922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bountyhive Platform Active again (Stop complaining now hunters!) on: February 17, 2020, 11:10:44 PM
For me, i think there is no problem at all with bountyhive being active again, the question is do they offer value ?
I have several bountyhive bounty tokens in my wallet that are totally useless and of no value, the likes of crowdforce, stem cell etc

Having tokens escrowed is not the joy of bounty hunters, earning from work done is the thing. So does bountyhive actually have a proper project looking for marketing ? i will figure out that myself.

You also, do your own research. and make your choices.
923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: We want true Decentralization in crypto but we use Centralized exchanges! on: February 16, 2020, 07:39:29 PM
Sometimes I feel very bad that why we are being so hypocrite nowadays. Decentralized exchanges are being shut down because of a lack of investors and fund. Forkdelta asked 1000 USD fund to continue the exchange, just think about their condition! Because of our ignorance, expert devs are not coming with great decentralized exchange!  Where all the centralized exchanges are getting attention from us and that why they are becoming over volumed! I think this is happening because of us! We need to be changed to make a better, decentralized crypto world. Once Bitcoin had no value, we the people gave it this value, let's bring back that decentralization again, supporting decentralized exchange can be the first step. What do you say about it, guys? Leave your valuable opinion.

Starting from your subject topic, as crypto individuals, we can only trade our tokens where they are available for trade, we invested to take profits, and we must always do that either on a decentralized exchange or centralized exchange.

Secondly, why do you mention donation of funds for forkdelta? no ill thoughts but, exchange platforms either cex, or dex are supposed to be ran and maintained duly without sourcing funds.

On another note, look at idex, a lot of people say they are centra/decentralized, but they adjusted to recent demands and are surviving just fine.

On some centralized exchanges, binance for a lead, you can now buy/sell bitcoin or other tokens with your card. When will decentralized exchanges give and try to offer a different product, unique and extremely acceptable ?

Do i support decentralized exchange, yes. Will i donate to them No.

I have no favs, i trade where i can depending on the tokens in context.

924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Resist all temptation to fomo on: February 16, 2020, 07:28:23 PM
Im sure we are all aware what fomo means.

Bitcoin has indeed ran a good race to over 10 000$ and it has pushed up the prices of altcoins simultaneously

Do a proper root research before getting into altcoins, resist all temptation to fomo.

Because when btc moons, the dead alts can rise momentarily only

NB, FOMO is not a good feeling during the bulls

I think this should not be a news anymore, everyone in the crypto currency sphere is supposed to be aware that every suggestion or analysis followed is at their own risk.
Which is why the word (DYOR) is always referenced.

Several altcoins mooned during the bull moments, and likewise with the small dip, several dumped.
Do your own research, get a seer purpose and reason to invest, then go into it.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to BNB after 5 years? on: February 16, 2020, 07:21:16 PM
I think there is no need to worry about what happens to bnb in 5 years, because it will survive beyond 5 years.

A lot of people does believe that bnb token growth is dependent on discount fees etal, but i want to disagree.
Binance ceo is not here to joke around, and becoming the most important exchange platform is not an easy feat.

By allowing fiat withdrawals for about 3-6 countries, binance has set the pace and got theirselves more platform users, which definitely will improve the functionality of bnb, look around, look at binance dex, the developing products, binance futures trade.

Binance token, BNB is here to stay.

NB: Just my personal opinion in relation to subject, do your own research.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a Bounty hunter, don't expect too much on: February 16, 2020, 04:48:45 PM

Beware do not promote ICO projects because in the current year we already know that promoting ICO is no longer profitable and we will only be trapped in fraud.

Yes you are spot on
If we start listing names of those fraud projects who refused to pay bounty hunters, night will fall.
From Digitalbits, down to bitagro and many more like that.

Its just better to do concrete research and promote few projects in a year and earn. Than promote many and get nothing.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH could reach $440 if bullish on: February 16, 2020, 04:45:32 PM
The word IF, is why instead of having etherum going beyond 300$, it is presently 251$.

Theres a need for every investor to have their profit margins scheduled in batches, for ppeople who got out of trades and took their profits when it was around 280$, i am sure they have gotten back in to buy more etherum tokens.

It equally applies to bitcoin, just find a way that helps you trade and earn.

