Is it possible to gets pics of the below?

$150ea. - 56x Panel board with 240V Load centers, 6x 2 phase 20A breakers installed and 12x 240v rated receptacles (Custom build rack PDU for 240v 3 phase (phase to phase))

It's up to code for where we are other than those 120v piggy backed outlets at the bottom. At the time we didn't have any other way to power a couple little things. No idea about your local codes. It is indeed 6x 20A breakers (23kW +/- usable capacity)

Note that these are NOT up to code in the U.S. or Canada as they were used.  They must be mounted to a wall or other permanent fixed surface.*

* NEC definition, "cabinet" and UL listing approval for sub-panel designs.  408.38.  Also 408.3.A(1).

The racks are considered a permanent fixed surface when they're mounted to the floor. Do you know what's more fun than bolting 56 racks to a concrete floor? Unbolting 56 racks from a concrete floor. You should see the load center...

I argued with 2 different master electricians this wasn't a good way to do it. It passed inspection, as did that mess of SER cable.

I would take 2 of the TP Link 24 port hubs at $25 each.

Do you have any server power supplies?

We do not, just the standard ATX psus in our scrypt miners

Is the Transformer in a 3R enclosure?  Meaning is it an outdoor or indoor?

Yes -- but we do not have the shield kit. So i guess the answer is actually, No. Also, the transformer may already be spoken for. Waiting to see if details are finalized.

How much for shipping of a miner to new jersey

We've been doing $45 flat rate S&H in the US and CA for miners. We end up taking a small loss on it.

You can buy the miners on ebay, just make us an offer for the price here and include the thread in the offer. That way you can buy with any payment method ebay accepts, or btc if you want to go outside of ebay (preferred).

Yes, I should be able to get them later today. I believe I made a mistake and it's actually 3x 2 phase 20A breakers. I just realized it and will need to verify that for you as well.

Ah ok, well that's alright then. I have one for fiddling around with right now too, it's plenty of fun.  Cheesy

We have 2 of the beaglebones boards (used in S5) if you want those? I wasn't really a fan of them. They had some things i liked such as u-boot, the onboard emmc and more memory. But overall still favor the rPI.

I just picked up my first model B+. Forget the older model, go for the B+ model. Loving this little thing. Using it for a LAMP development server currently. I'll be on a transcontinental flight soon and I want to make a cross over cable so i can have a LAMP development environment on the plane with me. Hopefully it will help pass the time (until i forget the name of a built-in function and can't access any reference material).

where are u shipping from ?

Cincinnati, Ohio, USA 45201

Any chance you guys have some Raspberry Pi's you're looking to liquidate?

We have less than 12 rPIs and i'll probably keep those to fiddle with at home. We were using x86 devices (the gigabytes and intel unit) under a network (PXE) booted environment to run our mining software.

Beside this, many look at the situation in their country, not analysing the whole situation. Just a scenario: Switzerland and China have a free trade agreement. So no VAT or whatsoever is due for importing the miners to Switzerland. There, they can be stored without any problem in the duty free area. So they - technically - are still ex-Switzerland. For sending them around in Europe, you wouldn't have to invent the wheel: There are existing companies which do this. Easy and cheap. So if Bitmain would analyse how many miners they could sell in Europe, they could easily store them there before sales start and ship them very quickly around in Europe. If this would save Bitmain AND the clients a couple of bucks, it would be fine.
Furthermore, if you know where, you will be able to find very cheap electricity in Switzerland.... So European miners who would have to pay like 20% VAT could leave the miners in Switzerland for cheap mining - without paying ANY VAT.

With creativity and research, there would be a lot of possibilities to save money for both sides....

LOL Switzerland? The country with the most expensive workforce in mainland Europe?

Unless you're based out of Ticino and hire italians -- or -- partner with a hosting provider so people in the EU can buy units and get a cheaper power rate as well as avoiding VAT completely and easily.

752  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BVSHost bitcoin miner hosting (70$ to 75$ per KW) on: December 23, 2014, 05:18:38 AM
Our space is much larger than other datacenter spaces I've seen on BCT. We don't need to duct our air as we have a large enough ceiling that the heat rises and gets exhausted via fans mounted in the roof.  We've designed our datacenter to be hot/cold isle and possible for us to enclose either the hot or cold isle if we desire / decide to do so in the future. Currently we are maintaining density low enough that heat is not an issue. Currently intake on the units is around 40F and we have to leave heaters on so the water pipes don't freeze.

1000KVA Step-down transformer

Load centers with sub-breakers feeding each rack

756  Economy / Services / Re: Lease a mining farm! 5Gh/s Scrypt available for lease. on: December 22, 2014, 05:20:15 AM
My mentality in this offering was that there would be someone out there who'd want to play middle man between us and bitcoin payouts. Using the hashrate mining specific coins you can play the role of the multi-pool deciding yourself which coin will be profitable. The problem with nicehash is when we switch to nicehash we devestate their market. We can fill all their orders in a matter of a couple hours and push the pricing incredibly low. We have been mining on clevermining as it's been the most reliable / stable (though not the most profitable) multi-pool we've found.

I figured there would be someone out there that would want to run a private pool switching between altcoins to either stockpile large amounts of a single coin .. or .. has the alt-coin knowledge to know which of the bajillion scrypt coins will be the up and coming most profitable.

We also offer miner hosting if you'd like to buy your own miners and host them with us. I'm pretty sure we're the cheapest hosting on the market currently going as low as $65 per kw per month.
