1461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 14million dollar stolen by a thief on tuxedo ( keplertek.io ) on: April 08, 2019, 07:41:07 PM
So I  posted here a month back about this project keplertek.io and how they've scammed their hunters... you can check out the link here..

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114598.msg49951689#msg49951689

I quickly reported the project to shitcoinoffering http://t.me/shitcoinofferingchat but it seemed like not much could be done as bounty hunters where the victims here.. and no legal actions could be taken against them

But too my gratest surprise.. the nice looking ceo.. who's face is still visible on website has decided too scam his investors as well ... you can see here the telegram chat has been muted http://t.me/KeplerTechnologies , bounty community deleted...

How do we progress with people like this on the crypto space?? These guys are ruthless thieves without guns and they will milk you dry when you fall into their hands

I'm not a investor of this project... but I'm so fucking pissed right now that I helped in promoting it

https://icobench.com/ico/kepler-technologies

Also check out the article from shitcoinoffering https://shitcoinoffering.com/another-godfrey-scam-kepler-technologies-collected-14-million-bucks-preparing-exit/

This is an indication that investors should learn to verify all facts
Back then when hunters were cheated; investors were glad and happy claiming no one will be able to dump this or ruin the market

Lesson: whenever a project jeopardizes it’s honesty, a lot should be checked
1462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't fall for the pump, Bitcoin won't stay pass 4k nor does it deserve to. on: April 08, 2019, 07:32:28 PM
From all the major flaws presented in Bitcoin one could say PoW is the major flaw of them all making the coin more centralized than even most people can't afford to keep up with other miners, these are day traders doing there thing again making profits on your losses, beware most say it's like gold it doesn't need to be fast but in reality it just isn't so secure.

Well one thing to learn is that  prices cannot be determined, overestimated or underestimated
It changes with time and events

So dyor and don’t be carried away with speculations
Fud does harm than good to spreaders
1463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in? on: April 08, 2019, 07:22:52 PM
Hello all,

Probably you've heard the same question every day, but I'm a bit confused...
I've got some money to invest, I'm following some coins from months but the prices doesn't change.
What I mean by ,,the prices doesn't change,, let's give ETH as example in the last 2 months the price was between 92£ and 129£ and I don't know if is a good idea investing... Please change my mind and give me some options and opinions please.

Thank you.

Trading should not encompass fear.
You followed etherum for 2 months with ranges 92$ - 180$

If you had a good research task, you would be earning atleast 100% profit or more
So next time, finalize your findings and make the investment options
1464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE OF IEO on: April 06, 2019, 04:12:40 PM
A word is enough for the wise they say
If anyone feels they can handle the profits and loss margin involved in purchase of ieo tokens after crowdfunding
Then it’s a personal decision to be accomplished without Remorse

None the less, always dyor
1465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019: Year of massive adoption of blockchain and crypto currency on: April 06, 2019, 04:09:34 PM
2019: Year of massive adoption of blockchain and crypto currency

Not gonna happen. Most people will say Bitcoin is forgotten and dead in 2019.  Massive adoption or better massive hype will happen in 2021.

Lol
I enjoy your fudding sarcasm but bitcoin is bigger than being forgotten

And 2019 is more about reality and not hypes
Dyor
1466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looked back - lost! on: April 05, 2019, 10:24:33 PM
No reason to be sad or give up because of the past mistakes while trading or hodling Of token

Instead learn, drive your learnings to new task today
And apply knowledge always

Dyor too
1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: April 05, 2019, 10:08:31 PM
Crypto currencies will continue to grow like a cancer until the government decides to do surgery.

I'm guessing the marketcaps will reach about 5 to 8 trillion before this happens.

Cryptos will need political power/protection at some point.

For example, US states used to issue their own currency until the federal government stepped in and said nope.

Deylandra.io - a crypto currency to strip the 1% of their power.

The main key of cryptocurrencies is a strong community, they don't care about anything because they believe that the future of the transaction system will adopt crypto.

Yes you are right; we need a unifying community to end especially fake icos and fake project
But crypto currency will stay

The adoption across countries are massive and the price and value is good too
For the moment
1468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / 2019: Year of massive adoption of blockchain and crypto currency on: April 05, 2019, 10:06:38 PM
This year has witness a lot of adoption of blockchain from impossible sources

JPMORGAN was amongst of the growth
There are not crypto currency adverts (esp. coindeal adverts) in English football league

There’s news of Barclays and royal bank in England having a blockchain trial for real estate

Coinbase extended into cross country payments too

Lots of adoption but I can’t share all nor drop all links

The bull run could come faster than we expect; what’s your opinion?
I will like to get our views on the adoption and market growth recently
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO are good for startups seeking funding. Is IEO efficient enough? on: April 04, 2019, 07:24:27 PM
As everyone knows ICO's are good for startups seeking to raise investment for their products. Nowadays IEO slowly gain popularity. Still i am confused which one is effective enough.

