ICO is all anyone needs to see or know. Run far and fast. Don't say you weren't warned.
ICO or not some do survive and some do last a good ammount of time. Even not been an ICO half of the BS coins that come out are stupid dont offer a real good service other than a clone of a clone of a clons clone and give nothing new. Least this has something that can be used and be useful. And if proven successful could easily lead the way forward for ICO coins. Only takes a good team with a passion and drive to provide something that they are passionate about to get running and keep on running. But like any other ICO time will tell with it. Nice speech. Doesn't change a thing. Give me a list of ICO coins that have had any amount of success. I haven't seen any. Mary j and vior are the ones i have who have amazing potential and have grown multi fold from there ico price and you are blind if you cant see sendcoin succeeding too. Vior more than 80% below its all time high and dropping fast. 44% in the last 24 hours. Order book is at least 10:1 sell Maryj more than 50% below all time high and dropping. Order book is at least 8:1 sell Both charts look like classic P&D and neither have any volume. If you see amazing potential in either I'm afraid you're the one who is blind. Good luck if you're holding them. You're going to need it. Lets' revisit Send in a few months and see who was right. An ICO coin leaves no incentive for a dev or devs to stick around once they have YOUR BTC. The problem isn't where they are now, but that this coin has an extremely small chance to be profitable for ico buyers - unlike Maryj, who's ico was incredibly cheap. If this ico does manage to succeed, 350 btc is way too much at this point in time, the starting price will be way too high.

You are living in a dream world. No one will give a rats ass about doge or nearly all other alts without btc in the picture.
Doge looks much less volatile than BTC to me - i prefer trading Doge/alts to trading BTC/alts right now for example. If btc falls to nothing doge trading will become a novelty only, with no value attached. It will consist of a few dozen nerds totally in denial. If btc falls to nothing doge rises against BTC - and not only doge People will go crazy for alts and dump BTC The only thing that give any coin value is the hope of mass adoption. Btc is the poster child for crypto, if it fails it's over. I'm out of this thread, go on with your fantasies if you want.

alt coins are priced based on btc. say a doge is worth 60 satoshi, if btc goes really low are you saying 1 doge = 1 btc? that would be impossible because only 21 mil btc.
Of course not, doge and nearly all alts will go down at the same rate as btc. Look at the mkt caps - they follow btc with every up and down. I don't know what the future for crypto is, but right now it's looking really bad. all that's looking bad is bitcoin - if bitcoin goes to 10$ and becomes even more volatile doge for example would be traded for fiat mainly Bitcoin already is close to completely worthless as basecurrency. The volatilty is unbearable to trade any serious coin against. You are living in a dream world. No one will give a rats ass about doge or nearly all other alts without btc in the picture. I hate to say this but I see a crushing near future for crypto.

I've made some decent money this last year and had a lot of fun, but I'm on the verge of cashing out (what little btc I haven't already cashed out) and moving on. This has made me really sad lately, like I said it's been so entertaining.

Why is the block reward so low? And also how will the premine be used? Will the premine address be made public for the community to see?
The block reward is high compared to what it will be in 10 months. The premine is mainly for developments and promotions and hopefully some more GIS professionals will come on board and can get paid a little amount for a lot of work. GIS people often like to work on open source projects for free though so it's good. The address can be made public. This sounds like a good idea since there is some concern over the pm, could you please do that Tobler? Yes of course, the block explorer shows this for block 1: http://104.236.52.122:8331/b/86S6ZuHZdThe only concern I have heard about the premine is from my developers telling me its not enough Thanks, I think it's very reasonable too. In your initial pre-ann and in the first couple pages of this thread there was some questions about it. People are just used to shitcoin scammers is all, now there is no doubt for those suspicious that the coins being dumped at 10k sats lately isn't you. Just for those who aren't good at math, current coins at 10k sat we are looking at mkt cap of 14 btc, or about $3,500 (not incl the pm of course).

Yeah seems god punished me yesterday. I was little bit high and talked too much. Luckily anyone trusted in me so nobody lose money . To be sincere, this spike is surprising me, I still don't think the bottom is in, we'll have to see how the month ends. If the month ends penetrating hard the last month, we could see a big new bubble and of course I will buy. If ends below 300$, the 150$ bottom will be penetrated again. With respect to RBR, I'm not in, as I said, but it's clear that a big pump will come, so it's a good buy opportunity (I'm not trolling). Regards, Askenaz. God has nothing to do with it. Just stay in school and watch, this is good advice - you will lose in altcoins.

Price, price and price, but what can I do with this coin?
Well at one point there was talk about what the coin could offer and how it could be bettered, but the moment it got to exchange its been all about how much one can make off of it. This is what turns good devs into greedy devs. Coin could potentially be abandoned given these circumstances. I don't think the dev is in it for a pump/dump, he seems to honestly be in it for the development towards something real. If you look at all the coins that have pumped big over the last couple years nearly all have been pump/dump scams with bs promises that never happened. Here, we have a dev saying what he is aiming for (which is pretty exciting) and admitting it won't happen next week, but long term he expects this coin to be huge. We'll see, but this coin looks more promising than something like Bitstake, for example, that is an obvious scam/shit coin pumped by the usual suspects. I make no apologies that I used my profits from that shit to mine this coin that I feel could actually be real.

So, is that 5k sat sell someone who dumped into his own coins in an attempt to pick up cheap coins from a panicker or a really stupid person? my guess the former, no one is that dumb, are they? My guess is this coin will be over 100k sats next month.
