A spoken debt is a paid debt. Welcome to Scotland.

With no knowledge of the subject:

What I read here tells me someone borrowed money from someone, and has yet to pay back.

This is not my point.

My point is, this is between the two, and unless legal steps created any third party's knowledge of the debt, then it's got fuck all to do with anyone else, and this is why in Scotland, If borrower owes me and I tell a third party, then I cant be paid back, for opening my mouth cancelled his debt to me. This is Scottish law, not my opinion, but I agree with it. However, this is why there are no guns in the uk, we CAN collect using any means necessary, as long as ya dont get caught Wink

I guess the borrower aint in scotland, and neither was the lender, and since the lender sent money in good faith, then the laws of his country should be applied, which means, fuck all.

Anyone alse buttin in would be telt where tae go, cause it's nowt tae dae wi any cunt else.

Ps, Small claims court is free here..
1242  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which constellation do you belong to? on: October 14, 2014, 10:17:41 PM
Looks like i belong to Saggitarius, what are benefits of being one? Smiley
Optimistic, freedom-loving, jovial, good-humored, honest, straightforward, intellectual and philosophical. Smiley

Blindly optimistic, careless, irresponsible, superficial, tactless and restless. Grin

Yeah, well, i can really realate to that Cheesy But, how come it can fit me pretty much?

To answer your question in a long winded way:

When I started primary school, I was told to keep a diary.. I did'nt.. later on in life, when I asked to my lass, Why dont you keep a diary? - Why would I do that? - Because if you did, you'd know how astrology books were written. Wadya mean? Well, hundreds of years ago, some kept a diary.. so did others.. eventually author's died, and some sad morbid person got it into their head to start collecting peoples diaries, and discovered by reading them, that the same things happen over and over,  ya know, the repetitive cycles of life? Kinda like, if it rains tomorrow at 17.00hrs, the next year, it will do same plus 2 days. But you'd only spot these patterns if you kept the diary. Now imagine if this collection of diaries was thousands of years old, becoming the library of alexandra, what you just read was the reason it burned? The people who set fire to it just may have realised the damage that could be caused if people learned that there was only 12 types of people in existance. Of course, they had to cut out Orphicius, since the Sun dont go 'through' Orphicius, but is constantly 'RISING' 'in' Orphicius, as opposed to travelling 'through' the other 12 signs, and being superstitious, these folks got rid of the odd one out, being the 13th constellation which moves WITH and hence just as fast as the sun. Cant have folks seeing the Sun actually has something in common with the moon, being 13 cycles of 28 days, 2 x 2 weeks with or without tommorow's light on the face of the moon.

Example, as mentioned earlier.. When I first joined some local dating site, it used 'astrology' to determine people's matches, as they all do. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that 90% of dating site's use Carl Jung's book 'the 12 astrological types' to decide who you or I am, or who we are best matched with. All he did was amalgamate all the records doctors had of whatever happened to folks, and most importantly, WHEN.

So how does astrology seem to match whomever reads their horoscope? Throwing Cleverly written broad sentence's together does'nt always work when something happens, then a moment later, when you pick up a paper that say's 'told you so' - this could only come from years of research spanning THOUSANDS of years. Let's take the blood moon. Thousands of years ago some messiah came, fucked a few women while fuckin wi the mind's of men, then died like everyone else, but before he was to be, there was 4 blood moons in a row, A blood moon appearing red when the light of the Sun on the moon is partially blocked by the earth in a partial eclipse. The second coming of this messiah or whatever your flavour of recognition of, is apparently signified by the appearance of 4 blood moons in a row. At the present, we are under the 3rd blood moon this year, however, they have NOT been in a row, since the first two happened earlier in the year, the current one being 3-4 months after several other 'normal' moons. Will we actually see 4 in a row? Yes apparently, between 2014-2015, meaning, if I'm not mistaken, This may be the FIRST of four in a row. Probably not, but imagine this.. so after recording what we get up to for thousands of years, some dude get's the idea, well, lets write a book that controls the masses, and they'll say it's shit, and others will argue the opposite, but the author had enough information to plan thousands of years ahead, and build the army of dark brother's, never devided were they in the past, they knew the plan, and lived a so called 'good' life while fuckin wi people's heads.. Then one day one of the army said to the author, when they figure it out.. the author says, just when they give up all hope, there will be four blood moons.. and how do you know that? Because, apparently it happened before.

