201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am I to do? on: August 01, 2018, 12:00:49 PM
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
If you haven't sold anything back at march, the situation is better for you now. Prices went higher since then, but still unstable. I would recommend you to still holding your savings, because prices will go higher.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: August 01, 2018, 11:44:49 AM
I reflect on the fact that lack of regulation in the field of crypto currency, gives wide opportunities for scam projects. And it will not be possible to regulate the cryptocurrency, no matter how much the goverments want to do it. In the fact that in the world of crypto, lots of scammers and they remain unpunished, I see one big plus.

People will be forced to learn to be more insightful, calculating and rational or will be scammed. Protection from the state decrease our instinct of self-preservation and slowed our development.

Crypto currency will make the next generation of people smarter.

Let's discuss this topic.

Or people will be to lazy to learn new ways of involving crypto to get rid of scam and will be leaving this sphere. It all depends on a person here, sure, there will be people who can push crypto futher, but how many. I dont think that scam will ever vanish.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market has recovered? on: August 01, 2018, 11:27:51 AM
coinmarketcap was full blue. Beautiful June is taking place
I would not say it is fully recovered, but it is already a better situation than it was. The prices of coins are still going up and down everyday, but hopefully to see raise this month.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it the best time to invest on ETH on: July 31, 2018, 03:53:35 PM
Ethereum price is now below 600$. Do you think it is the best time to buy Ethereum now ?
I think you can invest in ETH at anytime. ETH is not the most stable coin on market and its price will go up and down, but for the long term holding it will bring you good profit
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: July 31, 2018, 03:50:31 PM
Guys, how do you think, is a ready-made product important for ICO project?

In my opinion, it is, because it can show investors that the team is ready to bring huge results and has future plans.

As an example - KickCity, event platform where each user is rewarded for event promotion. You can try it today. More information you can find here  https://medium.com/@kickcity_io/kickcity-public-beta-5aa66fafc5c7
Yes, it is important to have a goal for your project. The team must know for what they are starting their ICO project for. Also, investors could see what developers trying to achieve with ICO and decide to invest or not. It is important to show people that your project is worth to invest in.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: July 30, 2018, 04:33:27 PM
I just wanted to  know what are your plans on your cryptocurrency in the future?

Do you plan to keep on investing?
Do you plan to exchange your crypto in fiat and leave crypto?
Will crypto survive?
Yes, I think crypto will survive. My plans for the future is to keep doing Bounty Campaigns as along as possible.
Also keep investing into developing coins and into big coins like ETH.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How was your experience in joining bounty or airdrop? on: July 30, 2018, 04:09:30 PM
Hey everyone!

I am very new to joining airdrops. I just wanna know if you had experience joining into some ICOs but did not receive your expected tokens? Or what was your first tokens that you received?

My first received token was very rewarding experience, still counting other and tracking my airdrops atm.

Can you share some of your experiences about this matter?

thank you!
My experience in joining Bounty Campaign is pretty successful. Never participated in Airdrops, but Signature Campaign are always profitable for me. Never had any problems with it, so I am pretty happy about such kind of income.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will every crypto coin survive? on: July 25, 2018, 06:47:19 PM
I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.
Of course not all of them will stay in market. You can already see how lots of coins are crashing and dying. Lots of people trying to make new projects with its own unique goals but failing.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $12000 to invest in long term. Which coin? :D on: July 25, 2018, 06:31:50 PM
Which is a safe coin to invest in the long term?
How long should I hold it?

Is there a risk that I might lose it all?

I am a noob in cryptocurrencies. Help.  Huh

I was thinking Litecoin, is it a good idea?
I would be wise to split into different coins such a big amount of money and most of them for stable-trusted coins, like ETH, BTC and others. Also, you can invest into starting projects which could rise up in price.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why wouldn't you invest on ripple? on: July 25, 2018, 06:09:30 PM
Hello there,

I am new at this topics, many of my  friends said that ripple is the worst cryptocurrency,
because don't represent the spirit of a cryptocurrency has to be.

May be someone can bring me more reasonable argument about why i wouldn't invest on ripple or in other hand, invest on it.

please, all the help will be appreciate because i want really learn all about crypto.

I think investing into Ripple coins could be profitable in a long term holding. Ripple is a coin that supports banking system and it is also a decentralized coin which makes it poor in peoples use. That is why I would go with some other coins.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do I need to invest in on: July 25, 2018, 06:02:13 PM
Please I want to invest in some coin but it seems that the market are red which coin should I buy now
You can go with any potential coin at that moment, because prices are going up. I would stick with a big coins like ETH, BTC, LTC and others. Those would be a great investments, especially for a long term hold.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed and crypto !! on: July 25, 2018, 05:59:14 PM
I feel that i never have enough coins. To day i just bought another batch with Icon (ICX) i am not only bullish on ICX but wish i had more of WAN,VEN,ONT,NAV,OMG and EOS.

