^^^ Well, of course. I took my car to the mechanic today. I have a place in the car where I keep a little emergency cash. It isn't out in the open. They stole $20 out of it. I know because directly before I took the car in, I counted it out, because they did it before. I wanted proof for myself.

In addition, as usual, they tried to sell me on a high$price job that could easily be fixed by changing a belt on the engine.

The point is, regular people and companies are ripping people off. So, why not government officials hiring the media to convince people of climate-change. It's not illegal to lie to the people... just unconscionable.

^^^ The second thing that comes to mind is a grand jury that is made up of people who have the same mindset, and base their judgment on that mindset rather than clear evidence of harm to people or damage to property.

This portraits perfectly what is the modus operandi of Trump supporters. Nothing is about facts, nothing is about the law, about evidence, about proving assertions or matching reality with what is being said. It is all about "a mindset". Even when a great jury is called, if the result is not to their liking is just because they are wrong - no need to prove anything.

Hard facts are just something that can be ignored, it does not matter that Trump has never climbed let's say, Mount Everest, with the right "mindset", all Trump supporters will swear that he has and anyone doubting is because "partisanship".

Trump supporters have the facts. Herre they are, again, for you to read... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5269905.msg55119252#msg55119252. Even if you don't like a few of these facts, there are many you will like. And none of them are illegal.

In America, standard law is "innocent until proven guilty." The law even says that an agreement CANNOT be made by the defendant to state that he is guilty when he is not. So, there you are with the hard facts. They are hard for you, because you can't get around them.

If you have solid proof that Trump is guilty of wrongdoing, take him to court on it. If you don't, it's just another bunch of hearsay like they are throwing at him in these sham trials.

Reality Check: Do you believe this is true?
"You can have anything you want if you are willing to give up the belief that you can’t have it." ~Robert Anthony
For me, it's time to try harder every day. I've always believed having a positive attitude is important, but had trouble focusing on results and deadlines. For you, do you believe you can have literally anything you want, starting with a positive attitude?

I believe this is true. But there are other factors.

An example of another great factor is combining your faith and God's faith. Jesus said, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

Remember, Saint Paul said, "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." The Word of Christ is the Bible.

Nuclear war is a hard one to guess. Ukraine is done for, except if somebody gives them troops. If the troops come from the US, will that increase the danger of nuclear war? Or will it only extend the fighting on the ground?

Personally, with the mindset of Americans as it is, I don't think the US will send troops. The war is almost over, even if the US sends some more war equipment.

The question is the same old question. If we develop communities, who is going to do the developing? And if somebody doesn't like the way his community is being developed for him, does he have to leave his "homestead" and move out?

Rather, let everybody develop in the ways they want as long as they don't break the Ten Commandments, and any laws that fall under TC categories. Then punish according to harm and damage (and maybe direct threat) he did to someone else.

He obviously means that war slows down the progress and advance of any nation which is directly involved in the Frontline. You know, those nations which suffer from the bombs dropping down sky or the destruction of infrastructure.

There are indeed companies that have interest in these kind of conflicts to perpetuate as much as possible, but it is not what he meant.

Also, it is kind of cynical to call out warmongers and then expecting an improving of one's country economy in detriment of the life of millions living in the opposite part of the planet.

It seems that in Russia the vast majority of the people are in favor of Putin. This means the war machine will be employing more people. Conflict resolution is in the works, but not from any particular nation or group working for resolution. Rather, it is the fact that Russia is outperforming just about every other nation militarily, but mostly Ukraine.

Ukraine Will 'Capitulate Unconditionally' Scott Ritter

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2023/08/no_author/ukraine-will-capitulate-unconditionally-scott-ritter/
The conflict between Russia and Ukraine will conclude with Kiev's unconditional surrender, according to Scott Ritter, a former US intelligence officer and UN weapons inspector.

On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky claimed in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that "Ukraine does not trade its territories, because we do not trade our people."

The message was dedicated to the Third Crimea Platform Summit, where Ukraine discussed ways of "de-occupying" the peninsula, which reunited with Russia in 2014 following a referendum triggered by the US-backed Maidan coup in Kiev earlier that year.

Replying to Zelensky's post, Ritter wrote that "it was NATO that suggested a trade. Russia isn't trading anything."

That mugshot of his is classic. Based on the article, 13 felony counts were charged against him. In our country, the Philippines, this isn't something new. There have been ex-presidents that have been detained due to their past administration but yeah, this isn't about our country.
Anyway, based on what I've searched about Trump's case. A felony charge could go behind bars for a year so x13 with that, 13 years? Is that right? But with bail, anything is possible. I'm just confused a website says as per google said it's not baliable, but some says it is.

Yes. It will be really funny if Trump is found guilty and is elected at the same time (2024). His guilt won't stop him from being president. It can't. It would be an interference in government. Maybe White House arrest, and out for work to the Capitol on the Huber laws.

