3  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.2BTC loan on: October 14, 2013, 08:30:04 PM
How about a trade? I could buy someone for example a game on Steam or something else digital, and then I get approximately that value in Bitcoins?

EDIT: Nevermind, I managed to solve it. Thanks anyway. Smiley

EDIT2: Nevermind, I didn't solve it at all. I managed to get VirVox to work, but they need to verify my withdrawal. I thought that only happened the first time. Sad

I suspected as much. Oh well, it was worth a try.
5  Economy / Lending / Need 0.2BTC loan on: October 14, 2013, 07:52:43 PM
Hi,

I currently have 0.209BTC. I need approximately an additional 0.2BTC to complete a transaction. I have no way of making an instant transfer, I tried using VirVox, which has worked before, but for some reason it denies my card all of a sudden. I really want to place this order today, since I want to be sure it arrives before the weekend.

Could someone please, please, please lend me 0.2BTC? I will pay back 0.3BTC within a few days, as soon as my bank transfer finishes.

I'm afraid I have no collateral, but I could provide identification and proof of adress if desired.

Thanks.
6  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan for Benzodiazepine meds on: September 02, 2013, 08:27:18 AM
You realize benzodiazepines are not used to treat depression, right? They are used to treat anxiety.
7  Economy / Lending / Re: I need 0.50 btc for Marijuana on Silk Road on: August 28, 2013, 09:15:26 AM
Look, I've tried the "use drugs to feel happy"-approach. I've been addicted to Tramadol, and I've also abused a variety of benzos and z-drugs. Trust me, that shit doesn't work. Yeah, sure, the drugs will make you happy while you're on them, but if you rely on drugs to make you happy, the time inbetween, the time when you are sober, will be pure hell. The only thing you think about is when you're going to get high next. After a while, the temptation becomes irresistible to take drugs more often, eventually you will be sitting there taking Xanax every day, which will fuck you up completely so you can't study, you can't work, and you can't have a proper social life. In the end, drugs WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE if you use them for this purpose.
8  Economy / Lending / Re: I need 0.50 btc for Marijuana on Silk Road on: August 27, 2013, 09:25:12 AM
Depressed?  Go for a jog, work out in the gym, hang out with friends.  Why stay in front of the computer begging for money to buy drugs/Xanax?

Add on :  You have a problem, I suggest maybe try calling the Good Samaritans or some local helplines in your area.  They are 24/7 at http://www.samaritans.org/ where you can find the contact.

Because that's how pathetic my life is, honestly i lost all my friends. Drugs make me feel better, i have an addictive personality. I don't take hardcore drugs though, just pills and weed.
Trust me, benzodiazepines ARE "hardcore" drugs. A benzo addiction is the worst fucking thing that can happen to you. Let me copy + paste the list of withdrawal symptoms from Wikipedia:

The following symptoms may emerge during gradual or abrupt dosage reduction:

Aches and pains[37]
Agitation and restlessness[37]
Anxiety, possible terror and panic attacks[37][38]
Blurred vision[37]
Chest pain[37]
Depersonalization[39][40]
Depression (can be severe),[41] possible suicidal ideation
Derealisation (feelings of unreality)[42]
Dilated pupils[23]
Dizziness[37]
Dry mouth[37]
Dysphoria[43][44]
Electric shock sensations[4][45]
Elevation in blood pressure[46]
Fatigue and weakness[37]
Flu-like symptoms[37]
Gastrointestinal problems (irritable bowel syndrome)[47][48][49]
Hearing impairment[37]
Headache[38]
Hot and cold flushes[37]
Hyperosmia[50]
Hypertension[51]
Hypnagogia-hallucinations[18]
Hypochondriasis[37]
Increased sensitivity to touch[42]
Increased sensitivity to sound[37]
Increased urinary frequency[37]
Indecision[37]
Insomnia[52]
Impaired concentration[38]
Impaired memory and concentration[37]
Loss of appetite and weight loss[53]
Metallic taste[50]
Mild to moderate Aphasia[50]
Mood swings[37]
Muscular spasms, cramps or fasciculations[54]
Nausea and vomiting[52]
Nightmares[52]
Numbness and tingling[37]
Obsessive compulsive disorder[55][56]
Paraesthesia[40][42][50]
Paranoia[50]
Perception that stationary objects are moving[42]
Perspiration[38]
Photophobia[50]
Postural hypotension[52]
REM sleep rebound[57]
Restless legs syndrome[25]
Sounds louder than usual[42]
Stiffness[37]
Taste and smell disturbances[37]
Tachycardia[58]
Tinnitus[59]
Tremor[60][61]
Visual disturbances[40]

An abrupt or over-rapid discontinuation of benzodiazepines may result in a more serious and very unpleasant withdrawal syndrome that may additionally result in:

Attempted suicide[40]
Catatonia, which may result in death[62][63][64]
Confusion[65]
Convulsions, which may result in death[66][67]
Coma[68] (rare)
Delirium tremens[69][70][71]
Delusions[72]
Hyperthermia[52]
Homicide ideations[73]
Mania[74][75]
Neuroleptic malignant syndrome-like event[76][77] (rare)
Organic brain syndrome[78]
Post-traumatic stress disorder[25]
Psychosis[79][80]
Self-harm[40]
Suicidal ideation[81]
Suicide[2][82][83]
Urges to shout, throw, break things or to harm someone[37]
Violence[84]