NB: Just my opinions, open to learn further from all.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BLAME THE INVESTOR FOR LOOSING NOT THE CRYPTO ECOSYSTEM on: February 15, 2020, 09:22:12 PM
I do believed that before anyone can spend his/her money to invest in ANYTHING he/she wishes in order make some decent returns/profit. he need to research Or ask questions. follow the project. make sure he follows the teams responsible for the project. Ask questions in their social media channel. Most likely READ THE WHITEPAPER. also reasearch about the team involved. THE INTERNET is there for us all. Also engage with some crypto professionals if the Need be.

I believed if people can spend more time in doing this, the scams and looting in the crypto system may reduce. UNLESS Such person wants to gamble with his funds scam projects are also means to make quick money if you are lucky enough to follow up. If Not you will Loose.

Daily, there are new members getting into the cryptocurrency. people needs to be aware of what they are going into to avoid fund loss.

In crypto currency, to my own little understanding, all sorts of investments are at everyone risk which is why it is always detailed at all whitepapers or ieo/ico terms that it is not an investment advice.

Instead of just buying this, buying that, i urge us to sit down, draw a whiteboard, get concrete facts about reliable tokens, and set the investment to a particular circle of tokens.
That way, there will be minimal losses.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How interested are you to re-invest BTC? Need Your Input! on: February 15, 2020, 09:14:19 PM
We're doing a market survey on BTC investment protocol on behalf of DINNGO. The findings of this survey will be published in this post.

This survey will take ~3 mins of your time.

Survey link: https://dinngosurvey.typeform.com/to/W1sdjs?from=bad

Why do we publish this survey?

Lending and Borrowing on Ethereum have become more and more popular. It shows that rather being a hodler, people want to re-invest crypto to make extra earning. Meanwhile, BTC remains its dominance in the crypto market over 60%. We believe in Bitcoin’s potential and HODL it tight. What do you think a platform that you can re-invest BTC in a non-custodial way (e.g., into Compound.Finance)? We would like to know how likely you will use this kind of protocol. We highly appreciate it if you can help us out!

You can find our previous survey results here: https://medium.com/dinngo-exchange/digital-currency-exchange-survey-3d491f56d877

I am very bullish when i say bitcoin is the surest of crypto currency investment.
And likewise, in times like this, re investing bitcoin to earn free money for me is ponzi.

No matter how sweet, how rewarding or how enticing any ponzi platform is, it is not the best.
Brethen, keep your bitcoin in your wallet or cold storage always.

NB: Just my personal opinion against indirect ponzis
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about bounties on: February 15, 2020, 09:11:19 PM
To all newbies or new comers, here are few advice for you guys if you want to start promoting bounties

1. Many bounties won't pay
Its a real fact that some might not want to accept for one reason or the other, new projects aren't that attractive to investors anymore so be ready for the worst.

2. Bounties are still Profitable
Ignore whatever bounty hunters are saying, yes many projects aren't paying but still some are paying, experience of a bounty hunter is different from one another, some bounty hunters still find it hard to learn from their mistakes

Remember that even good projects that looks promising can still fail but here is what I want you to hold on to, a single bounty project can cover for all your losses, what I meant is 1 project can give you biggest profits even when you've promoted 10 projects that gives nothing, this is why its called BOUNTY.

You are very right, and i think a motivational summary is for bounty hunters to be persistent and consistent, because irrespective of any troubles, consistency pays.
Bounty is very rewarding indeed, but you cannot make it a full time job,

and remember, as a bounty hunter, it is better to take 1 week to study the potentials of a project, than hopping in

But for me, the most important factor after checking the status of a project, is to check the bounty cap and bouty tokens allocation.

For you, what other factors do you consider?
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I kept USDT on: February 15, 2020, 09:06:59 PM
Whenever I get stucked with Usdt when trading I always remember myself what happened in 2018 when bitcoin was trading @ 19k and in February 2018 it goes down to 9k, even in January 2019 bitcoin was trading at 3,500$, My point here is there is time for everything in crypto space, Lack of patience is what's affecting many and also fear of missing out, even if bitcoin hit 50k today alas it will shrink in value sooner or later, bitcoin is volatile, its left for you to choose the best time to buy, as for me, what I care most about is turning 0.5btc to 1BTC

One little challenge faced by investors or trader is the prospect factor.
Like i do reference, do not think for the future plan for it. how ?

If you want to invest in bitcoin on the long term, invest with your spare funds, forget about the btc until it reaches your targeted price.