People don't simply take a job. They apply for it. An application is really a request to the employer to make them an employee. Where is the requirement that an employer LOSE his freedom to make his own decision for whatever reason?

There are laws about hiring and firing. If an employer decides he is the kind of employer that falls under these laws, then he better do what the law says. If he doesn't, an applicant might attempt to sue him based on his breaking of one of these laws. The courts will decide.

If an employer has made his business to be outside the hiring and firing laws (there are ways to do this), then the courts will first have to decide if he followed protocols for even letting the person apply for a job. If he hasn't followed those protocols, he has pushed himself under the hiring/firing laws.

The whole thing is up to the freedom of the employer and the freedom of the applicant.

Now that Hillary is in the picture, let's please do a reality check:

Reality check
How many of the people still keeping this thread going are aware that prior to 2016 the Trump's and Clinton's were long-time friends? There is a famous picture of the smiling Clinton's standing with the Trump's at their wedding. Maybe they can help testify as a character witness at Donald's trial.   Wink

For trump it was a friendly competition. Friends arm wrestle at times, they compete in golf and chess.

If Trump and the Clintons are not friends any longer, it would be because Trump finally recognized the downright criminal activity the Clintons are involved in, and even promoting. It might be okay if it simply involved their own companies. But it involves using public media to subvert the people of the nation... and a whole lot more.

That's why he HAS a universe, and you don't.

Does Ukraine simply want Crimea land? They don't seem to care about the people there.

...

"All forces and services are in a state of combat readiness," Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev announced on Telegram. This week Ukraine touted that its forces destroyed a S-400 defense system in Crimea, and further that special operatives conducted an amphibious landing Wednesday night, and safely returned from the mission.
...

Sure sure... Putler is all about care and people, everyone knows that. If you want to know about military and other loses you should ask the Ruzzian Government about how many soldiers have died, etc... - spoiler alert - they will not tell you.

I think Ukraine has attacked a legitimate target, that is for sure, but also kicked the Ruzzian Chief Psychos in their Crimean little balls. The equipment destroyed is quite expensive and even difficult to replace, unless you take one of the ones defending Moscow to replace it (he he). It is a show of effectiveness and the ability to undertake a quite difficult covert ops right in the anus of Ruzzia.

Don't you even know what war is about? War is about caring and protecting your country. Soldiers don't like fighting and dying. But at the base of it, they do it because they care, just like Putin cares by ordering them to fight to the death if necessary.

Zelensky does even worse with his soldiers and people. Ukraine doesn't have soldiers who are fighting and dying for Ukraine. Rather, they are fighting and dying so the US doesn't have to enter a war to steal Russia from the Russians. Can you even understand the difference?

As for destroyed equipment, Russia has captured so much Ukraine (US/Nato) equipment that the little Russia might lose in a particular battle is essentially as nothing. The problem for Russia is, the US and Nato have been sending old, out dated equipment to Ukraine. So, in the long run, it is essentially useless to Russia.

But look at what this means. The US and Nato are essentially destroying Ukraine in their wishful gamble that they might somehow possibly conquer Russia this way.

Wake up.

Cool

EDIT:

~

Ukrainians deserve a chance to be free and choose their own destiny. That is real history, not made up referendums and name calling.

Ukraine IS free. But teasing and antagonizing Russia at the behest of the US is a STUPID way to use your freedom.

"Election Interference": Trump Returns To Twitter After Georgia Booking

I hope everyone appreciates the fact that this is literally a picture of Trump surrendering.

I think he hasn't sold as many T-shirts as he wanted. But. Consider the irony. Trump surrendered to be booked. This shows you that Trump is obeying the law. His 'never surrender' means when it's legal to never surrender. And that is how he has been acting - LEGALLY - in everything he has been doing for years.

All I see is Trump being a deceiving grifter ...

I fully agree with you here, he never gave a damn about his casino investors when he was  "legally" pulling out $$Millions, for himself, from one or more major projects before at lease three of the huge casinos went bankrupt. A good friend of mine who used to never follow politics sent me a link about this when Trump first starting running. Regarding one specific major bankruptcy, where Donald actually moved a very large amount into (or back into) his pockets prior the bankruptcy he literally said "The investors should have been more careful."  Trump is really not a good choice for most of his followers, and...

Biden really is much worse! "Freedom" Yeah.   Cheesy

oh, back on topic: "Putin's American hand will be cut off"
Where is any real proof Trump ever worked with Putin as a good "right hand man?" The entire several years of Impeachment build-up turned out to be bogus, and some of those Democrats belong in jail, really.

Trump didn't screw anybody. He simply worked a bunch of crooked financiers out of money they were attempting to steal from him and from casino customers. https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2016/10/donald-trump-atlantic-city-bankruptcy/

Biden is Putin's American hand. Much of the armament Biden sends to Ukraine falls into Russian hands. And they both know it.