Also is it necessary to use Blockchain technology for raising ICO investment?

If this was in 2017; it would have been the best advice for start ups projects

But today ieos are the way; and for ieos you need to dyor and follow the right trendy

Ieos on top top exchanges get sold out in seconds; if you choose an unpopular exchange for your ieo; you risk not reaching softcap
1470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still hodl? Then we go to you! on: April 04, 2019, 07:22:53 PM
Do you still hold coins and wait for them to grow?
I trade every day and make a profit. I can make a few in one day. For a month, it turns out about 100%
Why sit and hodl coin?

Well I do hodl tokens especially when I’m not in profit
But sometimes after research processes; I hodl even further expecting a bigger profit from the token
That way I ensure my safety which is all that matters
1471  Economy / Speculation / Re: And back down to 4k :) on: April 04, 2019, 07:21:28 PM
It is a normal sequence in the market
Ups and down are what we term inconsistent value of crypto currency

So you can continue to monitor your portfolio by dyor
Or hodl on. To it
1472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how you feel at this point(currently) on: April 03, 2019, 11:36:26 AM
I feel alive today lol
It’s been a cashout week for me
Buy low sell high

Get your profits and retain few amount of tokens in case the prices continue to increase
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stake allocation on: April 03, 2019, 11:34:31 AM
More percent of stakes goes to senior members like Sr member, hero member or legendary under bounty campaigns. But except for few cases, their performances are similar to those by junior members like member, Jr member.
The percentage of stakes allocated is much far between senior members and junior members. Moreover, it is really hard to get merit nowadays unlike in the past when merits would be given based on the quantity of posts. Except for few cases, merits are awarded to only the nearer and dearer.

So what do you guys think about it? You are welcome to comment.

Senior ranked accounts get to wear the avatar and also have a large viewable and easy to notice signature code
Which attracts readers faster than a junior member signature code

And why worry about the stakes ? Just get the know how of contents and be a part of it too

When it comes to merit; continue making good and educative posts
Merit will definitely follow suit to your account
1474  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why its need to know every coin/token background that you are involved with? on: April 03, 2019, 11:32:47 AM
Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my thread. As a crypto user everyday we are getting introduced with many new coin/token. All the new projects have their different background. From my own thoughts I feel it necessary to be updated about a coin/token background where i believe its really important for us if we are involve with that project. Such as when when i plan to hold or purchase a new or existing crypto currency at that time i always try to look on their projects background like;

1. When did they launched their project?
2. How successfully they raised their fund from crowdfunding?
3. Did they follow their projects roadmap properly?
4. Did they keep their promises what they have done during project launching?
5. What was the ICO price?
6. What is the current price?
7. What was the lowest price after listing on exchange?
8. What was the highest price gain after exchange listing?
9. How many exchanges listed it for trading?
10. Are they giving regular updates for their social media followers?
11. Did they got any future development planning for their project?
12. How active the developer team is?
13. What is the current volume?

Why it's necessary to know the background: For example you have purchased a coin/token but you don't have regarding knowledge about it in that situation you can face terrible losses from your investment. As we all know that worldwide crypto exchanges delist token/coin on a regular basis. It can be for the inactivity of coin/token developer team, lack of volume, violating terms and conditions any many more. so if you invest your fund on that kinda project which is going to be delisted soon from all crypto exchanges then obviously you are going to lose your fund.

Finally I want to say that before getting involve with a coin/token we need to know about that projects background properly. I hope all of us will feel it necessary to have proper information about their background before holding or purchasing a new or existing crypto currency.

