So...who wants to help me test this tomorrow?
Question - Do both parties need to be completely updated for this to work? I would really like to try this out but want to make sure all of the details are correct (am updating everything per Russell's earlier post but would like clarification on if the receiving party needs to be similarly set-up)...

Awesome news...and thanks Pizpie, for explaining. Terminology is different across platforms and that helped me out...seems similar to a concept I am familiar with which makes me all the more confident here with NHZ...not that I wasn't...

Who bought Fibre at 20-30 ksat last month they already sold way back. Now at this volume we see the new accumulation phase at the 60-70 ksat prices. Price will be charged and this stage will be the ground because marketcap is tiny - 160 k$. We will only grow up with the future releases. We don't need volume and pumps now, I'm still accumulating
Well, I bought somewhere between 10k and 20k and I guess many others did too. Sold some of it, but still holding about 15 BTC FIBRE. I would have hard time selling those coins now. I really hope you are right guys. I started with 3 BTC and now made x5 profit and got my 3 BTC back already. Wow. Nice. I wish I had as much btc. Hopefully we get to 100k. Then I'll have 0.3 btc. If we get to 500k I'll have 1.5 btc!!! Actually it's more like 12 BTC at current prices but still that was the best investment ever. What are you talking about? 15 BTC = 23000 FIBRE. And look at the Richlist. There are tiny amount of people who holds more. TOP 3 - Devs accounts. And what? The huge amount of holders have about 6000-10000 Fibre maximum. And only stupids will sell this right now. Fibre is Longterm project. All understand this 1 FAKTmzAk... 66,201.0 FIBRE 10.59 % 2 FGA13s1K... 31,605.2 FIBRE 5.06 % 3 FHdUpcgN... 31,000.5 FIBRE 4.96 % 4 FJNayfVy... 28,746.0 FIBRE 4.60 % 5 FDGAwbAe... 20,084.3 FIBRE 3.21 % 6 FBdE2v6c... 19,092.0 FIBRE 3.05 % 7 F6SP8KVx... 17,444.4 FIBRE 2.79 % 8 FCiBqkWQ... 16,271.2 FIBRE 2.60 % 9 FFXNN4ZC... 16,229.0 FIBRE 2.60 % 10 F7CgNdz7... 14,043.2 FIBRE 2.25 % 11 FJJ7HQg7... 14,000.0 FIBRE 2.24 % 12 FMg7mr6s... 11,819.0 FIBRE 1.89 % 13 F75KiQ8t... 11,315.9 FIBRE 1.81 % 14 FUfQMjsV... 11,024.8 FIBRE 1.76 % 15 FP8onwW6... 10,678.0 FIBRE 1.71 % 16 FKnBWNU4... 10,113.3 FIBRE 1.62 % 17 FRUHsofZ... 8,884.4 FIBRE 1.42 % You are missing the obvious- the largest wallets are typically those held by exchanges. Yes it is true Better to look at combined wallets than on richlist Devs have less than You think , first one is bittrex for sure lol https://chainz.cryptoid.info/fibre/#!walletsDevs have done an excellent job on this one. I hope progress continues. There is no reason to doubt that progress will continue... Some community participation might be called for here; there are probably people who are unaware of the OS and all that is Fibre...

Could someone please explain to me what "forging" means?
Would be much appreciated...
Forging is a process that secures the blockchain and the "forger" get the transaction fees in reward. Is this different from staking? Apologies for the noob questions...

whats the trust level on bittrex these days? ( I know you can never really trust any exchange, but i like having a few coins on an exchange and im not a big fan of poloniex .
Nothing but positive experiences with Bittrex on my end. They have a tendency to add coins really fast so there is a chance but get burned over there if one were to trade without due diligence but other than that it works fine. Polo isn't too bad...they are continuously upgrading their stuff. I did have an issue with Cryptsy once but ascertained that they were going through a server upgrade which effected several wallets - one of which was XC right when I wanted to transfer out. They seem all right but I don't use them much anymore. I actually have never used Mintpal...true story. Looking forward to XC's decentralized exchange...

