141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about the next alt coin? on: March 03, 2020, 07:25:47 AM
I think altcoin can still provide profits to its investors, but not all altcoins because there are many altcoins that have small transaction volumes. Altcoin which has a large transaction volume will be in demand by investors and are usually traded in large exchangers
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 start of a fresh market for crypto. on: March 03, 2020, 07:22:15 AM
I'm a little relieved entering 2020. Bitcoin has touched $8000. Hopefully a good step for the future. 2020 needs improvement on crypto market. Investors and traders will have new spirit and trust if they find good things this year.

2020 may be the year to make the cryptocurrency market recover. When viewed from the market cap value, crypto market value is still 30% of the highest market cap value. There is a moment Bitcoin Halving that might be a trigger for the price of Bitcoin to rise and hopefully in the end the price of altcoin will also go up
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: March 03, 2020, 07:18:51 AM
Sounds like an escrow plan but not all new projects will abide by this and I won't blame them because not all bounty manager can be trusted either, they can take over the bounty allocation tokens and do  anyhow with the tokens for example share few portion and keep the rest
Yes, currently not all projects use escrow to store their tokens, only a few projects make escrow, except for projects posted on this forum service, all of which have escrow and payments are also on time and payments are also mostly in the form of Bitcoin.

Only a few campaigns use escrow and I think it's a good idea if a campaign uses escrow because bounty hunters think the project is legit. But to see whether the campaign is good or not, I think choosing a long-time bounty manager is one way to determine whether the campaign is good or not.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronacoin on: March 02, 2020, 06:21:15 AM
At each death a quantity of the coin will be burned.
Death? of the people lives?

Who created this coin? this is nonsense! What kind of coin is this? mocking the victims who are suffering.

I think coins that take names with names that are popular are scam coins and should be avoided. Projects like this in my opinion will not last long and only take advantage of people's ignorance. Hopefully the founder can sympathize with the victims and not make use of the disaster to benefit
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not replace fiat currency on: March 02, 2020, 06:17:54 AM
The central bank still plays an important role in driving the economy and I think cryptocurrency can be a supplement or alternative payment. There are still many people in this world who understand cryptocurrency correctly and most still have negative perceptions. But I think cryptocurrency will get a place as a means of payment because it is more practical and saves a lot of costs
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Ethereum, Which Smart contract platform is better? on: March 02, 2020, 06:13:50 AM
In my opinion the following are good platforms:

• Cardano (ADA)
• Tezos (XTZ)
• Ontology (ONT)

Note: I am not holding any of them since my bag is 80%+ BTC.

Many people say that Cardano is a prospective coin and I think with great liquidity and traded on many exchangers, Cardano can be a profitable investment. Ethereum is still popular because ERC-20 tokens are used by many projects and I think it takes a long time to shift ethereum
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Resist all temptation to fomo on: March 01, 2020, 02:31:12 AM
Im sure we are all aware what fomo means.

Bitcoin has indeed ran a good race to over 10 000$ and it has pushed up the prices of altcoins simultaneously

Do a proper root research before getting into altcoins, resist all temptation to fomo.

Because when btc moons, the dead alts can rise momentarily only

NB, FOMO is not a good feeling during the bulls

When the price of bitcoin rises, you should avoid altcoin which has long been inactive. The price of altcoin rose too high because the price of bitcoin went up and this is normal because bitcoin is used as a benchmark.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying low selling high ain't always successful on: March 01, 2020, 02:27:59 AM
Buying the dip has its bad side and that's unable to predict market movement You buy the dip, it goes dipper. You buy the high, it goes dipper, you convert to usdt, it starts surging ....I quit buying low selling high for now

It's easy to say buy at a low price and sell at a high price but I don't think anyone can afford it. Only people with long experience in reading market movements can do it and I think cryptocurrency is not the same as other investment markets because it's fundamentally different
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stay away from Vindax on: March 01, 2020, 02:24:08 AM
Stay away from Vindax exchange, they are scammers in disguise, I've withdraw since 48hrs now and I never received my coins and there is this unbelievable act of stealing, check this image below

