What happens when the entire community of shits (including whales) decide to go against you? Shitcoins make whales a living, take that from them and they'll come after you. They could destroy the value of this coin and wondering if you can defend against hundreds of BTC. So how would this be resolved?
Also the shitcoin that gets the highest votes will probably be dead for a while and really doesn't matter anymore. Instead of trying to kill already dead shitcoins maybe try preventing them from being created which I find impossible now.

After over a week of the network being stable a fork happened during the night, investing now.
A .rar has been prepared containing files to help anyone (that is not matching block explorer) to get back on the right one quickly (without having to download entire blockchain).
Swap them out for your existing files in %appdata% roaming (being sure to keep your .dat file safe)

Is mining going to start after the end of the ICO or right when the ICO starts mining starts too?
mining phase will start after the end of the ICO Thats what I was hoping for, also wondering during the ICO people can open sell orders too (i know it would be useless, even stupid) ?. Just another question after the ICO ends will icebergcoin still be listed at bittrex? Thanks |

I dont have any Cloak, I was just reading it and saw the illegal shit discussion. People are funny. So lets ban USD, EURO, CYN any other currencny in the world. BEcause as you are reading this here, someone out there buying illegal shit and no body banning that currency. SO stup the bullshit. If you do not have anything tangible to offer, just stop the fud and move on.
A lot of ass-shit losers outthere trying to fill the fud all over the places for their own gain and small time traders get scared like a chicken.
So one thing,
- if you cant afford to lose, stop this shit, cash out and go invest on timeshares, goverment bonds, realestate or band interest.
- or if you decide to invest your money, make your research and if you bought it, just stick with it.

just bought 100k for 0.2 btc.. i dont think anyone with mining all these days got that number of coins.. the difficulty is too much to mine...
Untrue for some of us  But you are correct, easier and cheap to just buy right now. Its easier to just buy yes but its sometimes hard to buy 200k when no one will sell that much so mining is just easier to obtain some. |

Hope we don't want it to rise too fast, prices dropped quickly when prices spike too quick. When prices rise way too fast thats dumb money pouring in, when you see a slow and steady rise this shows that smart money is coming in which is much more healthy and less extreme price swings. I can from the slow rise that alot of people are holding onto their cloak, not alot of day traders becuase there's low trading volume but yet no one has tried crashing the prices with a few thousand cloaks. Oh I was not here for some time and I donīt have a time to read 30+ pages, but from that little that I read about OneMarket, I have only to say its amazing, but even that I agree that "(most) drugs are bad, mkey", I totally dislike the fact that "someone" can shut down listing just because "someone" dislike the fact that other ppl like drugs.
One person can't shutdown an ad, it works on a voting system so there's going to be alot more people involved in the voting process. |

I don`t think that we will be able to sell this kind of stuff in this market. if everyone votes that weed should be allowed, then let it be so. The only items I can see that shouldn't be allowed are: -weapons and munitions like ak47 and grenades/landmines -child porn -human trafficking Child Porn/Human Trafficking should never be condoned. However, I could see weapons and munitions getting sold its a second amendment right. Besides how is everyone suppose to prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse? As long as it's non-political like most weapons laws are then the marketplace should do just fine. Most countries that have weapons bans have the highest crime rates. I agree that weapons that hold a valid civilian application should be allowed. So if its legal for me to target practice with a BMG .50 CAL, then I should be allowed to buy one. But I don't see people using landmines for hunting or claymores for target practice. Those types of weapons have a strict military application and in the case of landmines, are banned by most countries. Since that is the case, then those weapons wouldn't list. I say we let it run and see what happens. CLOAK devs can always put the brakes on stuff like that. I'm sure if we see someone selling missiles or C4 we're going to vote against it  About the devs intervening I think once one market is up and running the devs can't control it unless they get everyone to update their wallets. In fact i hate coins without IPO. What happens when a coin get launched. 40GH/s and more, so you will only receive 0.0000 coins, so a lot of electricity waste. With IPO you will receive X coins , no electricity cost, no nothing. A coin shouldn't need an IPO, coins are only as strong as their community supporting it. If a dev needs funds then ask the community for it, if they truly support this coin they will help but an IPO is just nonsense. Someone starting a coin is not opening a company or business, their starting a crypto currency so an IPO is nonsense. 90% of IPOs showing up on this forum are scams. I've seen some coins have an IPO for 100 BTC! like for fuck sakes what are they going to use that for? Nothing real and nothing useful. Now how the hell do you trust this Dev? He hasn't provided an escrow, hes not even a week old member here. Nothing innovative or new with this coin just empty promises like alot of other alts like this one (I've seen alot of them). Who cares, sell whatever they want isn't that the purpose of a decentralized anonymous market? Whats the purpose of it if your going to just sell merchandise? You can do that at ebay. If onemarket becomces the next silk road, who cares if your not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about and besides if it does become silk road we're all going to be rich. Just looking at some of those sell orders already, they must have had pretty powerful mining rigs, as I managed to get 60 coins in 12 hours on a pool, mining from the beginning I add, and one of those sellers sold 1800+
I think the price should be higher though, but if people keep dumping it, then it will fall.
I mined quite abit and seling right now puts me in almost 50% loss. So wondering how are people selling at such a low price, its not even profitable. I even mined at a very cheap price too! There's practically no volume at allcoin so I wouldn't really take their rates as an official rate. We need c-cex to start with then bittrex later on. c-cex is even worse than allcoin Atleast more volume, bittrex will come when there's enough people here supporting the coin (tweeting bittrex, requesting adding this coin in their irc). |