You have no knowledge of what went before, if you do, you know not to say a single word.

The rest is bollox to trap people into becomin.. well, slaves, useless to this planet.

Astrology is so accurate, because it has been recorded for thousands of years, whilst you probably think it's just a book.

Feckin hell, go away for a while, come back and look at the depths of depravity this thread has sunk to!

There was a time when this inevitable conversation came up between myself, and son and daughter, and my lad asks, why is rape so bad? I answer in the best pc way I can think of, trying not to offend my daughter.. um.. The thing with sex bud, is that the womans body is designed to receive pleasure from the act of having sex, and this is why rape is so bad. And those who rape should be shot. My girl jumps in, and what if the girl gets pregnant? I say, well, touch wood it dont happen to you, but if it did, I'd like to think ma wee girl would get rid of it, since getting pregnant is nothing more than an act of pure love, and I'd hate to think you would want a rapists kid, for then you'd be admitting, you 'loved', and will continue to do so. It's a sad husband that sticks with a wife who keeps a rapists kid. You may like the idea that it's not the kid's fault. I agree. By even thinking it's acceptable to give birth to a rapists kid.. ouch.. glad am no a woman in this department, but then you know I'd get rid of it..

The problem with this kinda crap, is that, thanks to the gays, having a rapists kid is becoming more and more acceptable as woman dumps family, so that there are 10 women for every man (Albert Pike - Morals and Dogma) and becomes so desperate for sex, anything becomes acceptable, including paying men under the guise of 'friend's - with benefit's lol..

Thing is, what does this have to do with god?

Edit: Watch the japanese movie 'star of david'

Now tell me you'd have a rapist's kid? Sad!!

Why are you guys arguing this?  It is the word of God - it cannot be questioned or used out of context!!

And the universe along with Heaven are the context!  Smiley

EDIT: 'Cause God spoke it all into existence. Word of God!

I know what existed before God Wink

The guy in Dallas died.

That would make sense considering there is NO cure.

The only question you really need ask, is:

How many people did the victim(s) meet before they ever realised they contracted it?

1247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LAT] LATIUM-World's 1st Viral CryptoCurrency (NEW AUTO APPROVALS/PAYMENTS) on: October 14, 2014, 07:22:20 PM
Way to go Latium your "solution" to fraud accounts made EVERY single new person the past month I referred did NOT bother completing their sign up! You know how many people I know who DON'T have Java installed for one reason or another? No one wants to go through the process you have required just to get a few coins that are worth almost 10% of what they once were... and the prices just keep fallen.... 5x since this change was implemented! If you want LAT to ever recover allow people to sign up without requiring them to go through 10000 hurdles! YOUR "FIX" has done MORE harm to the price and killed the price FAR worse than any "fraudulent signups" could possibly have. The proof is the price was doing just fine till this "verification change" last month. Just my two cents. I have since moved on. I can not spend time referring people to a site that requires them to install software that they think is SPYWARE/Viruses....

Latium devs are certainly looking at this feed-back

and will certainly seek solutions to implement and maintain the growth in Latium

I not only pointed out how (using the only word I can think of) 'Lame' the idea of thinking you can guarantee 1 account per ip, (impossible) when suddenly it's one pc.

Of course, I also pointed out a rather long winded way of gaining more lat using a netbook and formatting over and over.. wow.. every pc I repair is a unique pc, and before the obligatory format, I install lat, collect 5, and send them elsewhere.. I guess like the blockchain, everything can be 'viewed' barring one thing: Who owns what address?

In reality, I see you seek solutions, but have yet to realise, if it aint broke, dont fix it. See, if I owned lat, I'd let anyone create as many accounts as possible, just to get as much lat 'out there' as possible, I mean, whilst the only thing lat had goin for it was how much btc you'd get in exchange, there never was any 'growth'. There was nothing more than lame assed currency conversions to get btc quicker than faucets.

I mean, if I was  new customer and read this, I'd think, I dont want the latium software in my pc for obvious reasons, so the next best choice would be to buy from an exchange, but then I'd still have to install the crap ap that may be good for lat devs, but useless to the end user.

1 question:

Anyone buying lat from the exchanges without the application installed? NO.

There never was any growth in latium, I mean, how many of these 'lat' do you know still exist as opposed to just being deleted by your EX customers, who are your ex, because never once did you show how solid your proof of concept was by not touching it once started..

