781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto pair do you swap most often? on: March 19, 2020, 05:26:48 PM
Recently, I began to notice that some exchanges publish graphs of the most popular crypto pairs. For example, here is Poloniex or Changelly.

I was wondering if there is a certain correlation between the number of pairs and the quality of service, that is, the more pairs, the better the service and exchange conditions, or is it just random information that develops and heaps of different indicators? Does such info say anything at all?

Which pair do you swap, and how many are them?

From poloniex graph, it says that there were several btc pairs trade, which indicated that several bitcooin hodlers, went for safety first by swapping straight to USDT (stable coin).

In most top exchanges, there are lots of altcoins pegged to btc pairs, and for me equally, i use btc pairs more.
Most times, traders do not get to choose the pair themselves, because you can only trade your altcoin on the pairs thats available.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Is Key to the Mass Adoption of Crypto on: March 19, 2020, 05:23:26 PM
i am not certain to have seen several gaming platform utilize crypto currency outrightly, because perhaps i rarely play games
But the gambling world, casinos has definitely promoted crypto currency, we now have diffrent gambling platforms that lets users stake with bitcoin, we also have few casino platforms that does that.

If crypto currency can be added to gaming, then the list of adopters, is gonna increase immensely.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are having rough days, are you still a HODL? on: March 19, 2020, 05:20:56 PM
Yes i am still hodling, and definitely the rough days are the hardest days to hodl, but i have little worries because i bought at a considerate bottom.

One good news is that, even as the days are rough, you still have the chance to take profits, if you can just do it rightly.
I have a strict portfolio, that makes it easy to hodl.

So as an hodler or perhaps trader, dyor and be sure to know your portfolio outrightly.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl altcoins or..? on: March 19, 2020, 05:17:27 PM
Which altcoins are you hodling?

I didn't sell any altcoins that I'm holding lately (i probably should), however, is it a smart idea to buy them now or wait a bit more?

What are you holding? and what will you do?

Actually its usually 2 ways in the crypto currency sphere, meaning its either you hodl altcoins or you sell for bitcoin or tether or fiat.
I do not support the request for suggestions regarding altcoins to hodl, because in crypto currency, you need to be responsible for every investment action that you take.

Hence, i implore you to dyor, decide if you wil or hodl or sell, and also remember that different tokens have different sell on/cash out point.
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 20000 pieces of Bitcoin wreck the market sounds annoying on: March 18, 2020, 08:43:54 PM
It sounds very bad to hear that 12000 pieces of Bitcoin can wreak havoc of Bitcoin value, I wonder what will happen if a whale decide to sell 100k of Bitcoin someday, Bitcoin max supply is 21million right? If 12000 can bring this damage then Bitcoin is just like every other coins

I think the huge pieces of bitcoin dumped was not actually the dumping factor, i feel like it aided the fuds spreading at that time regarding the present pandemic that we are in.
So once the bitcoin was dumped, the news tagged it as a way to get fiats to get accessories for protection against the pandemic, then fudders joined suite and dumped along, until it reached a limit.

Its normal in crypto currency, and fudding is part of the game, thats why as an hodler or investor, you must always do your own research and follow the news.
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: March 18, 2020, 08:36:32 PM
Hey

I have noticed a few projects that developed a deflation system for their coins/tokens called burning.

They burn their tokens on a special occasion or simply when someone pays their product with the native token. They burn few percent of the price.

What do you think about this? Imo, if people actually buy the produc then it can really reflect the price of a coin?

Let me know what you think.

Hey. I think this is just a futile trend. Burning does not bring any real benefits to the ecosystem. The only reason this operation is useful is for speculators - for them this operation is neutral or profitable. It is rational to use it only if the coin has collateral in the form of real assets (After burning, the value of each coin grows, which is a positive result for the user).

Ideally, there are different variance to token burning.
Because project A conducted a token burn and experienced a surge increase in value and price does not mean that if project B conducts a token burn, it will definitely experience same.

It is applicable for both project developers and investors, to take note that before token burn, there has to be a special product in place that can drive necessary demand.
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the new method of "Initial offering" this year? on: March 18, 2020, 08:33:04 PM
So far it has been a quiet year 2020 in the crypto currency space.
perhaps idea are coming left and right as to the perfect method or chance to hodl crowdfunding.

Last year it was sto that was rumoured and it failed woefully, and even imo ended up a fraudulent one as well.
and this year there has been few ieos on p2p2b2 and also on probit.
But there hasn't been a new method for crowdfunding.

Do you have an idea of a type ?
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins will grow in price faster if the market recovers? on: March 18, 2020, 08:27:36 PM
I think altcoins with true and suitable reliable products will grow faster once the market stablize.
Because ideally, when bitcoin pumps, all btc pairs take a significant growth instantly, due to the values on the gwei

But theres still no guarantee on which altcoin will actually do well once the market recovers, which is why we are advised to always conduct researches and be sure.

791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the market stand this trial on: March 17, 2020, 08:52:14 PM
The market have withstood a lot in the past but what is happening right now is something unexpected, because of this the market crashed by over 50% do you think the market can recover if this scenario worsen and last for several months, what could be the possible solution here in the market.

I do not think this is a crash we can worry about, its little compared to what we have faced in the crypto space.
And the market definitely will stand this trial and surpass it as well.

Bitcoin once went from 20000 to 3500, so 10,000 to 4800 is not a huge crash, i believe its a reset to give a chance to recoup if we want too.
Dyor and stay safe
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: March 17, 2020, 08:33:04 PM
Perhaps i have a different personality, but anyone can say whatever suits them, anyone can mouth as they want and it won't move me.