SMS and Steganographic embedding are different, yeah?

It should be noted that the #SSD for Twitter is dominated by tweets for "Solid State Drive" content...meaning the ticker letters are in competition with a more socially rooted acronym. However, #Soniccoin has only two tweets.
Perhaps we should start encouraging the use of the #Soniccoin tag to extricate from the clutter of the #SSD tag...just a thought.

Update the thread, to something describing the APP!! the 0% premine is stupid on the thread title, it comes off as desperate for views, like a coin that needs to prove itself. Which we shouldn't need to be doing, in my opinion. Not a bad idea. Adding the word "Steganography" would picque some interest...

SonicVortex has finally arrived Android App (To follow on Playstore shortly) Accompanying QT Windows ManualWindows AutomaticMac DMGSourceRelays SourceWindows Mac Inbound Tomorrow Jar Needed for Relay F5-Steganography LibraryDirections and Daemons are forthcoming SonicVortex is a way to hide encrypted transactions by steganography. You take a picture, author a transaction, then SonicVortex embeds the encrypted transaction in a picture. It uses the f5 steganography algorithm, which uses matrix encoding to hide the picture, making it almost impossible to detect that any hidden communication is present. Moreover, the encryption is state-of-the-art AES/GCM encryption, suitable for banks and governments. So even in the highly unlikely event that any communication becomes suspected, it is impossible for an adversary to ascertain the nature of the communication. Thus, your transaction is hidden and protected from even the most powerful adversaries. Additionally, AES/GCM protects against any changes to the encrypted, hidden transaction. If just one pixel of the picture is changed, it will be detected and the transaction rejected. Bumping....for question. Is the app final and just waiting for Google Play listing or is there more to do? And the Windows Install Link doesn't work - Is it a mandatory upgrade?

Could there be an XMixer tutorial for those who are semi computer literate but really don't want to mess things up?

Any chance on getting a code review by a respected member of the community to assess anon?
Would Dan do it?

So let me get this straight. There's an encrypted transaction in that picture? And that transaction has txid 987d303ac8a32982ae945957a9bf4cc1977b8dcf4b993fe2663ef9cea52d6848.
So that's steganography. I ran stegdetect on it and it gave me a false positive for an ancient program called jphide that doesn't use f5. I ran it on another transaction with a different image and stegdetect didn't detect anything. So the best steganography detection software is completely undependable for sonic vortex because it gives false positives and false negatives for sonicvortex, but no true positives. My guess is that it could do better but transactions are very small compared to the image.
That's what I am talking about. Freaking awesome!

C-CEX, describe argakiig to me. Does he look like a bitch? Because you just tried to fuck him like a bitch. And argakiig doesn't like to get fucked by anyone except Mrs. argakiig. " The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the greedy and selfish men Blessed are those who shepherd others through the valley of darkness, for they truly are their brothers keeper And I shall come down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would poison and destroy my brothers And you shall know my name is the LORD when I strike down upon thee" Dude. That was awesome.

great thats a start. hope they are faster at changing the name as cryptsy. perhaps teka finds the time to make an official request. would have more chances coming from the team and puts xcurrency on their mind already.
I had a support issue with them a while back and when it was resolved I took the opportunity to let them know that they were using the old ticker. Cryptsy now has the correct branding for XC...-thumbsup-

[9/20/2014 6:57:10 AM] argakiig: how long was your vacation? [9/20/2014 6:57:33 AM] C-CEX.com: 3 weeks [9/20/2014 6:58:00 AM] C-CEX.com: "blocks":21599 synced? [9/20/2014 6:58:01 AM] argakiig: and you didn't have anyone checking anything while you were gone. TBH doesn't seem that smart to me
Sums it up for me. Kind of bad form to try and pass off ineptitude on the dev...plenty of examples in the pastebin that indicate that argakiig was the one doing the directing. As well, there is no way that one can trade on C-Cex now with any kind of confidence...