A hint from a dj:

The best way to mix is to be handed a bag of tunes you've NEVER heard, for only then will origionality flow. Once you start thinking you should 'do this or that' to 'change' the tune instead of mixing it.. you seal your fate by simply continuing to change things from the origional form.

Who's still reading this?
1248  Other / Off-topic / Re: Warning to Bitcoiners on: October 14, 2014, 06:46:29 PM
The last three versions all come up with the same error, only with a different number.. And whilst I also think that yeah, x amount or so of blockchain should'nt bother the isp's, they are defo blocking p2p here where I live, as in a test, I started a new release torrent and watched it plummet to 0 kbps within less than a minute. Ok, so tried again.. and again.. stopped the torrents now, since it's pointless here, it's got that bad.. and p2p traffic is p2p traffic. I dont think Isp's can differentiate between packets of torrents or blockchain?

Just after crimbo people will realise what I kinda been saying for a while.. all the Isp's need do is block p2p, period. Dont think they wont, assume they will.

Shoulda kept the kill bitcoin thread opened..

Isp's are like google..

And in my opinion, filtering the net is'nt killing it.. it's already dead.

I don't even support Vod.

EDIT: Actually, I no longer want any involvement with this thread. Deleted all my posts, you're free to look at them in people's quotes, and also shortened this post.

Dude, forgive me, but this was my own scottish way of gently saying back off.. I know you dont support vod, just hoping you see the sense in not going down the same path he set's for folks. Next he'll use escrow on you.. reeks of MgOx, whatever their name WAS..

And I'm very aware of 'where' people are quoting from.. I did do tinsley lockart's it security course's which incidently, focus's on the psychological actions taken by people like vod, who initiate an argument in the hope of leading folk to clicking here, and clicking there.. in the end, you end up doing something you would never normally do, when all he does is drag those not in his bandwagon down with whomever..

For me it's really about good business practice, I'm not here on business, so have nothing to lose.

If you want to get people to USE bitcoin, and I was a potential customer, consider this:

As a noob bitcoiner, I'd be very suspicious of anything connected to anything DEMANDING personal details, when there was never any business transaction even being considered. Beware of anyone that takes you that far when you know you are not here to conduct business. HIs BIGGEST mistake was mentioning escrow BEFORE I ever 'Dickeprimented' on his ass, by offering anything. When I said a smarter man would go right to his inbox, and see all replies DELETED by me, and post them in their entirety since his initial insults, will he do this? NO. That is how predictable a 'Scammer' is. All talk, no action. For only then would you, if not someone else, hopefully see how he initiate's an argument and skillfully heads straight for the account details.

But some things just need to be said..

Take Vod's offer and let him give you his own Dox! Bruh. You could easily make that 50 btc back selling it to other guys who want his head : D

He was that stupid trying to belittle me he missed the point at the time, and as someone else said, 'what, no-one else jumped at it?' Says it all..

The opportunity was there for at least 2 hours.. no-one took part, only after do his bumchums get involved, cause they got nothing better to do while their burds away oot wi me or my kind Wink

This is a very interesting thread.

Legal action against BCT? Okay then.

So you didn't have the 50 BTC? In your response to me asking about the 50 BTC, you said that you hadn't bought them yet.

Actually, I'm not sure what you even meant what 'them' was.

'Running around' is a figure of speech. And yes, you did offer $20,000. At the time of the post, the 'earn 50 BTC' that you mentioned was worth around ~$20,000.

Also, I'm going to have to ask out of curiosity, why didn't you prove you had 50 BTC?

I dont know him from adam, and tbh, it was too early to go to the bank to buy them.. this allowed me the time to realise, twas none of his business, after all, I was not here to do any form of business. But nearly fell into his trap, he apparently does this often, I've seen three site's with articles about him, nuff sed in that dept. The offer was to ANYONE, only HE had to EARN it which he failed to do. I dont do anything financial online, apart from accepting small donations from those who insist on 'helping' after I have helped them, and have done so since joining this site.. ok, I was not here for a long time, but was pen testing with sbhacker (in their forum they even have my origional suggestion of accepting bitcoin for payments WAAAAY back then), and this spread to the likes of haxorware and cable-wizards.. this obviously taught me to spot fishy characters.. tbh, escrow was the clue. Before I ever got involved in the search for proof of god thread, I noticed him selling, and many clammering for the deal, and him insisting on escrow, cant remember what I said, but I'm sure it wont be too hard for folks to find.. he gave his game away with only one word. He clearly never knew that as a dj of over 30 years, I have heard every pattern so many times, i only need 1 word or three beats to know the tune Wink

At the end of the day he was the evasive one, he shoulda jumped at that 50btc, his loss, just prove name and address, but voila, he missed the boat, tried to complicate things.. quite simple, too arrogant for his own good.

