1483  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] BDT - 3% weekly interest bond, backed by Bitdaytrade on: September 21, 2012, 09:22:01 AM
Can you unfreeze the bond?

Surely everyone has had time to read about what is going on.

why unfreeze a bond worth 0?

Let the market determine what it's worth

GLBSE knowingly letting a scam asset trade seems questionable.

Thanks but at this time I will not be doing anything. Thank you all for your feedback.

I sold at the top and the bottom!
1486  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Going after Trendon Shavers, Pirateat40, BTCST on: September 18, 2012, 04:31:13 PM
i personally do not think we should go after family members but we should go after pirate with lawyers... that is what i am working on now.

extortion and wire fraud has a good ring to it...

Maybe you could launch an IPO on the GLBSE to finance this affair: shareholders will receive an amount of the loot recovered proportional to their shares. Maybe even some trade with listed PPT bonds could be arranged. And maybe on bitcointalk there is a lawyer specialized in this kind of issues...

Honestly I already thought about that. But it would be like selling pirate debt sorta. Also a lot of the recovered funds that I get will have to go to my bond holders. Sadly no one has offered to pay anyhting and some are even telling me not to sue cuz pirate wont pay... So meh...

I can't even get a lawyer with a decent response time cuz I'm in Thailand... Could really use a hand if anyone here is a lawyer. Thx
1487  Economy / Lending / Re: The pirate speaks on: September 18, 2012, 08:40:53 AM

1490  Other / Off-topic / Re: What color is my ignore button? on: September 16, 2012, 12:36:48 PM
Thanks for that. I would have assumed glowing red or something close lol.

Yours was clear until maybe a week or two ago. Did you suddenly start getting more annoying recently?

Maybe. A lot of people now do not like me cuz of Pirate and Matthew stuff. Oh well :/

1493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ppcoin value on: September 16, 2012, 06:39:58 AM
Im going to heavily invest in ppcoin

be warned, btc to ppc exchange rates are volatile and can significantly impact on your holdings also no one can predict if ppc will sink or explode. However, hedging costs right now are relatively low and due to near future events, ppc will do pretty well in my opinion.

PPcoin is only good if bitcoin is 51% attacked?
1494  Economy / Securities / Re: (TyGrr) TyGrr Tech on: September 15, 2012, 09:29:59 AM
If you will read this thread you will find that this operation is closed and the hardware is being liquidated.

I know it might shock you but things have changed since a year ago :/

Thanks. That's a better answer that the one you gave OgNasty don't you think ?

He has been active in this thread and knew it was being liquidated. So no. He comes in here every now and again like p4man and Matthew and tries to cause trouble.

1496  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: OPEN LETTER to Donald, Patrick & Amir RE: Bitcoinica on: September 14, 2012, 09:26:55 AM
i hope they sign, but then again why would they?

they have nothing to lose at this point and clearly they do not care about the community and the people who lost money or it would have been resolved by now:(

1497  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Trendon Shavers/Pirate ~ New Info on: September 13, 2012, 09:03:54 AM
This leads to a new (?) name, Francisco Jimenez:

Suddenly, I remembered this quote:

"17:55 <@pirateat40> Trendon Shavers is a DBA, just to be fair.
17:57 <@pirateat40> I just use his name, he doesn't even speak english."

Lol, date?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=102379.msg1123106#msg1123106

sounds like he was just trying to leave him alone. i think he failed.
1498  Other / Off-topic / Vlad "plots" aginst best freind scammer Matthew N. Wright on: September 12, 2012, 12:12:48 PM

Edit:  For context Vlads posts were posted because he was acting on behalf of a company that posted my skype logs on this forum (with out my consent or knowledge). They fought over the fact that they had this right so they lose any claim to privacy now. Keep in mind Vlad never talks about this issue in the thread.

Will buy Matthew's debt. How much would you want for it?

It seems I might be in position to collect. I do not want to pay much for it (there are a few people who offering me hes debt for free), maybe will pay some very symbolic amount.

I could however promise you a percentage of whatever I might be able to collect. And I can promise that Matthew will be very very unhappy once he finds out about this debt assignment.

I dont know what to think. What is your offer for five k?

First of all, please keep it all strictly confidential if you could.

I must mention that I am negotiating on behalf of Bitcoin Magazine (Bittalk Media Ltd).

What to offer? .... Hmmm... It is a bit unorthodox and hugely ironic... I will offer for it 12 issue subscription to Bitcoin Magazine, starting with #2.

Either this is a ploy to get Matthew to have his scammers tag taken down or Vlad is trying to take advantage of our sad situation for example take control of Matthew stake in the company.

Please do not sell your debt to Vlad for nothing. 12 issues of a mag is not worth 5,000 BTC.

Matthew is a scammer and should have the tag. Also Vlad taking over one of the few assets Matthew's debt holders have a chance of claiming is just dirty.

Matthew should give the shares of the company to his real debt holders not to his best friend and long time supporter Vlad.