I am moved by conclusions from my research works, and also from my trade and investment principles.

Do not listen or follow influencers or signals, this is crypto currency, always do your own research
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening? on: March 16, 2020, 06:36:41 PM
I am surprised that bounty campaign called SPYCE is already down in value after IEO ended on Probit exchange, Bounty campaign is still ongoing, what could make the price drop from 0.065 IEO price down to 0.03$ ? This is so scary lol, the bounty campaign is fixed with limited participants, I don't think this will count

To be frank, i think spyce is actually doing well and trying to survive.
Why do i say so ? Bitcoin just got bearish and all tokens in the crypto sphere and for spyce to maintain a 50% drop in times like this, i think it is a good project with a proper tendency to spike upward when bitcoin soars back in price and value.

I think in respect to spyce, what you really need to look out for is their trading volume, is it inspiring and true ?
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is it , it's the end of cryptos on: March 16, 2020, 06:27:43 PM
Well guys this is the end ,it was a great ride ,we made money,we lost money ,we had fun ,it was a beautiful journey .

eth price today 109 usd
bitcoin price 4864 usd

They will never recover,at least we should learn the lesson from this crises.

For me most important lesson is that money isn't real  and it shouldn't be that important in life.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4y48CBEQso

I do not think this is the end, as a newbie panic should not be in your dictionary.
That aside, this is not even the most bearish market, and one important thing from this bear market is the fact that the market cap increased greatly, that shows how far and how much people got into crypto currency of late. Thats a huge positive.

Secondly, The most important lesson is that, this bear period will pass with time, and it could be the only opportunity to buy bitcoins and altcoins cheaply in a long while.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: March 16, 2020, 06:19:31 PM
These two are sure good altcoins to invest, and I also believe that both will be successful in the future, but I would like to ask the community here if which coin they believe will be more successful in the future. I also added a poll so you can vote, this would help people reading this thread to easily determine which coin is better.

Please share your opinion too on why you choose a certain coin.

I think i trust both coins, etherum has been long existent, giving several altcoins the platform to strive and have their own smart contract, and that was how even bnb started before owning their own blockchain.

On the long run, i believe BNB will continue to survive and have greater impacts as long as binance thrives.
While etherum will continue to survive too, as bitcoin thrives, etherum with updates coming up is sure gonna be better too.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: March 16, 2020, 06:17:15 PM
I think no one should be so scared to exit crypto currency at this time, because in my own opinion this is not even the bottom yet.
There have been several existent bottoms, which never killed bitcoin.

As a trader, investors, bounty hunters, airdroppers, or ethusiast, theres a need to find out informations by researching and learn not to fud or fomo
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about the next alt coin? on: March 15, 2020, 12:35:58 PM
Hello, I wrote some articles for all new and will be launching platform near soon. Do you think this kind of platform will encourage people to invest in blockchain? What if some of them are good, What you think? Read my article and tell me if this is potential this 2020.

Hex, You can stake btc on Hex platform to earn more hex. The guide procedure is on their website.
Gaimin, Gaimin is a super computer that can earn cryptocurrency, can store coins/token and also can mine.
Optimus Exchange, Was aimining to give traders the optimal trading environment.
Block Burn, Is a mobile game powered by blockchain. You can earn burn token by playing their platform.
hitmex.io, Its also an exchange platform. Different on the other exchange.
Olportal, Is made by Telegram source code, Telegram is a open source some the other can be use their codes, And Olportal was have a neuro bot that can help investors and users of the platform.

What is the best platform for you? Let's talk about it.

I think there is  nothing wrong about talking of the next projects in the crypto space, i see it as more opportunity to prepare for the next couple of months
You just have to continue doing follow up of such projects.

I know little about hex project, and it is about its low volume.
I know little about olportal and it is about its coming listing on coinall and okex
I know that gaimin had a bounty program on Bountyhive

Always dyor
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DOES BOUNTY PROJECTS TAKE TIME TO ENTER A MARKET on: March 15, 2020, 12:29:23 PM
Lets just say there are due processes to everything on the crypto currency space.
The processes are slow or faster depending on the personality that handles the projects.

After crowdfunding processes, tokens list immediately, some after few weeks, some after few months, anytime it gets listed, the stability of the price depends on the project community, the token hodlers, the projects product and its viability.

Always dyor, before you join bounty programs, some tokens are due to unlock after a year, some months etc
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not blame it on Corona outbreak on: March 15, 2020, 12:12:38 PM
On a frank note, there has to be a reason for any situation that occurs, which is why btc and crypto currency downtrend was tagged to corona virus. Prior to the massive dump in prices, there were enough fuds spread across ranging from business downtrend to stock crashing and also couple of shutdowns from different countries across europe and usa.

And people panicked and the dump occured, it is definitely not a good time for hodlers, but people also took that opportunity and packed more than enough for their self, even traders made short time profits.

So for newbies, its a blame game
For professionals, its an opportunity
800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Exactly Caused The New Drop Of Crypto? on: March 15, 2020, 12:02:38 PM
Just in few days now we have been experiencing unthinkable massive market drop, it seems something happened which I did not hear off. Please anyone here to tell me what exactly happened to the market?

Thanks.

I wouldn't say anything has happened to the market, its a general world situation and i believe only those who ignore the rumours fell victim to the news.

The crypto sphere experienced what the world trade and stock market experienced and bitcoin went further down because we all panicked into desperate need for fiat in order to protect one another from the covid-19.

Truth remains that this situation is not news nor new and it will evolve positively with time.