Dude, git tae fuck, allow me to demonstrate how stupid bitcointalk members are:

Allow me to quote you: 'Legal action against BCT? Okay then.' -Case closed, fuck off lamer, I only said that to test YOU. But i did not say BCT, You did you fuckin mental case. Go on, say it was a mistake, I fuckin dare ya!!

Fact is, you and many others have all turned his attacks into bigger attacks thinkin you'd get rid of me..

I am a dj who will say ANYTHING to shine a spotlight on a scammer. You may not be, but clearly support one. I am a dj who 'samples', and will play anything I deem necessary to get people like you and vod to dance around the fire, just so the rest can see who you are, does it cost me? NO. Does it cost you?

Depends if vod gives you a cut of his catholic tunnel, ken that massive hole at the rear of his back you cant get yer nose and lips off?

If you were as clued up as me, you'd have already started court proceedings cause I called you a fuckin mental case, which stands, wether right or wrong. Go for it, am still waiting..

Scammers really need to take notes on what they've said so far - else they'll just trip themselves up!  Roll Eyes

Yeah.. me, I just like visiting and reading/writing, am no here tae scam no-one, and have never attempted or will attempt to do business with ANYONE on this site, for it's obvious that bitcointalk is the launching platform for ALL these scams run by vod and his groupies..

Anyone supporting this kind of guy, vod, in my opinion, should be banned, not once, twice, or more, but permanently, and henceforth, bitcointalk is responsible for allowing this guy to continue his abuse of membership by attacking, and continually stalking members, who spot what he is all about, which most would never figure out, if he kept his fuckin mouth shut. But he's got away with it for so long, that the only possible explanation is that bitcointalk.org allows such attacks/stalking/abuse of membership, because he is a part of the bitcointalk scam ring.

If you are new here, just read how I'm treated, why I wont do business with any member of this site. I have been continually attacked, since offering my service's as a trouble shooter. Is this where you really wanna be with a currency that cannot buy you food in the street's?

If Bitcoin is your thing, remember this.. ALL failed BItcoin enterprises, started here. And failed because of doing so. They failed because vod is here.

All hail to the vod squad.

Yeah, Decky. Take Vod on his honor, and send him the bitcoins. He'll send 'em back if he loses.   Grin
He asked him to sign the address, not send him the coins

On topic: no matter how much you guys debate how entropy works, it still doesn't prove there is a god.  Seems to be the latest buzzword for trying to disprove evolution, even though scientists have already debunked that idea.

You missed a detail of our conversation. (See the emboldened portion.)

Boil glass of water, colouring will stick to sides.
By what means shall you boil such that you do not introduce "new disorder" into yourself (as per the requirements)?

Ok, I'll sit it out knowing the water will evaporate, and leave the colouring behind. I promise not to touch it Wink

That introduces new disorder into the environment, the diffusion of the water molecules through the atmosphere.

You introduced this disorder, not I, I just sat and fell asleep watching it.. remember your up against someone who will get to the truth of the matter, in that you chose water, knowing it would evaporate of it's own accord, I had no say in this scientific fact, I merely debunked the question, using nothing.

Edit: twas a good question, you had me thinking, but it is also an invalid question with regards to your point, due to the fact you forgot water is constantly changing.
That "constant change" illustrates (part of) my point: entropy does, indeed, proceed towards a maximum.

What was then to be argued is that existence is an isolated system and, therefore, subject to the maximization of entropy, and that this "maximization" begets the manifestation of everything (not read: "everything that exists" [though, that's technically accurate]).

By thermodynamics, existence, which is an isolated system, would "spontaneously evolve towards thermodynamic equilibrium, the configuration with maximum entropy" (Wikipedia).

Nothing, then, is lost to everything.

It is to be inferred from there that God necessarily exists.

I missed nothing, it got boring.. I'm not even looking for what I may have missed, I'm that interested..
Do you concede the relative validity of my assertions?

Nah, you are 100% wrong.
