Again I assume @e1ghtspace has give the correct info that Mr. Spread is from China. I just google and found that official China's official holiday is from 18 - 24 Feb, and the famous Chinese New Year "world greatest migration" is happening from 16Feb to 1Mar. I am quite sure he will be back, soon.

http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php?ip=31.168.172.144

So I guess he actually isn't from China?

He probably used a proxy or VPN.
Exactly. I think early on he didn't use one because I specifically remember thinking to myself
"Oh he's Chinese? Wow I never suspected that."

Never invest in coins that dont have known devs!!!!!
Now you have no way to contact him and you just have to wait to see if he shows up.
Better jump out of BTC also then  Cheesy

Are you stupid?  BTC has an army of known devs!
Now yes. Not in 2010. So now you see where Spreadcoin should be headed.
Gavin Anderson was a dev before Satoshi left, your argument is invalid.
1044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SpreadCoin | True Decentralization (No Pools) | Testing New Masternodes on: February 25, 2015, 11:06:02 AM
You forgot abou this 150k wallet.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/spr/address.dws?SZt6y5AMjSDP5f6Eps3hhZNq8sz5oSiXDt.htm

Trace your other wallet's back and you'll see he/they are simply shuffling their instamines around.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/spr/tx.dws?13922.htm

The timestamps make it plainly obvious that he had more than one wallet.

Of course he had more than one wallet. He even told everyone that he created specific address for donations.  The point is that all the SPR is still there.

Was he donating to himself ?! lmao

The 5000 SPR addy, you posted, sent 10000 SPR to his 30000 addy. ROLF Grin

Just follow the shitcoin smear tracks. Wink
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/spr/tx.dws?279923.htm

And btw, the scammers over at SYNC proved long ago that a block explorer's data can be faked and /or manipulated.

You clearly have not done your research. The donations were condensed. That is why you see a transaction of 10,000 SPR

Or really ?

Bad news  Sad
I was too careless and lost all my mined spreadcoins. I contacted several data recovery companies and most probably it will be impossible to recover my wallet. Without these spreadcoins I will have no incentive to futher develop and support SpreadCoin.

Sorry for wasting your time with this cryptocurrency Sad

He didn't say "some" or "my main stash". He stated that ALL of his coins were allegedly lost.

He faked most, if not all of the donations hoping that onlookers would be fooled into thinking this was a supportive community. eg. monkey see.. monkey doo..

Nice try. Or NOT. Cheesy
Can you not read? He said he lost his mined coins, not his donations.

I just realised that I've been part of this forum for 1 year!

A lot has changed since then. It used to be more fun.
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUP] Supcoin, PLUCK algorithm, Just Launched, Mine Now! on: February 24, 2015, 03:16:05 AM
I'm trying to sell my SUP but Bittrex keeps redirecting me to dogecoin.
That's strange, I just checked my bittrex account and its working fine when i click on SUP it takes me to the SUP orders screen like normal. Try to login to your bittrex account and use this link https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SUP
Its fixed now. It was when I clicked the SELL button.
It has happened before, like, last year.

yeah im getting  failed to create postcalc_hash thread  after mining for +5mins

Edit: sgminer exit after too much postcalc_hash error

+1

Make your .bat file like this:

Code:

:loop

<insert your miner launcher code here>

goto loop

Make sure not to have "pause" in it or it'll say "press any key to continue" defeating the purpose of the loop.

Now that it's getting harder to mine, the price will go up.

I still think this guy knows a lot more than he has said.  And I don't buy the CIA meeting scared Satoshi away story.

Who the hell is that guy? not sure if trolling..
Gavin Anderson. I'm not sure if you're trolling...

You must be blind if you do not see the similarities between this and carsen's long string of coins.

Hey eightspace. Lets see you evaluate this nut.

I've done it, i'm admitting to it, but i did not threatened him due to him trying to be a bring down SPR (create FUD and crap and all that) being a threat to my investments per say as would one normally think:

Lets put it in context from my perspective:
<snip>

carsen is that you ?
What do you mean evaluate?

Btw when I said "I'M BUYING!" I bought, read the next post and sold. But I made back my losses from another coin.
1052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUP] Supcoin, PLUCK algorithm, Just Launched, Mine Now! on: February 21, 2015, 10:08:08 AM
-1 like sup, where users(probably already bagholder),post screenshot of theyr improve miner instead posting the source, sayng "hey guys,i'm mining with 100% more speed with my beta miner. Let me mine alone for some days,i need to mine as much as possible alone, ops,i mean, i need to test first".  Cheesy

I posted that screenshot. I have 16 total sup, as of right now, and I've been mining since the second the blockchain sync'd. I am in no way a "bagholder".
I just bought 15.97772382 SUP and now it looks like the price has hit rock bottom.

A buy of 118 at 0.0029 and a buy of 190 at 0.00295001 have surfaced. Now we just need to wait till we hit 0.01 Wink

Wow, someone wants in on this coin:

SUM (BTC)      TOTAL (BTC)      SIZE (SUP)            BID (BTC)
   0.5640          0.5640                    191.17868033         0.00295001

There are 2 kind of community:
-1 like burstcoin, where every single beta new miner is released, give the community the opportunity to test in different system,so,improve togheter.
Cheesy

Just talking. No offence.  Wink

Would you like a lot of hours of hard work to go to waste? I wouldn't.

Don't get me wrong. it's just a personal opinion.
Mybe is better to not post anything.
I mean, community could get scared to see some miners got some special miner and mining with improvement, without release the miner.
So,you got them? Good, keep the secret for yourself.  Wink
Or just let community test on different cpu, system, locations etc etc.
Heh, I asked for the optimized miner but I didn't get it.
It only sucks if it is a miner that gets like, 200% more hashrate. Otherwise think of it as if they just have an extra GPU. Smiley

"It’s traditional for most people in China to go home to their families on Lunar New Year, which falls on Feb. 19 this year. China experiences a massive movement of people and gifts around the holiday, with an estimated 3.65 billion trips made during a 40-day period."

http://www.forbes.com/sites/anaswanson/2015/02/20/what-chinese-new-year-says-about-the-growth-of-the-worlds-most-vibrant-economy/

estimations are all good and well - and i really hope that that is what is happening and not any issues with health or family ...

but we wont know until we hear from him - so until then - we are still trading and working and having heaps of fun with Smiley ...

#crysx

Has anyone experienced something similar in the early days of SPR? MrSpread up and leaving for a while?
Since I am an admin on Spreadcointalk I had a look at Mr. Spread's ip a few weeks ago and it was from China.

I'M BUYING AGAIN!!!

By the sounds of the OP and the look of the wallet, the dev is the FindYouCoin dev.

Hey Wolf, how much faster is your optimized CPU miner?

If I wanted to learn how to make optimized miners where would I start? Assuming I know barely anything about coding but am eager to start.

Where cpuminer for win32?
Why would you want to mine on such a low powered system?

I'm about to install Ubuntu and see if I get any more hashes out of my CPU.
I will update you guys when it's done.