The pictures shows that if you want to withdraw from Vindax you are only allow to insert two digit numbers after 0.xx , meaning every other sats after 0.**678889 belongs to indax after removing their high withdrawal fee, after all this I never received my coins

Large exchangers have significantly reduced withdrawal fees and I think exchangers who still charge high fees will be abandoned. I think it's better to trade on a large exchanger and I think a project is not just listing on one exchanger
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus ain't helping on: February 29, 2020, 12:29:43 PM
Lately i was thinking if there was no coronavirus epidemic then bullish will be dominate the market but indeed these are beyond out people expectation and seems if this desease continue then it's not impossible to this year change to bearish again because admitted or not china have important role for cryptocurrency development and the situations from that country will determine the market whether it bad or good will have biggest impact for crypto

Coronavirus has caused concern for the business sector and the global economy. If this has not been resolved, it is feared that an economic crisis will be worse than the latest economic crisis. Safe haven assets such as Gold have begun to be affected by the price and corrected quite deeply. Hopefully this epidemic is quickly resolved so there is economic certainty
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To ALL the cryptocurrency and blockchain project OWNERS! on: February 29, 2020, 12:26:15 PM
Where do you choose to advertise your project on?
there are many ways to advertise a crypto project .
Option
  • social media such as fb,twitter, telegram
  • blog  making a blog in many different crypto related website
  • forum ads
  • signature campaign in bitcointalk
  • youtube videos .

One of the easiest ways to market and introduce new projects is through bounties. With the number of bounty participants in the hundreds or even thousands on social media, I think the scope is broad, but now it is difficult for bounty hunters to find good new projects.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP ready to make an Epic rally... on: February 29, 2020, 12:22:35 PM
I did not join the crypto market when Ripple pumped to its all time high but I observed in the latest 2 waves of altcoins, late of 2019 and early of 2020, Ripple is one of the worst altcoins to invest. The coin did not rally significantly, and its rally is much lower than other altcoins.

We have seen the coming rallying wave of altcoins after their massive dumps last 2 days. I wish this time, Ripple will do perform its rally from its bottom (around 25xx satoshis). The price at 42xx satoshis is too far and difficult to be hit if Ripple won't get big momentum this time.

In my opinion not only XRP, there are many altcoins whose prices dropped more than 90% from the highest price. XRP is a concern for investors because it has a large transaction with the largest market cap value 3. XRP has a large community and is traded on almost all exchangers, I think when the market starts to recover, XRP can recover again but I am pessimistic about touching the highest price again
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is NOW the time to get into Ethereum ? on: February 28, 2020, 12:28:23 PM
Yes, I know that there are many coins , and everyone has a favourite. But with the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade close, the move to Proof of Stake and the performance improvements promised , is now the time to get seriously into Ethereum ? I discuss this in the following video , as well as the opportunity it provides :

https://youtu.be/O8gTpGu9D_c

By the way , if you forward to 13:15 I also share my equation for getting Bitcoin at a lower price

Even though ethereum will be a coin POS, I think ethereum is still a magnet for investors. Apart from the large liquidity factor, ethereum is still the main pair of exchangers so that the transaction volume is still quite large
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are now showing up on: February 28, 2020, 12:22:48 PM
Those kind of scenarios you have mentioned had been out there since the start of what so called ICO Token sale, they did left at all, even at times when BTC are in slumping state they are still trying to fetch money from any possible investors in their shitty projects. Only those who are new in the business will only fall in that kind of scheme but for old investors and who have in the business for a long time they don't care at all.

ICO scams have been rife since early 2018 when the price of Bitcoin touched $ 20k. It is necessary to be vigilant in choosing ICO so that we are not deceived, but in market conditions that have not yet recovered, I think it's better to invest in coins that are already on the market and traded in large exchangers.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: February 28, 2020, 12:19:43 PM
Don't hold some good but random altcoins for a long time. If you still want to hold then don't leave their telegram group or other social accounts, check updates on a regular basis. Because if you just hold and keep it in a wallet for 2 years then who knows after 2 years your coin's value may turn into zero value, because of the swap!

