701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the potential benefits of the present crisis for crypto? on: April 05, 2020, 02:01:35 PM
The biggest attribute or cause to this, is the fact that people do not want to be patient, neither learn.
For every trader understands that in every bear market there is huge profit.

But buy/sell get rich quick investors, are known to panic, neglecting the obvious advantages of the bear market.
So instead of panicking, i urge all to go back to the learning table, dyor and get extra trading knowledges.
702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are smart as well. on: April 05, 2020, 01:50:45 PM
Scammers don't have to give huge promises anymore, believe me they are among us and they know how smart investors have become too, they always reshape their tactics, now projects don't have to give too good offers because they know people are aware that too good to be real offers are scam, honestly scammers are not idiots

People keep saying good projects always have good team and brilliant ideas to solve crypto issues, who tell you that scammers can't deliver all this?

Well, i am not of the ideas that scammers are smart, i have had several pm me on telegram about their frivolous schemes.
I also have loads of such in my email.

The single thing i do is, delete and block.

If we all can do this, there will be no scam history at all.
Scammers target greedy and soft people who wants so much money so soon , don't be one, guard your wallet secretly.
703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Integrating cryptocurrency in business on: April 05, 2020, 01:40:15 PM
I think if you are referencing towards personal businesses, then integrating into business is going to help alot.

You get to make people aware of crypto currency and also educate them indirectly about bitcoin and blockchain adoption.

You can start up with accepting bitcoin as a payment mode in your business or organization, and then you can increase your options as your cusomers respond.
DYOR and be sure of the risks before doing such.
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Restoring crypto back to normal is possible on: April 05, 2020, 10:21:39 AM
Let's drop the fight between centralized and decentralized for a minute, we need to find way to clean up crypto space, hear me out

How good will it be if you can just tell random people to go to Coinmarketcap and pick coins on there? So good right?

I know crypto is freedom because of decentralization but the present problem can't be solved if we all give in to decentralized because of the freedom in crypto space, this is where I bring in binance exchange and team

Binance is centralized, I get it but what if binance do something very astonishing to coinmarketcap? For example like cleaning off bad projects from coinmarketcap and deal with fake volume exchanges by giving them their rightful rating

How good did this sound to you? Isn't this a very good way to start doing some clean up in crypto space? Binance CEO (CZ) can be crypto trust saviour, really the trust was lost since 2017 and things need to be restored.

You hate my post or you like it? Drop your thoughts and comments below, stay home and stay safe, good luck 👍

Your points are not bad or way off, but come to think of it, as individuals we have different views about several tokens.

For example, what is your definition of a bad project ? because in this space, we have seen projects with no product have a very high and reasonable volume and vice versa.
Trust in crypto currency has not dimished, because the total volume has increased over time, from 2017 till today.

And for my opinion, i think i am worried about binance monopoly, though it is helping the crypto space.
705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Ethereum Wallets on: April 04, 2020, 01:32:17 PM
I think you have listed a good source of etherum wallets, and for me personally. I have used just myetherwallet, imtoken wallet and trust wallet.
I find them so easy and convenient to use.
Another top rated easy to use mobile device multi wallet is the coinomi wallet.

As you create your crypto wallets, please endeavor to keep your private keys safe and safer.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins Need a Catalyst to push up prices on: April 04, 2020, 01:27:57 PM
Have you ever come across projects with very good use cases but where been build by dubious developers to use as pump and dump scheme? You shouldn't underestimate scammers, no matter how careful you really are you are still going to fall unless you aren't into new projects at all

I think this has happened countless times before, especially during year 2019, there is this BitAgro project that toiled with everyones emotions totally before exit scamming.
The wrong that can happen is underestimating scammers, it leaves us vulnerable and open to hacks and unguided decisions.

As regards new projects, there is still enough time and resources to dig up more history and get valuable facts before investment.
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will this have any impact or not? on: April 04, 2020, 01:20:53 PM
What's going to happen if CZ and binance start getting rid of some projects on Coinmarketcap? Especially those with bad volume and Liquidity and also dead projects, because many are on coinmarketcap, what do you think this will do for crypto space? Will it have any impact or not?

Its in 2 ways if we reason it through, 1 is binance doesn't actually need to remove the projects.
There are terms guiding coinmarketcap and any defaulters will definitely be delisted.

We can just look forward to perhaps more stricter terms.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of cryptocurrency exchange hacks on: April 04, 2020, 01:15:57 PM
The truth is that, there will even be further hacks, either today or tomorrow, nobody knows.
This is why it is advisable for everyone to keep their assets (especially i large $) on paper or trezor ledger wallets.

The centralized exchange or decentralized exchanges are not the best place to store your digital assets.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Again 🔥 on: April 04, 2020, 01:14:21 PM
At this point perhaps, its time to call binance the pace setters of crypto currency in terms of exchange platform and overall wellbeing of crypto currency traders.
And to be frank, no other exchange platform comes close to binance, the joint ownership with coinmarketcap just enlarged binance reach and might in the crypto space.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: April 03, 2020, 02:51:36 PM
Paying escrow funds for bounty hunters will be the best option because most projects don't pay hunters at the end of the campaign. If there's some sort of escrow payment which will ensure hunters gets paid that will be nice.

You have got a very good suggestions, but the truth remains that it is rare for bounty posted in the bounty sections to use escrow.
Even in the service section (where there are several bitcoin paying bounties; lets say just half uses escrows).

