3123  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: March 31, 2016, 11:02:58 PM
Let's say I am spending 250 USD to mine a coin of worth 330 USD, selling it immediately doesn't give me a big profit. If I am selling the same coin for 500 USD then thats a good strategy.
(amount spent on mining per coin in FIAT) : (Value of the coin)
when you get a good ratio convert the coin to FIAT.
But you never know how long you have to wait for price to reach $500.I would suggest sell some and save some.Since you have 'lots of coins' you can keep selling even when you get $50 profit. But dont forget to save atleast half of your coins for future

3125  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: March 31, 2016, 10:39:55 PM
of course i believe in bitcoin, theres no thing that would make me not believe in bitcoin to be honest

first of all its still very popular, moreover the price is really high and might even grow more before and after the halving process

The current price isn't high and isn't low. Not sure why there are people that still think it's high or low. Just by looking at the market facts, such as the supply and demand, you can see that the price is holding strong above the $400 price level while there is more supply than demand. That's quite impressive.
The problem with Bitcoin is that early adopters and miners have lots of coins in store and due to their hoarding large amounts, they can always manipulate bitcoin price at their will
3126  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2016, 10:31:38 PM
Start gambling. I lost only like 3 dollars but it was still the worst mistake, as I knew that I wouldn't make money but decided to try anyway, since it was earned from faucets.

Lol I bet and lost a few BTC at once before it shot up to $1000.  at least I was less mad when it came back down.

Its hard to earn at faucet and the bitcoin that you earn there is really precious it must have really hurt losing that amount.

invested my bitcoin to scam cloud mining then i used my bitcoin for gambling. That's bad enough.
I also lost my coins to cloud mining when it turns out to be ponzi.Luckily for me it wasn't the high amount.I think I would re-visit this thread again after 2-3 years and my biggest mistake by then would be the coins that I sold today Sad But I am helpless because I need money

3128  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: March 31, 2016, 10:49:56 AM
Make Bill Gates sign his property to you.
You can try Amnesia on him after signing .
Convert all $ in BTC. Place them in a paper wallet . Enjoy Smiley
Why would he convert all $ in BTC? he can do lot of things with his money.Anyway there's no shortcut to success and one should not haste and end up doing some foolish things. Its good to desire to be rich but one should go for ethical and legal?
3129  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: March 31, 2016, 10:44:57 AM

3132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: March 31, 2016, 12:39:03 AM
I didn't realize this was still being talked about. You've got to be joking though because money is money. Wherever financial gain is possible, illegal activity will follow. It's as simple as I can explain it. Why even attempt trying to find out when you could just think of the US dollar being used for money laundering.
Bitcoin is entirely different with any other fiat it is anonymous therefore more prone to be used by criminals in illegal activities. That said there's no reason to give bitcoin a bad name just because of its anonymous nature
3133  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: March 30, 2016, 11:56:30 PM
Dont think so. Im more prone to a alt year. BTC and LTC will remain stationary while alts will get all the focus
Your assumptions may be right from trading point of view but as far as users base is concerned,I also have gut feeling that by the end if this year,Bitcoin users will be almost double than they are today
3134  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling aged fb accounts on: March 30, 2016, 11:52:10 PM
Selling aged fb accounts
It has 100 to 300 friends
Price is $5 per account.
Registered in 2010
Is there any advantage of aged fb account? isn't they are alo just like other accounts?I have an account which is older than the ones you are selling but I dont think they are special

Mostly they are used for fb advertising. Aged accounts are harder to get banned than new accounts.
By advertising do you mean spamming?I think any real account, new or old are harder to get banned if it stays out of spamming and follow the terms if usage.
Anyway I wish you good luck with your sell
3135  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: March 30, 2016, 11:48:09 PM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
Only about 42.4% of the world's population uses the Internet.Bitcoin needs internet to work.I dont think there will be 100% people using internet in 2022 because a lot of third countries are lagging behind in basic infrastructure.Without internet, how can everyone be able to use bitcoin?
3136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could consume as much electricity as Denmark by 2020 on: March 30, 2016, 11:41:25 PM
That was a new fact to know. Its obvious that mining consumes a lot of electricity but didn't thought that it would add up to the total electrical consumption of the whole nation ( Denmark ). This is one of the draw backs of bitcoins as compared to fiat.
New unconventional sources of energy need to be generated to fuel bitcoin mining.Almost all of our technology is highly energy consuming why single out Bitcoin?I hope with time we would have less energy consumption mining hardwares

3138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the minimum amount to start as a trader? on: March 30, 2016, 11:23:08 PM
What is the minimum amount to start as a trader?
If you want to try trading as a novice, you must not put lots of money and should start with as little as possible. For a pro trader however small amount means small profit hence atleast 1 bitcoin would be more appropriate.Remember trading is a risky business so invest only as much that you can afford to lose

Following is the quote on the mentioned thread from the person in question
I am sad for humanity. If only wars,
conflicts won't be lived but
unfortunately that is natural result of
unright invasions

Do you think anyone who feel sad for humanity and innocent lives is terrorist?
Dont be judgemental friend let people speak their mind
