5921  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do I find bitcoin accepted ebay sellers? on: February 27, 2016, 06:19:33 PM
i think it's very hard to found it, the better way is you use amazon gift and buy it with bitcoin, it's very easy to get at bitcointalk
I don't think so, finding ebey bitcoin supported user not that hard. I think in service section we can easily find some sellers who offer to accept bitcoin as payment. I do always see some topics for ebay.

5923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You are now able to use your bitcoins to shop at Walmart, Chipotle, gas stations on: February 09, 2016, 10:34:45 AM
Among the places where I can use bitcoins, only KFC and Starbucks are two places where I can use it. I mainly shop at Amazon and they have yet not adopted bitcoins and the last time I asked them, they just gave a response that they'll
check it out.
5924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: February 09, 2016, 10:12:55 AM
It makes me cry almost everyday when I remember how I lose my 0.25 BTC in my first bet itself. I was very new to gambling and my first game that I played was dice where I just clicked Roll Dice and did not even know that I need to select an amount and then roll it. I lost my bet as the number was higher than what I had bet and there went all my earnings in a second Sad

5926  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: February 06, 2016, 08:10:16 AM
I wish lots of online shopping sites like Amazon and EBay would start accepting bitcoin.
If they do, I will be very happy and will purchase a lot of things, like; food, electronics, home decors, gadgets, clothes and lots of them.
5927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is 100% a US/UK government agency collaboration on: February 06, 2016, 08:03:39 AM
I think this can not be possible. This has been discussed many times, Satoshi Nakamoto can be a group of people and claiming many people in relation to US/UK agencies is highly impossible in my view.

I too don’t actually believe that. Okay, to get this straight, let me say that they have a group, but their head in charge is a man called Satoshi Nakamoto. I believe this Satoshi Nakamoto is a one man, but has a group he’s working with. Now, how do you think the US/UK would like to create something that is likely to destroy economy if given the chance.
5928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am so glad that BTC is rallying again. on: February 06, 2016, 07:53:42 AM
I am not so happy about the current price as it's just increasing by $10-$15 which is not that good. It is still $70 lower than the price it was in the start of 2016.
5929  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Never trust an online wallet, for those who don't know on: February 06, 2016, 07:48:54 AM
I dont prefer offline wallets as they crash very often. I had an app based wallet earlier but that as well used to delay my transactions after which I am using only blockchain. Don't get what issues you had with Xapo but their support has always been the best.
5930  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your predictions for 2016 on: February 06, 2016, 06:21:22 AM
I can only hope that bitcoins aren't considered illegal this year and the price rises to $500 as it was last year in November. I can't say much about altcoins as I haven't used many altcoins and the ones I used are just lying in my wallets as they aren't worth a penny now. I am glad to never invest in litecoins as now they are dying.
5931  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400 will not hold on: February 05, 2016, 08:49:36 PM
I don't think we should consider the price now as it's just moving depending on the market trades and the price isn't the final one. $400 is not a price that should last long and till July, I will be holding my bitcoins and if the price drops, I wouldn't regret as it was my decision to hold it.
5932  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: February 05, 2016, 08:34:51 PM
I always did and still believe in the concept of BTC from the first time I knew about it in 2012, it's a great financial concept and electronical theory.
Indeed, everyone has to believe in the bitcoin why should you not believe in it.
The bitcoin has a great future a head, its the currency of the future so.

Yeah, the belief that bitcoin will increase in price make it more attractive, and everywhere it is used as a normal currency so people believe in it. Also, nowadays it is becoming efficient to buy and sell with bitcoins. So people likes more to use bitcoin for online transaction than other currency.

Currently, it's only the price that has made us all believe in bitcoins but very few people use bitcoins for its use as a crypto
currency. That's the reason many websites don't adopt bitcoins as they don't feel that many users do use it or are interested in it.
5933  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: February 05, 2016, 08:19:48 PM
I agree. It is not so good to spend our bitcoins these early times, when the bitcoin story is just starting and the future seems so promising, then we should try to keep them as long as possible.
keeping bitcoins helps in keeping them at a stable value because it decreases the supply of coins in the market. but it doesnt help the bitcoin network, it decreases adoption.
Yeah keeping bitcoins increases its price, if people want to increase the price then they should have to hold it, the more people hold the bitcoin the more will demand increase and so the price will increase . But if all people sell it at a time then the price will come to ground within hours.
5934  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: February 05, 2016, 05:40:10 PM
It could happen but it would take a lot of time for the bitcoin to do that.
I think it will take 10 years and that's still even fast for a change of the currency's.

it doesn't matter how many years go by. currencies as the us dollar and the euro will never get replaced by bitcoin. what i think might happen, is that a very small not important island might be using bitcoin as second main currency. i think there was already an island where something similar happened. i can't seem to find that news article anymore.

You are right, bitcoin can never replace the real money, means the fiat, as every country has their own national currency and its fiat, which they never ever want to disappear for any others. Bitcoin can only replace the world fiat if all the countries in the world sacrifice to leave their national currency, which is impossible,
5935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Take it from me: Bitcoin will NOT die in our lifetime. on: February 05, 2016, 05:19:41 PM
Yes, I agree with you. Bitcoin will stay forever as long as internet exists. And it's popularity will be ever increasing as usual as the time passes. The very advantage of bitcoin transactions is what keeps it moving.
5936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: February 05, 2016, 05:06:41 PM
Hands down it is. Western Union is one of the biggest scams on the go. Use it and you will know how insane their fees are. Bitcoin could easily replace them and hopefully does.

Western Union also keeps track of you in a uncomfortable manner. You will find this out once you hit a quota of receivers or to frequent orders. If you send to suspect country which a lot of the offshore gambling sites are connected to you could also get snared in a terrorist angle and have to explain your way out of the corner.
They will stop transfers time to time, just so you call them and they can ask you some questions.

I prefer bitcoin

Yeah, they are teasing through its so called good service , I also leaved western union after getting involved in bitcoin. Transferring money through bitcoin is now a good and easiest way for me. So I saved a large amount of my money from wasting in fees of western union.
5937  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: February 05, 2016, 04:45:44 PM
I'm sure that bitcoin will have great future Smiley
Of course, it will not happen overnight.
We need to inform people about bitcoin, educate them, inspire merchants to accept it etc.
If all of us helps, bitcoin will very soon become mainstream.
Bitcoin is other word for financial freedom so once average people realize it, we will see many more bitcoin users here.
Nothing can stop us.

You are right as there a number of countries even developed countries where a large community of people even did not heard the name “Bitcoin”. We need to inform people about it, and to educate them in all computer academies and colleges. The governments must have to announce it as national digital currency.

5939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What or who is Satoshi? on: February 05, 2016, 08:45:59 AM
Well, I believe Satoshi is a group of people staying anonymous. They make us believe that is just a single person, so that it would be hard tracking them. They are always watching us. These people are also participating in everyday activities of bitcoin, but keeping themselves secret. Just my opinion.

I do not think so. Satoshi is a man, considering the name>>> Satoshi Nakamoto, you can tell is a man. He’s just staying anonymous just to keep bitcoin as a decentralized system. Hope he will come here and meet us to guide us further.
