PS. Main thread needs some updating, I recommend having it update to date at all times. Seems outdated with a few updates and the voting for btc38/bter should be removed. Voting was a fake like btc38/bter is.

Thats what I was thinking, I saw that sell wall when I woke up and thought it was eaten but seems the seller is just messing around. I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to make people thinking the dev is dumping the premined coins so they all dump and he just buys loads for cheap and make some quick profit.

It would be funny to see someone destroy that sell wall and a huge pump right after. That seller would be beating himself for selling.

LOL, that 178k sell order is back. Its not that big of an order seeing that its only 1.5BTC. Wish I had that would of snatched them all.

This is just stupid, these sellers are really making me angry. A few hours I filled orders upto 675 satoshis, not one person bought at around that price it was almost instantly dropped to back to the last price in minutes and the sell orders started to flood in again as usual.

The hell with these sellers, buying at the lowest price possible and not budging if they want to sell I'm going to make them sell for the least profits possible.

@cryptokk noticed that your using the old SMC logo the invisible one.

You'll notice that network hashrate jumps about 200-300 MH/sec everyday for hours then back down to 200-250 MH/sec I'm assuming someone is mining when diff goes down and mines a bunch of coins then stops and dumps them at lower and lower prices. Once difficulty drops back down they start again repeating the process. It sure seems like someone is trying to destroy SMC.

Just a suggestion would it be better to set the block halving based on the number of blocks. For example every 50k or 100k blocks reward is halved instead of having it halved based on a period of time?

not sure getting SMC on mintpal is going to make a difference. Our problem isn't the lack of exchanges. I've been watching the market since it was added to cryptsy and all I see is someone bringing the price down everytime it goes up abit.

It does look like some haters are trying to make this coin worthless. I've been buying over again but the amount of sell orders is just stupid.

I  have also been watching the total coin supply and its increasing extremely fast and that is leading to large amounts of coins being sold.

I think we should consider changing the coin specs (block rewards, block time...etc) something to slow down the massive increase in supply. I mean if we continue on this path and ~50 million coins are mined in the first year, we will never see the 1 cent value again.

I hope a poll could be created so we can vote.

Bter voting is just for the hell of it, they're following what other competing exchanges are doing. I'm guessing you'll have to bribe them to get SMC added.

Well if you ask the dev politely and maybe even PM him and ask about the progress you'll a reply. Your spreading fud and complaining, not sure anyone invested that heavily and in perfect mental condition to be doing that. You should be trying to contribute as much as you in smartcoin and thats not only money wise if your that supportive of SMC.

Your complaining will just scare away new comers.

Some people don't deserve to be online and don't deserve to use bitcoin or any other coin for that matter.

When you used coinmarket you would notice that they had written on every page that its a beta version of the exchange. Trade at your own risk, and not to deposit a large amount of coins.

So you would expect alot of downtime as they improve the exchange thats why its called a beta exchange.

Its not really hard to read unless your blind.

Wondering why SMC isn't being prepared to be exchanged on bter, particle and C2 have been added and we have as much votes as particle.

I guess another unfair vote, bter picks what coins it wants no matter the votes.

I wouldn't advise anyone to give send a cent to mintpal for votes. I disagree with buying votes, if people like the coin they'll vote. Instead of paying those exchanges donate to SMC devs.

looking at the bter votes and pretty funny to see Coinye coin in 1st place with almost 2000 votes. Must be a bot creating accounts and voting 24/7. I thought that coin had problems with copyrights. I guess someone holding a large amount is doing the voting.

I don't think smartcoin has be 1st place. Bter did say they will "more" coins so maybe the top 3-5 coins? I am sure they noticed it and SMC won't be ignored but damn can't stop laughing at coinye coin.

Edit: its been about 10 minutes and coinye coin got about 75 new votes...hard working bots.

You do make a good point, I've notice theres way too much SMC being generated in a short time.

Another way around this, instead of changing the block reward and halving maybe change the block time from 40 seconds to 2 minutes or somewhere you think would be suitable?
