1361  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic outcome on: April 07, 2020, 08:58:17 PM
Indeed, many have even left their jobs due to this pandemic and many have been laid off but, in time I think the crisis will definitely be overcome even though it cannot be resolved quickly but at least the government has another way out with many programs that might be made it will at least ease the burden on the people themselves. Moreover, there are still many workplaces that are exempt and can still operate normally in the midst of this pandemic, so I think the economy can still recover and the crisis is hopefully coming to an end.

Government programs? Like injecting more and more money out of thin air? Printing new notes?
Economy will only worsen and I do not see us all recovering from these situations at least till the next 5 years and even printing this money will only get them under super-debts. Jobless people are crying for food atm and not jobs, those who are continuing their jobs at home are also experiencing almost same conditions. The way we are now caged like animals in our homes makes me feel that we are animals. I hope we will see ourselves roaming outside our home very soon. Though, there's one great thing happening from all this and that is about our nature which is now free from air and noise pollution, our ozone layer is also getting healed due to this lockdown.

@Zionatin, thank you for your kind and helpful words. It was not just another site I downloaded it from, and I know I shouldn't argue at first. But ONHAX had been everyone's favorite which is why, I never thought that this could happen too.

Can any of you suggest me a good seller 'that has been voucher already' for me to buy such things from them? Can I buy licences for cheap here? Had never looked marketplace for these stuffs so it may be helpful for me if you have dealt with someone who can be a life savior for me.
1363  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto over health on: April 07, 2020, 07:47:03 PM
So, it seems that situation is different in other locations. At least here in Europe, including my country, there is no issues in food supply, shops are full like always. Only first few days before start of quarantine it was difficult to find some products, because people were buying it crazy. But even in most affected countries like China Italy, Spain, food supply haven't stopped and people still can find everything what they want every day. Though it's advised to go to shops as rare as possible.

Glad to hear that now everything has been opened, and I also heard that Europe is doing some operations where they have taken a very small sample size to prepare an antidote for this shit.

And I noticed that so many elderly people go to shops almost every day without urgent need, despite that they are in risk group. Is it really worth risk to get a newspaper and loaf of bread?

They get infected because they don't understand the situation, they think they can't be exposed to Coronavirus and that's the worst mentality. Even if these aged people come outside, this shows that they don't give a damn to their Government's fight against Coronavirus.

Sorry about your losses OP, I really hope it wasn’t a lot of money. You really should know better though, why the hell are you doing normal internet browsing or downloading any kind of program on a device that you store your damn bitcoin’s?

Like I said, I pray it wasn’t a lot of money but FFS, you need to be much more careful. I store most of my bitcoin’s on a laptop that never sees the light of day as far as normal internet activity goes.

This is a lesson to everybody, apologies once again Sad

The number in BTC was not so big to regret 'and was ~0.008 btc', but everything got exposed 'or compromised' to the hacker - my private key from which I sign a message here as well as have in my profile. That is what I am highly worried about, I don't know if I should sign a new message from my old BTC address confirming that it is me if a situation arises where I may be asked to prove my identity?
1365  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC got stolen. Once again! :/ on: April 07, 2020, 02:55:46 PM
Obvious mistake #1: security software and "cracked version" shouldn't really go together.
Security and cracked anything don't go together. If it's been cracked that means some unknown third party has inserted some new code in to it somewhere. That code could do literally anything. Even if you don't have any bitcoin related data on the computer you are using said cracked software on, it could be stealing your usernames and passwords, or it could even encrypt your entire hard drive and demand a ransom.

Pretty much. Hell, I don't even trust most security software, what more cracked security software. The only security software I run on my Windows device is Malwarebytes, and I don't even run it on the background. Pretty much just for occasional scanning purposes.

