1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it? on: March 16, 2019, 04:58:51 PM
Can we break one of their legs first, then if they recidivate get the head? I think it would even be easier to do than directly killing them. But yeah we need some measure against them.

1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your general view on ICO's projects this year? on: March 15, 2019, 06:25:02 AM
Alright, so I'm going to the toilet, I left an amazing sized dump in there and now is for sale, even better im selling it into 10 million pieces divisible another bunch themselves would you buy it?
Then why would you spend money in something thats probably gonna do hookers n blow with it in exchange of a bit of reading, hype and promises.

On a more serious thought, I been in 3 icos in 5 years and I don't mind missing any. Serious and real projects arent many.

Yes exchanges that allow icos get a pretty bad view from me, not to mention those listing fees and scamproof 0.

1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Bither Platform: 3-layer, MultiMining & Optimizing Energy Consumption on: March 14, 2019, 02:56:19 PM
I might like the optimization part and using it for research but 2 years for whitepaper and ico?
Thank you for your interest in the optimization section at Bither Platform.
Please note Bither has many features. Including the ability of multi-mining, being a three-layered network, the confirmation of transactions in the side-chains themselves ... (For more information, you can watch the Top 10 video at the website).
In addition, we are implementing three independent projects (Three-Layer Bither Network, the Bither Stoke Holdings project and the Rental Processor Network), which are required to define for the improvement and launch of the newest blockchain technology.
All of this requires specifying sufficient time to scrutinize all the features and functions as well as testing the algorithms in simulators.

The Bither Platform team has not been in a hurry, rather it is almost two years that we are working on ideas, feasibly, technical issues, solutions and other aspects of the project.
According to its history in social networks, GitHub etc. the project has been started in 2017.  Different forks with practical studies have been tested which are the evidence for planned long term activities of Bither Platform team. The whitepaper has been discussed with top activists in cryptocurrency space and they found it useful. The result of technical documents and advertising materials shows that the Bither Platform team is very serious and are so familiar to the cryptocurrency space.
As expressed, Bither Platform is the result of two years of continuous efforts and all the prospects and relevant problems have been scrutinized several times. This factors can guarantee the success of the project after the launch.

I was about to ask if you have done any development but I checked your github and i seen a fork of eth and probably other things two years of nothing and then a whitepaper and something called middleware... I perhaps fucked with a year of the timing it was 2017 year of fork and 2018 year of whitepaper.

He posted it in the wrong section so it got erased.
1071  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Problem with withdrawing BTC from online wallet https://www.blockchain.info on: March 13, 2019, 12:12:30 PM
I can not withdraw BTC from my wallet to blockchain.info. There is only FAQ instead of support chat.
You have enough means to contact the support of blockchain.com it is been a while since they chanced from .info.
I do call you a lier, they don't steal funds, is the wallet I been using for 5 years.

Edit:
Blockchain.info/.com used to have weak support indeed. It's a free wallet (and not a custodial one!) and they don't really invest in support.
Most probably (like everyone else) you didn't read their ToS. They are basically not liable for anything.

It's most probably not scam/fraud from their side. You have to try harder, or maybe give more details and ask for help @ bitcointalk.
Also you should consider using your own wallet.

No one is liable for anything with about anything if done right. I had quick support each time I needed it, and same I heard from other users. I might of heard FUD but never scam or poor support. They been overcongestionated a small while in a boom of users but that might happen to any site.

1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥[ANN][ICO]AMANPURI – Ultimate exchange – PRIVATE SALE🔥🔥 on: March 12, 2019, 09:17:34 PM
Why you need a token for a exchange, why an ICO? It's hard enough to trust an exchange, token or ICO individualy and you just fused them all.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: March 12, 2019, 07:57:26 PM
Can the dev help to ad clamcoin unlike shapeshift they don't have KYC   https://twitter.com/SimpleSwap_io/status/1103421887642849282

Check out FreeBitcoins.com/Swap.

I own it.

I know. We need more platforms. Unlike yours they don't have limits  https://simpleswap.io/
So you come into a COIN thread to promote an exchange with no limit on a trade then critisize the one that we are certain is not a scam?

1077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: March 12, 2019, 06:33:21 PM
This is why I love crypto, I do it from the bed.
I agree gambling is a problem and whatever amount you play and not consider dust will probably do better safely invested as the bank or some commodity/share (still mean crypto Tongue)
It is hard to control one self I know but saving crypto for a few years can pretty much do more than gambling do in a safer way. Requieres more time but you waste way more time, unless you trade.

1079  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-10]Android Devices Now Support Full Bitcoin Node Running on: March 12, 2019, 11:03:13 AM
Crypto journalism at its best. Sensational headlines as usual. What is the real world use of something like this? All I can think of is power usage but then again something on a raspberry pi shouldn't consume more than a couple of watts. I can't just imagine the purpose behind an app like this, to whom is this targetted? The average joe doesn't have a 512 gigs device nor do low-end smartphones support 1tb sd cards. This is a useless app period, I don't know why it is making headlines.
Why average joe needs a full node? You don't expect average joe's to host one in a future right?
I don't see that bad to pay 3-4-500 usd for a phone where you can host a masternode on a weak charging spot for a year or two on your wifi connection till it becomes too little space, I seen it advantage in it since most people can't set up a raspberry or be up for researching how to.
I admit I haven't thought about the raspberry but look at the samsung s10, 1tb + 500gb card.
Funny, when I started with bitcoin chain was 16-20-22 gb while I had the wallet on my pc, now, months over 4 years later the chain is about 10 times its size.
1080  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Crypto is an industry, not just a bunch of coins. on: March 12, 2019, 09:58:39 AM
Crypto got itself quite a merchandise and fans around and about it, it helps people to provide services online but it is not a production of anything it is a currency and also kinda a information storage system.
Now the making of shitcoins, coins, and tokens is another thing , contrary than before where you wanted to see 5 coders and community you now see perhaps a coder a graphic designer three ceos and two marketing guys.
I do admit and happy to see that actual business are investing into the blockchain technology may it be airlines, hotels, photocameras or a small online vendor at a raising rate.