Good and valid points
But unfortunately it doesn’t make a token good
Neither does it ensure the future of any altcoins

But it can guide your investment options
1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 02, 2019, 10:47:04 PM
Very soon scammers will find ways to make IEO their new source of scamming innocent people ,newbies especially please be on watch out and thread carefully ,invest only in IEOs that are launched on popular exchanges
-----Scam ideas that might be possible from my thoughts
1) very soon scammers will start building new exchanges just to lure victims
2) And through these exchanges they will start promoting Fake IEO projects just to make investors invest there hard earned cash and bang they will disappeared in thin air.
Remember that huge money are made through IEO this days and hardcap are easily met so be on the watch out ,scammers will surely do there best.I believe IEO is a effect way of investment in 2019 and so far so good ,many IEOs already double up or even triple up there IEO price per token and its a very good sign .thanks

I have same thoughts too
But if veriblock can get sold out in 10 secs as mentioned and such millions made

It is ieo time to reign; this is not the time to worry about scammers

It is time to get involved too
1476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sweden on track to stop using cash by 2023 on: April 02, 2019, 10:42:04 PM
"Fuelled in no small part by the increased adoption of alternatives such as cryptocurrency, it seems undeniable that the world is moving closer each day to becoming a globally cashless society."

https://stadivm.com/blog/sweden-cashless-by-2023/

Cashless is more of an exaggeration

Crypto currency and blockchain is to make life easier not extreme

With blockchain helping with fast and quick transfers; it has supported fiat and funds transfer
Stop thinking about an eradication
1477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solutions to KYC complain of some Bounty Hunters on: April 02, 2019, 10:39:29 PM
Here are my solution to growing complained by the bounty hunters regarding KYC.

1. As we all know KYC by its definition. We all know that we aren't obliged to do so. Since no fiat or investment we did to get the tokens which solely the purpose of KYC to monitor the funds ans circulation of token during purchase. Don't comply and don't join bounty with KYC! Simple as that.

2. If youre afraid of KYC asked someone to do it for you and gave him funds in return. I think this is happening on some cases ( But this is form of cheating)

3. Read again step 1. If youre still have complain and still want to join that particular bounty and you are really a nutcracker!

I do not agree with your terms

The perfect solution to kyc complains by hunters is transparency and loyalty from project devs and bounty managers

Inform hunters of kyc at the start of bounty; then let any willing hunter to work for you
It wouldn’t cause any hassle that way
1478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smerits Hodl on: April 01, 2019, 09:02:33 PM
I thought is only coin that are meant to be hodl, but it is shocking that more Smerits are been hodl than coin these days. Please can you help me tell someone that,Smerits are not to be hodl but to be given to make the forum a better place. Some have managed to give out  one-third of their Smerits in the last 120 days, don't tell me that the forum don't have enough quality post that deserve those Smerits,i guess you are afraid that someone will rank up with you and that will mean a reduction in your reward, believe me the forum is large enough to accommodate us all even everyone is an Hero or a Legendary. Stop hodl, show love to someone for job well done.
Thumb up to 'tk808',you are doing a great job in the forum, showing love to everyone that deserve it,don't you think if everyone is like 'tk808',every quality post should have merits flowing now.No offence, just an observation.

There is little effect that can be done to fix circumstances regarding hodling of smerits
We can only continue to make valid constructive posts on the forum and definitely we get noticed one day
And get desired acknowledgement
1479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing when to sell off your crypto investment on: April 01, 2019, 09:00:16 PM
This is actually my first topic on the bitcointalk forum, been in the crypto eco-sphere for some time now but didn't really feel the need to join this forum until lately. As a trader/ investor the market has taught me some pretty tough lessons and am currently in search of solutions. My question is when does one get out of a trade or sell off a crypto investment?. I used to be a sucker for the hold gang but recent experience has taught me that sometimes you just need to sell off some cryptocurrency even at loss and move on with your life. Examples of such include dragon chain. I bought at the top a year ago and because of the fact that i noticed they were constantly having meetups and news on their social media, i felt sooner or later the market will correct and it will escalate in price. Fast forward to today am rekt and my investment is almost 92 percent gone.
I think its important to throw this question open to the public because a lot of noobs are coming through and although this happens to be the best time to join the crypto space, people need to be educated that it won't be always rossy, you might need to get out of some trades before it gets you down the rabbit hole and into wretchedness.
So blockchain experts and crypto enthusiast when do you say is the best time to get out of a trade? or Dump a long term cryptocurrency you invested in? What level of loss can you take before you hit the panic button?.

This is the most difficult topic to teach anyone on the forum
We need to individually find out when to sell because we got into trade at different times

Thus our selling point can’t bring same profits
1480  Other / Meta / Re: KYC is now required for Bitcointalk on: April 01, 2019, 08:55:20 PM
Panicked a little bit; it better be a joke please
I don’t do anything related to kyc online and the forum should let enjoy the atmosphere

Today April’s fool shouldn’t make us forget about upcoming ieos around exchange olatform
