It seems that they got a very good community.
I think is a very interesting coin, and its true potential will be discovered once the airdrop (which is not really an Airdrop but a signature campaign) is over. I would keep on the campaign if I were you.