Or, simply buy and sell bitcoin on the correspondence of trade, i.e buy bitcoin low, hold, and take profits from the pump. Then recycle and start all over.
In this process, remember to dyor.
932  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it correction time? Market down by 8% on: February 15, 2020, 09:04:01 PM
It appears like a form of correction, but i won't entirely take it as a correction, the movement cannot be specified and we can only guess.
I think this is just a temporary break, before bitcoin goes back to over 10000$.

lets see what happens, keep checking the charts
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't surge past 11k, your thoughts... on: February 14, 2020, 03:20:27 PM
I am not interested in if bitcoin surges past 11k, i see bitcoin as king. And as a bitcoin hodler, there is no reason to speculate, imagine or be worried about bitcoin price.
Bitcoin will still go back to 20,000$ and over, and i am willing to wait until then.

Predictions, analyses predicting a dump or a stunted growth for bitcoin is nothing but personal interest.
Steer clear of it.
934  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top analyst warns a hard dump. on: February 14, 2020, 03:16:11 PM
As a crypto currency token hodler, or trader, i think there are two sides you should always expect, the bear market and the bull market.

If you want to wait for an analayst to tell you when there will be a bull or a bear market, then you are not ready for crypto currency token hodl or trading.
Instead of fudding on the words of an analyst who might be bias in his word (for his advantage), dyor and keep your personal composure.

935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin on: February 14, 2020, 02:01:33 PM
In reality, the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin remains bitcoin.

Because no matter the lows and bearish moments of bitcoin; its price will always bounce back stronger, just as you have witnessed recently.

Personally, my tokens after bitcoin ranges from Litecoin, Xin, and Waves (my favorite). I enjoy waves blockchain alot, with its low hypes and underrated status. It ends up doing well on the long run.

NB: My personal opinion, please dyor before investing.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gone are the days where projects team ask for opinions from investors on: February 14, 2020, 01:51:20 PM
Who doesn't like projects that asked the audience/members about what they are feeling, what and what are missing that they want to it to get fixed, once upon a time few projects does this, they love hearing out from their investors but gone are those days..

Now new project teams always think they are the wisest, and the fact is some team are just claiming the name 'TEAM' for nothing sake, they know nothing about crypto exchanges like we do because we use this exchanges to trade time to trade, imagine warning projects about crap exchanges like p2pb2b but they failed to listen just because Coinmarketcap listed and ranked p2pb2b as top exchange they neglect advice and later they  regret..

Some times teams can know all, there are things that crypto traders and investors are aware of that's still shady to some new project teams, the wise ones are the ones that ask the audience for opinions .

With my time with blockchain and crypto currency, it is rare for any project team not to have an idea of what crypto currency means or its exchange.

In your instance above, don't you think it is a situation where there is no team ? and the project are only interested in picking up profits from potential ieo or open trade investors ?

Or another angle, most succesful projects don't have their top team members discussing on telegram, they delegate such role to community moderator, and handle their sphere with short views, reviews on twitter.

NB: Think am and i will like to see more views.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend me good altcoins! on: February 14, 2020, 01:44:29 PM
There is nothing wrong for you to have an altcoin wishlist, but do you know any detailed information about the altcoins you listed ?

All altcoins are good to a trader, if it yields profit from time to time indifferently, If i may ask you, what qualifies a good altcoin ?

I will recommend to you to do your research first, dig up facts and figures before listing your wish list, and ensure you dyor on the trade historys and growths (both previous and expected) before further investment.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Brave the best crypto friendly web browser? on: February 14, 2020, 01:41:30 PM
Toolbars like Pei and Lolli seem great at earning small amounts of Bitcoin.  However, Brave seems like the best browser to actually get rewarded for just surfing the web.  Are there any others?

It is true that the brave browser is crypto friendly because you get to earn small amounts of bat tokens each time you use the browser.
But Mozilla, Chrome, Yandex (that i have used) are equally crypto friendly to me because they allow the meta mask extension to work perfectly on their browsers.

Each browser contribute to crypto currency growth in different ways.

940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what solutions do make to cover Loss on: February 13, 2020, 10:05:12 PM
To cover loss on trade, you need to figure out where it went wrong first.

Then you restrategize and go into another trade with caution. If you trade hurriedly to recoup your lost funds.

Then you could have more losses