I did the mistake due to the fear that I had some Trojan virus that got injected and I wanted a software which could run longer, I used to trust Quick heal and had a bought version. It ended later on and I didn't buy. Later, came this pandemic after which lockdown took place and I could not manage to use my funds for this which were then prioritized for food and other important necessities. So, I downloaded it from a website named ONHAX and that's where it started going wrong for me. About the guy, it is not usually some person who personally asked me to do anything, and 'was mistakenly written in that manner' but I meant that the website owner wrote a note inside the downloaded folder and asked to follow some instructions, like installing the security software first and then patch the crack later on by clicking on the provided crack exe file.
1366  Other / Beginners & Help / BTC got stolen. Once again! :/ on: April 07, 2020, 02:06:08 PM
This may not be the right board to discuss this but I wanted to make you guys beware of what I went through, a few days ago. I was actually sick a lot due to which I couldn't come up with this to you quickly, but I downloaded a cracked version of Quick heal Total security and did exactly as that guy told me. Nothing happened to Quick heal and its trial just expired, what happened ahead was more shocking. I lost my BTC as my laptop got hacked and I had my seed stored in it somewhere. I would urge you not to save your seed and not even your private key inside a PC that goes online by getting connected to the internet daily. If you have a spare PC and have a highly secured OS installed, then only keep these things in it and always let it remain offline. Though, I would not ask you even to do that and just write down these things on a paper and keep it in a safe place, or buy some hardware that can store your BTC or a hardware material which can store your paper wallet.
1367  Economy / Economics / Re: I think we can take pride that we didn't need a stimulus bill for btc on: April 06, 2020, 06:41:39 PM
That's pretty much interesting to claim that BTC has indeed been the best performing asset even during this pandemic period and how effective gains it has produced against USD while USD index has witnessed some extensive lows. S&P and the Chinese stock pumps are looking a fake game to me while BTC looks strong enough to beat all types of markets, one of the reasons this is happening is due to very low market capitalization compared to big buds playing at Wall Street and NASDAQ.
1368  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto over health on: April 06, 2020, 04:59:00 PM
It is good that you brought this initiative @OP, but I think hodlers gonna hodl no matter whatever happens and as I am aware of one another thing, the lockdown periods will have 5 days of cooldown period too each time a lockdown ends. I don't know how will people stop coming into this virus' trap during these 5 days. Packing up food for a month won't be enough as after this month, rates for vegetables will increase at various places due to many big markets remaining closed even during cooldown, so try stocking up more food for almost 2-3 months. I think many hodlers will have enough cash too to spend for their groceries, that's why we call them hodlers. They need to break their hodling cycle if they are a COVID-19 positive 'if you are charged with the expenses that the hospital bears'.
1369  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do i earn as a newbie on: April 05, 2020, 06:24:49 PM
Games and rounds, Twitter and FB and even Telegram bounties are available for newbies to earn something from the projects available on this forum. Though, I only gave you suggestions to earn anything and not BTC specifically as you asked about earning and not what you're supposed to earn. You can trade and earn on the currency exchange part of the forum, whereas sell/ auction your collectibles and earn profits on the same. I didn't give any links in this comment because I want you to do this job yourself and find everything on your own if you are focused on earning anything from this place.

