3,000 bitcoins were spent on this loser and you are worried about your .1 btc? Trying not to sound too terribly insensitive, but if .1 btc has got your panties in a bunch this isn't the scene for you. You either can't afford to be gambling here or are too thin skinned. I lost .3 on that piece of shit, and the last thing that came to my mind was to throw up a post asking for help. Instead I found another coin and made it back that way.

You know how many coins have died in the last year? they go to near zero and get delisted from the exchanges, that's how they die. "Very few altcoins will survive" would be much more accurate to say, although I'm wondering if that's too optimistic.

I don't get it. The coins we are buying represent shares in this company? So coins aren't actually used in the interview process? is this service free, and if so where does the revenue come from?
Our service will be free only few months(during beta version). Before u write pls read topic thoroughly. I did read it, a couple times. You don't even list the total coin amount for Jebus sake. It does not answer my questions, what do these coins have to do with the service? will they be used to pay for interview requests or what? the ann page is so vague it's laughable, good luck with this shit.

3k btcs is WAY too much for a new coin. I bought too early, exited this disaster with a small loss the first day. This crap is a model of the sort of ipo to avoid, one that's way overvalued. Really unbelievable the developers made a mil off this vaporware.
Oooo, poor soul, go figure, you exited the first day, you did not managed to make 3x profit in the first day right? )))) GTFO! You are the CRAPT here pal. Coming here to throw shit? "This crap is a model of the sort of ipo to avoid". And what's the IPO to get in? The ones who make you profit in the first day? You know, if you make money other loose...so GTFO you hypocrite with this bullshit. "Really unbelievable the developers made a mil off this vaporware." You knew this info right from the start. Why the fuck did you entered in the first place? What have you told to yourself ... "there money to be made here...I get in, and get out fast the first day with 3x profit". Guess what, those days are over, you need to use your brain and patience from now on. How's your coin looking now, you fucking Chimp? Enough giving these scoundrels easy money, STOP BUYING ICOS! (at least expensive ones).

I said I bought too early, meaning it wasn't anywhere near sold out - otherwise i wouldn't have bought any. The type of ico to buy are undervalued ones, like maryjane and bitswift. You know, ones that start cheap and get expensive not the other way around? This coin fucking sucks ass from any perspective other than the developers, who laughed all the way to the bank. As far as how I did, I sold at 10 sats lower than I paid, which was about 3x what the price is now. You still holding this piece of shit?

"Think as bitcoin as "cash", it is just as unsafe and anonymous." It's a hell of a lot less safe than cash. Cash physically changes hands for an item that is right there, to be seen and handled. Btc is sent for stuff over the internet, and the hope is you will receive what is expected. If not, you have no recourse. A middleman like Amazon could tell the retailer to refund the btc, but there is no way for them or you or anyone else to take it back. The seller has to be willing. This is the flaw in crypto, this is the elephant in the room. Relying on the goodness of human nature doesn't work in the real world because humans are assholes in general.
To say that btc is safer than credit cards may be true if you aren't spending it, it's harder to hack into. But then again you just have to dispute the bogus charges, which is a hassle but at least it's an option. It's also "safer" for a shitty seller who doesn't want to worry about chargebacks. In any other sense credit cards are safer.

Not sure if you are being facetious or whether your question is a serious one, but darkswift never made it to an exchange. The wallets from what I can see are disabled, and the buyback option is bogus. Total scam.
I was being facetious and my post was a reply to god donut. He thinks I'm a grumpy whiny pussy. I think he's wrong. Sorry if you lost btc on this. It doesn't look good. Probably another carsen klock scamcoin. Current number of blocks 11049 Last block time Sun Dec 7 15:05:25 2014 DarkSwift coins have been sent out to their rightful owners. Please check your wallets and let me know if you didn't receive your share Also the buyback page is up now http://darkswift.icohive.com/buyback.phpEverybody who is willing for any reason to refund their investments will be able to do so at this page received my coins waiting for an exchangeUnbelievable. That sums up the sorry state of altcoins. Who cares. As far as it goes seems that my risks are close to zero. If nobody will buy it on exchange - I dump it back to dev - if someone will - I quit with profit. May sound cynical, yes, but I believe in money - I don't care if this is next Bitcoin or another vaporware - if it fills my pockets with BTC's - count me in. For now BuyBack is working so I'll hold on till exchange and see. It's too bad so many people have that same attitude. Because there are actual coins out there that have real world usage potential. Unfortunately they get lumped in with all these "get rich quick" ICO's that have tainted cryptocurrency and turned it into a bastion for scams and ponzi schemes. I guess with over 5 billion dollars fleeing from crypto back to fiat over the last year there will be more and more of these as people continue to fight for scraps and get what they can before the entire altcoin world comes crashing down leaving just a few survivors. At least I'm not a grumpy whiny pussy as you are Red some of your previous posts.. I do believe I'm done with this f'd up scene, think I'll quit while I'm ahead. The other q is whether I should hold onto or dump my btc.

While you are correct that the price of bitcoin has risen by roughly 10x every year for the past several years, I do not think this is going to continue. The 'law of large numbers' will unfortunately prevent this rapid pace of price appreciation from continuing.
Bitcoin went from over $1100 to $345 in 2014, btc yearly 10x rise ended 1 year ago.

One of the reasons old school credit cards are so expensive to use is you get protection. You have recourse in case the product or service you paid for isn't as advertised. You have insurance. Crypto offers none of that, once you pay your money is gone forever. Does anyone honestly think this will ever be mainstream? you are delusional if so. I'd also like to add that yes, 2+ years ago btc was a great investment. The last year it's been a terrible one however, a few early adopters got rich off a bunch of late buyers. I just don't see a rise happening again, joining the bears.