I lost many coins because of swap things! Recently Insolar is swapping their token, I did not know about it, because I have been holding for two years but did not care enough as the price was very low! Today I was checking the Coinmarketap android app and saw Insolar coin increased by 530% but their ticker is XNS when I knew it was INS! So, I joined their telegram and get the updates about the swap! Unfortunately, If I fail to swap on time then all of the value of my holding coins will be zero! So, except Bitcoin, Ethereum, don't trust any coin for just buy and hold for a long time, rather keep updating yourself!

For tokens, it is necessary to continue to join the telegram group so as not to miss the news about the swap. At least we follow the social media project that we hold the tokens. For altcoin, I agree that we shouldn't hold on in the long run because there will be new projects that might be more profitable
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has Blockchain Technology revolution is successful or not? on: February 26, 2020, 12:48:10 PM
Since the introduction of the cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Alts) and its revolutionary Technology called Blockchain, way back the year 2008 until now, what was the development they are contributed to our society and how the blockchain technology helping our current industries and services? is the Blockchain Technology revolution is successful or not? Is there any alternative drop in your opinion below!

Blockchain technology offers transparent ledgers and also good security. I think this is a technology that can be used for various business purposes because banks have studied and some have used blockchain technology. I think blockchain is a technological revolution because with transparent ledgers, people believe that there are no duplicates in transactions
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No trading volume is same as dead coin on: February 25, 2020, 12:20:21 PM
Are coins and tokens that have good value like 0.02 or even 0.2cent on exchanges with no volume the same bad news as coins that haven't made it to an exchange yet? what do you guys have to say about this? i am currently holding two different tokens with good value but no trading volume, any hope for such projects?

No volume means no one want it or want to buy it, and when no one want something it means it doesn't have value thus it can be likened to a dead coin. There are many projects or coins like that, had a good public sale, listed on exchange and then everything changes or to be more specific the true nature of the project becomes known. The question is, those coins with good volume what differentiates them from those without good volume? It all comes down to the team. So lastly, a dead coin is a coin from neglected project which results to no volume on exchange.

You're right, a dead coin is rather a signal that everything is bad with the project and it is unlikely that it will be able to at least rise from zero values on the exchange in volume in the future.

Dead coin means no active transactions on the market and also has a small transaction volume and sometimes even has no transaction volume at all. It is categorized as a dead coin because it is not able to produce products and is not trusted by investors and is also abandoned by the developer team so that the project is stopped
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys, be aware of a new scam! Stay safe with your funds! on: February 25, 2020, 12:16:48 PM
Now especially that we are in the golden years of crypocurrency scammers will be back with a better revenge on investors, I just hope that investors aren't as stupid and lazy as they always are in 2017/2018, hope they've finally realized the importance of research

Investors who have long been in the cryptocurrency market are increasingly aware of how scams occur and their mode. What newbies in the crypto market need to pay attention to is that they are not interested in promotions or airdrops that look too good to be true.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Chain or Binance DEX hype is gone! on: February 25, 2020, 12:13:05 PM
I remember last year, everyone was so hyped about the Binance DEX! Any project goes for Binance chain got huge pumped and price to become very high! Many good projects kept migrating from Ethereum to Binance blockchain! Even people started saying that Binance chain will be bigger than the Ethereum network at the end of 2019! What happened then? Right now, there is no hype for Binance chain and many coins have shit volume in Binance DEX! Do you think any other chain can overtake the giant Ethereum Network?

When it was first launched, the Binance chain attracted many new projects and migrated using it but it seems that it has begun to diminish. Binance DEX still has a small transaction volume compared to other already popular DEX and I think it takes time for Binance DEX to grow larger. If it is able to increase the volume of transactions, I think many new projects will start using the BNB network
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have some funds to invest-- How do I make a good decision? on: February 24, 2020, 08:00:22 AM
There are so many coin out there, Please what do I look out for to make a good choice for investment into any of the coin.

Please be sincere.

Thanks

Choosing altcoin as a long-term investment, in my opinion we can see it in coinmarketcap. Large liquidity and actively traded on large exchangers is one factor that needs to be considered. If a token or coin has large liquidity, we have no trouble selling it when we need money