The most recent altcoin bounty to use escrow is the GeomaDao Bounty, and am sure we are all looking forward to a better altcoin bounty this year 2020
711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current world market situation. on: April 03, 2020, 02:48:00 PM
You are right for now. I prefer to hold fiat money and invest some in gold and land. because now I prefer investing in something real, not in crypto where the situation is unpredictable

You have also decided well to be honest, because investment in gold and land at times like this is a sure bet.
But for Gold, it is still stable in price and your profits might not be much but in land investment; its a very rewarding invesyment.

I would also advice you not to give up on crypto currency just yet because this is just the beginning of crypto currency dominance.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: April 03, 2020, 02:45:07 PM
Up till now it does and will continue to do so but it's not like it does before. People are now aware of how things are done and more skeptical for things from an untrusted source or else you get dumped on.

I will not outrightly say people are aware of how crypto currency works, if we revise or revisit the events of corona coin projects that exitscammed, we would realize that we still have newbies who want to get rich quick by trading crypto currency.

And they got dumped on lol.
Stick to the basics of crypto currency always and do your research.
713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The door is never closed to new traders on: April 03, 2020, 02:40:56 PM
Sorry if I am being blunt but I don't agree that it is easy to trade in the crypto currency.

Well, you have every right to be blunt, but in reality, crypto currency trade is the easiest, it is only hard because we perceive it to be very hard.

Basically, if you can focus on the natural distinctiveness of crypto currency trade, you will never have struggles trading.
Learn, keep learning, don't get excited and always practice.

More importantly, always do your own research.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: It doesn't look like binance taking over coinmarketcap on: April 03, 2020, 02:31:58 PM
I am pleased that binance is not having a full and total take over, but from the look of things. It is inevitable, and will eventually happen.
I can only implore the shits exchange (they know their-selves), have to braze up and provide better liquidation and volumity in their exchanges, so they can survive on coinmarketcap listing.
715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto currency ready for next season??? on: April 03, 2020, 02:27:54 PM
After some surge in price value from the past few weeks the price is slowly increasing, Is that a sign of Bull??

BTC showed some positive signs followed by other altcoins, lookalike this is the best time for Investing before halving and we are almost nearing it. Guys if ETH goes above $150 I am sure it will bounce back harder...

I wouldn't outrightly say crypto currency plays or runs a seasonal events.

Its just 3 sections for me, the bull run, the bearish run and also the stable trend.

The bull run is when crypto currency tokens with bitcoin leading surge in price for a long stretch, while the bearish run is when there is a dip in price of crypto currency token (if you remember the massive dump that happened where bitcoin went from 7k - 4k in minutes during the Covid - 19 struggles).

The stable trend i mention is that trend where the price is somewhat stable for couple of weeks with low uptrends / high uptrends
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toilet Paper Token in Yobit on: April 03, 2020, 02:21:13 PM
I got a notification yesterday on a telegram group that Yobit has listed Toilet Papet Token. Surprised. It is an ERC20 token. Last 24 hour volume is 822 BTC, that's not a joke. https://yobit.net/en/trade/TPT/BTC, who is the token creator? yobit?

For me, irregardless of whoever owns the token, the name toilet paper token itself does not speak well for me, That aside, i don't like yobit.
Since i sold off my sphere tokens, i never visited yobit anymore.

The volume is indeed not a joke, but crypto currency trade is not a joke either.
Hence, do your own research and do the best for you.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: April 02, 2020, 01:47:07 PM
Well untill march i only joined a single bounty which is my current signature bounty.

I think there is no problem with that at all, because ideally bounty participation should be low, with high participating sections.
If you can do 2 - 7 bounties in a year with a very high rewarding returns, then you have done well.

Gone are the days of joining 100's of bounty with little to show for it.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: April 02, 2020, 01:25:14 PM

Do you think the same ? or have examples of such ceos or influencers whose words hodl great volume ?
I think the politicians or celebrities still have a big influence on the market.
Imagine if one day the US president or the Chinese president said they loved bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, the market would grow spectacularly.

I think you have illustrated clearly and accurately how influences can push up the value of a token.
And a recent example that comes to mind, is binances role in the rise of wrx, that was followed with indians cleared to participate in crypto currency and more account users for binance, swiftly and easily.
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: April 02, 2020, 01:17:05 PM
Hello

Recently I started looking into new projects as I have some free time and I'm wondering what do you guys look at when you are deciding which altcoin to buy and hold.

Do you know any projects that you believe has a bright future?

I hear a lot of people complaining that they bought coins that were either dead in a few weeks or the project was pointless. I would like to avoid such situations.

Thank you in advance.

This is a very tight call to be honest, and if you have observed the thread thoroughly, you will notice that there are several different patterns accustomed to different individuals.

This should tell that, the way i buy my altcoin, is different from the manner someone else approaches it.

The key word is that, you should undergo a self discovery and take on couple of trading practices, then discover what works for you.
It will guide you and last you.

Always dyor.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here is What Vitalik Sees For Ethereum in the Years to come on: April 02, 2020, 01:14:33 PM
Ethereum 2.0 may not have launched yet, but co-founder Vitalik Buterin has big plans for ethereum over the next decade. Revealed to us in a tweet he made on 18 March 2020, Vitalik laid out a road map for us of what we can expect from ethereum.

Here is a breakdown of the road map and what it means: https://crypto-current.co/what-vitalik-sees-ethereum-coming-5-10-years/

What are your thoughts on Vitaliks road map?

No disrespect to the road map and it is indeed a sign of good things to come, but as investors we need to be conscious of our immediate times.
There is no need to be fud or fomoing about the 2.0 yet, because

1. it is yet to happen
2. Anything is possible in crypto currency.

So figure out your trading protocols, and don't invest based on news, always dyor, because sometimes rumours sells than a news.