Also this:

"One case of incorrect equivalent dose switching is of a man who had been taking doses of lorazepam and alprazolam equivalent of 60 mg of diazepam. He was then switched from the lorazepam and alprazolam to only 7 mg of diazepam per day. Within 36 hours, he developed somatic symptoms and became convinced that he had an underlying pathology, and impulsively attempted suicide. His symptoms and suicide attempt were diagnosed as benzodiazepine withdrawal. He then tried to withdraw from benzodiazepines, but did so too rapidly with erratic dosage reductions and again attempted suicide which resulted in admittance to a psychiatric unit."
9  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 20-50BTC to start grow-op, Sweden/Nordic lender preferred. on: August 22, 2013, 01:55:51 PM
Prefer lender in Sweden or other Nordic country so we can maybe meet up and discuss things in person.

Then get nicked by the Police for promoting drug growing operations.

If you grow drugs illegally, you're a bitch who ruins lives. kthx
Most likely he's planning to grow cannabis, and cannabis hardly ruins lives.

I am not comfortable with mailing, is there any other option i can do other than that? I mean is this the only option available?
There is no other option, unless you have access to some cool teleportation technology.
11  Economy / Lending / Re: I need 0.50 btc for Marijuana on Silk Road on: August 14, 2013, 08:45:57 AM
Cannabis is not a hallucinogen... If you start tripping then you were not smoking weed.
I can't completely agree with this. Sure, cannabis isn't as powerful of an hallucinogen as acid, shrooms, etc, but it has some hallucinogenic effects at higher doses. If you're smoking some really good stuff, you don't even need that much. I've experienced everything being in slow motion after smoking, and even at low doses I can get fractal-like patterns across my whole field of view. So yes, cannabis does have some weak hallucinogenic properties.
12  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.5 BTC quickly! on: July 30, 2013, 09:23:05 PM
Ah, I see. Good point.

I guess I'll just have to give up on this, since time is running out and no one seems to be willing to lend me any money.

Thanks anyway!
13  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.5 BTC quickly! on: July 30, 2013, 09:04:56 PM
If anyone else is interested, the Steam account can be used as collateral.
I guess I can also provide some ID and other stuff, if it's really necessary, as long as we get it over with quickly.
14  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.5 BTC quickly! on: July 30, 2013, 08:13:30 PM
TradeFortress isn't online at the moment.

What I'm buying needs to be delivered by Friday, as I'm going to need it next week. I'm going to have to order it tonight in order to be sure it arrives in time.

Does anyone know of any services that can be used from Sweden that allows instant buying of bitcoins? Thanks!
What it is that you are buying that you need so urgently? Why do you have only 3 hours of time for that? Strikes me as odd, I know of no business that ends its office day at 01:00 AM.
What I'm buying is private, I'm afraid. I only have three hours because I have to work tomorrow, and I'd like to get some sleep.

That said, I do understand your skepticism.

Kouye: Sorry, I don't have any altcoins whatsoever. I don't have any other kind of collateral either, the only thing I can think of is this account, and it's not worth that much.

Actually, there is one thing. I have a secondary Steam account with games worth a total of 57,96€
Will that do as collateral?

16  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.5 BTC quickly! on: July 30, 2013, 07:44:48 PM
Because I need the money quickly, and there's no guarantee that an application for a CoinLenders loan will be approved this evening, and this transaction is pretty urgent.

Tomatocage: If you go back a bit, you'll notice that I've become inactive on this forum a bit on and off.

If anyone has any suggestions as to how someone from Sweden can buy bitcoins instantly (or nearly instantly, say, maximum three hours), that works too.
17  Economy / Lending / Need 0.5 BTC quickly! on: July 30, 2013, 07:32:05 PM
Hi.

I need 0.5 BTC to complete a transaction.

I've previously borrowed 3 BTC from CoinLenders, you can find the thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=231738.msg2439912
My repayment was never confirmed in the thread, but if you want to confirm it, feel free to contact TradeFortress. I have some more info about trades and loans I've done previously in that thread.

I will pay back 0.6 BTC before the week is over.

Please contact me if interested. Thanks.

but we do all understand the point he was making.
Actually, no. His post is pure nonsense. And I say that not being a hardcore Bitcoin-believer. Anyone not completely mentally challenged would understand this is not how it works.
19  Economy / Lending / Re: Question about investing on: June 17, 2013, 01:15:22 PM
Yes. CoinLenders is reliable: https://www.coinlenders.com/interest

Currently around 25% APR, which is VERY good. The risk is relatively low, but there is still some risk associated with this. For this to be a sound investment, you need to assume that:

1. TradeFortress won't eventually run away with your money.
2. TradeFortress is good enough at filtering out scammers, leading to very few defaulting loans = long term profit
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's time for a Bitcoin sign in sign language on: June 17, 2013, 02:34:41 AM
Pardon the crude drawing, but something like this

I am not capable of doing that with my hands.
Me neither. My ring finger automatically bends if I try to bend my pinky like that. The only way I can do that is if I force my pinky down with my thumb.