1372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really still decentralized?? on: March 03, 2020, 10:55:55 PM
Bitcoin cannot be called as completely decentralized but semi-decentralized where chances of mining it through a miner are still available for small miners but the cost to do it will be huge and the smallest miner mining it will still be called a fish because they spent big on the hardware. It is not fully decentralized because of the exchanges which have the Monopoly to stop/block your account for any reasons and you still can't do anything except agree to what they want 'eg. KYC'.
1373  Economy / Speculation / Re: How does price action really works? Traders are predicts? on: March 03, 2020, 10:29:46 PM
It all works on the concept of understanding naked charts when you point out some important key levels where you think your asset to be heading onwards, then you don't mark those levels but keep them in mind and take action whenever the price reaches that area. For example, if you see the charts, you can make a clear decision about which ones are the highers highs, higher lows, lower highs and lower lows and then deciding a support and a resistance for that asset in your mind is not a big deal. You will be able to make good trades if your mind gives you good enough idea on the levels you see on the charts.
1374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 03, 2020, 10:19:09 PM
Porn has now become a part in our daily life and it cannot be denied that every one of us is either addicted to it or just watch it for fun. Whatever it is about, but it is such an industry that consists a very big share of all the online traffic that roams to surf the internet. If porn websites even allow an advertisement about BTC and start accepting it as a payment, BTC will surely get an extreme adoption by porn addicted users and it will also bring in more money to BTC and help increase BTC price with quicker adoption.
1375  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How would I start an investment fund that invests in small businesses? on: March 03, 2020, 09:14:50 PM
A Bitcoin ETF? Will it get an approval at first?
Can't you open a crowdfunding website where you can let your investors check the PoS 'Proof of Success' as directed by Vod and invest directly into your project without the involvement of a centralized institution like SEC which will need to approve your ETF before it gets publicly released?

1377  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK REQUIRES ID PROOF - BE AWARE BEFORE YOU WIN BIG! on: March 03, 2020, 08:20:05 PM
All this can be done exclusively within the law.
For example, sue casinos/exchanges/banks that have different requirements for depositing and withdrawing money. I don’t understand why this is not officially considered fraud. Perhaps some courts will side with the applicants. And in any case, such activity will positively affect the situation. To avoid lawsuits and accusations, firms will begin to correct this themselves.

When it is officially not a fraud, applicants 'like us' will surely lose to casinos as they have enough power and money to purchase the 'decision' in their favor and this is also a fear due to which many players leave the casino empty handed and don't go for a lawsuit. There requires to be proper guidelines to the players to check with them and ask their support and keep their chat as a proof if they accept that they are not going to ask you for any KYC checks, but you also need to agree when it comes to AML checks where KYC will become a highly needed step.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to get lucky ;) on: March 03, 2020, 08:06:36 PM
You cannot get lucky whatever you do unless it is your day and luck is on your side, till then you can't do anything but expect for that lick factor to come into your life.

I have seen enough examples and I am an example of the same myself - I was playing at luckybit once when I had 1 BTC 'old days when BTC was not more than $600'. I rolled the balls and lost half of my bankroll already. Left with BTC0.5, I was shivering that how will I recover my loss. I decided to bet the full amount and see what happens and I was stunned - it was a 9x and it made me BTC4.5

This shows that we don't know when our luck will come into play and all we have on our hands to take is RISK.

... Or perhaps he kind of plagiarized the post you are referring to, with some mild adjustments here and there, in relation to: https://hackernoon.com/what-are-decentralized-applications-dapps-explained-with-examples-7ff8f2c4a460

Now I’m not sure about the intent, but 90% of the text within the referenced thread is found within the reference I added.

That's how it all works here, bud.
They know that merits is too hard to obtain here which is why they copy some HQ content from any source and without mentioning it here, they just use it like they created it. It is, infact, a crime in my eyes when we don't give credits to the person whose work we are using here or anywhere else. I am not saying that all newbies do this but many here do it for the sake of getting some merits thrown at their profiles, while those having some extraordinary knowledge in the crypto subject 'like you' start by contributing what you have expertise in and then, rest describes your history.  Smiley
1380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Affiliates - starting point on: March 03, 2020, 07:28:01 PM
Mutual loss of my traffic as well as they will never listen to me again as our relationship will never be the same after that incident 'in terms of asking about where to gamble'. One other thing I would like to add to your notes is that I would definitely look for the casinos that are provably fair and have great backend and frontend teams that will deal with any issues to give us the best experience online. I will also DMOR before sending my traffic to any casino just in case that casino has complains against it and it is not resolving them quickly, I would prefer not to play there and also not to send my referrals there as I do not want them to get scammed.