Do you guys feel the same thirst/hunger to buy/add more fiat to the crypto world. And when is enough ?

Because of the long downtreand we have been withness to now. Do i start to be positive to what i see right now. And want to take a loan in the bank 50k to buy more of the coins that i have mantion in this thread. The plan is to make 2-3x and sell some and pay back the loan. I know this sounds crazy to most of you and i know it is.

Positive and negative comments are all welcome in this thread. Thanks
The main thing is to know when to stop. Crypto is like a gamble in some point. Investing more and more of your budget can be very dangerous. Of course, people want to get more profit but be aware that your money can turn into nothing.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: July 24, 2018, 03:32:49 PM
i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?
There are a lot of new coins in market nowadays. It is hard to follow all of them especially a huge number of them are scam or just bad projects.
The main things I am searching about new coins are: The main goal and what team stand behind the project. What those people trying to achive, also making researches about such projects, what other people say about it.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: July 24, 2018, 01:46:27 PM
Brand new to the cryptocurrency market.  Currently I hold a decent amount of LTC.  It's value has gone up nicely since I purchased it.  I've read all the predictions for LTC in 2018 and 2019.  It sounds promising as a long term hold...which is what I'm more comfortable doing...to reach $200 -$300 a coin.   I like the fact that there is a team in place trying hard to ensure it's future.  Charlie Lee may not be the most charismatic spokesman publicly but he's out there doing it which gives me confidence in his product.  Now, it's obvious that ETH is not going anywhere.  My question for the board is which outperforms the other in the next 5 years?  I tend to invest heavily in the direction that has the bigger upside.  Perhaps I should split my investing 50/50 regarding ETH and LTC?  What say the more experienced cryptocurrency gurus?

I have nothing against BTC.  I don't see it going anywhere.  It is the giant.  However, I feel the current price point is too high for my liking.

Thanks
Both of those coins are good for a long term investment.
ETH is very popular and lot's of people use it every day for the transictions. I would prefer to go with ETH 'cause of the fast development and expand. LTC is more stable coin.
Investing into those coins would be profitable for you, but I believe with ETH this profit will be much bigger.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I make money (no scam) on: July 24, 2018, 01:35:35 PM
anyone knows how to make money online

Leave a comment below
If you are writing such comment at bitcointalk I suppose you are looking for a job among crypto business. The most popular way to earn money here is Bounty Campaigns. It divides into parts, like Signature,Facebook,Twitter and others Campaigns. I would suggest you to do Signature one, because it is the most profitable part of Bounty.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic???? on: July 23, 2018, 09:07:20 PM
Last night I had a discussion with a friend if it's possible to quit your job and make a fulltime living of promoting bounty campaigns.
My friend thought you need to promote a lot of bounties at the same time (100 per week), to compensate for the
uncertain number of bounties that will never to lead to any income (coin cannot get listed, withdrawal fees of exchange is too high, scam, etc.).

So the question is: do you agree with this statement?
I think it depends on how much time you spend behind the monitor per day. It would take a lot of time to promote each Bounty to make enough money for living. It is realistic but is it really worth it ?
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BestRate ICO payment tool on: July 23, 2018, 02:40:05 PM
Is it really only 4 eth for the normal widget? Does anyone really use that?
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic sell? on: July 18, 2018, 07:38:21 PM
Due to unstable price of market, Is it now the best time to sell all the holdings of altcoin and revert it back to tether for safe mode? Will the price of each altcoin keeps going down? Please can anyone reach me on this.
I hope you have not sold all your savings and kept them so far. I have been waiting for market  to recover from the winter dip and now, we can see some results of recovering, but still it is wait to early for selling for profit.
You can go with some amount of your savings just fo quick profit while prices are green.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is etherium good for long term on: July 18, 2018, 07:20:55 PM
Can i trust on etherium project
I want to hold it for long term 5-10 years
Can i use hardware wallet (ledger or trezor)?

Of course it is, like any other big coin on market. Crypto will only grow bigger and bigger each year, and your percent of profit will grow as well. 5 to 10 year is a big term, so I am sure you will gain huge profit.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to pick best signature campaign on: July 18, 2018, 07:04:42 PM
What criteria do you guys use to pick your signature campaigns.  With some of them lasting 2-3 months it seems like a critical decision and I'm not quite sure how to go about it.  With all the scams out there I am fearful of picking a junker which not only hurts me but the people looking at my promotions.  I would like to have one picked out for when I switch over to Jr Member.

First of all, I am looking on project, the team behind it, what support it gets, amount of tokens they giving away. It is not that hard to find decent Bounty, just do not bite overdoable goals and do not be overhelmed by sweet speeches of high rewards and you will be fine.
