On their deposit page to buy dedicated IPs theres this wallet address:

https://blockchain.info/address/1NektXs8mz72cLS6Eqy3nkwYfz1pL3QrcZ

Look at the 0.03 and 0.06 payments. Seems like people are still buying these "packages".
Total scam.

Got an idea to automate some thing to earn money?
1808  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Who keeps wasting time on faucets? Am I the only one who's thinking this? on: April 16, 2017, 07:10:54 PM
Do you try to figure out to get more BTC with a better method than faucet?

No not really. Just wanted to hear why people still use them.

Oh, alright. Well, like said: I guess for the fun Wink

Yeah Smiley I understand that faucets with games have the benefit of being fun. Of course I was thinking about plain ol' faucets.

Who keeps wasting time on faucets? Am I the only one who's thinking this?

You did not think about it when you were pocketing profits through adsense from your faucet (bitblabber) through the same users you just compared to dish washers. Not being rude mate, but never criticize a thing from which you have at least earned a penny.

Wow, you really go into some kind of defensive mode. I must have touched something there.

Pocketing?! Profits?! It was almost nothing I earned with BitBlabber and LS. You obviously don't know what you are talking about.
If it was really earning me that much, why would I have stopped it? Why would I stop it if it was earning me anything at all?
It was next to nothing. Not worth the time. Sorry for not wanting to work 4 hours a day to make $5 per week.
$5 for 28 hours of work. That's ridiculous. Dishwashers earn $9-$10 an hour here. Beggers outside the church bring in more than that.
You must have understood me wrong: I have no disrespect for dish washers (or beggers for that fact). Where did I compare faucet users to dish washers? Please, don't put words in my mouth.

I regret the time I spent on BB and LS. And I really do mean that. But that's enough about me and BB/LS now.

Back to my point.

Let's come to the point, faucets were introduced as a medium to introduce people to bitcoins,

I agree to that. But you already mention yourself that times have changed. Bitcoin has grown and has become more popular.
Come up with something better? Mhmm captcha work is my best guess. Gambling, investing, trading... Isn't that something for the 1%'ers? The other 99% will be disappointed, like me.

Got any ideas?

For these people who are living in third world countries even earnings from faucets is realy important part of their income.

The cost of internet and power supply would be higher than their earnings.

Also, if we have some referrals who joins our ref links, it's possible to earn decent money (especially for these who live in poor countries.

True. But as far as I can see that's the only way to actually earn something decent from faucets.

What is "fi captcha work"?

for instance: captcha work like on 2captcha.com
1813  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Who keeps wasting time on faucets? Am I the only one who's thinking this? on: April 15, 2017, 06:20:11 PM
I also have that question. There have been numerous occasions where I suggested that people go pick up pennies in the streets instead of clicking faucets.
Did faucets EVER give any considerable/worthwhile amount of coins?

It's obvious however that faucets exist because people keep clicking them.

Even doing the dishes in a restaurant brings in more cash.

I'm an ex-faucet owner... and an ex-faucet user. Lately I keep wondering:
Why do people keep on claiming for peanuts, when they can earn more with fi captcha work?

Why do faucets even exist? Why spent hours clicking anti-botlinks, struggling with popups and -unders, ...?

Is it selling products/goods?

Well running my faucet was fun.. But there was a lesson learned.

If you want money: Work for it (in real life).
If you want bitcoin: Convert your real life money to bitcoin.

I know someone who bought 100 IPs. They did not show up on her account page.

That's 0.03 wasted. Not worth the risk or time.

The wallet she sent it to received over 0.3 BTC. Seems like a few people fell for this scam.

can you post proof of what she bought.??

seem's site dosen't have support as well, if it's scam then neobux it is for me then.

That's the 0.03 for 100 IPs.

As an ex-faucet owner myself I don't get involved in these things. Like I said; If it is too good...

A lot of people used BitBlabber to promote their referral links; They didn't care much about the satoshi....

On good days I made 20 refs promoting a single link. Smiley

Made you should try to offer something "more" than just info/satoshi? Like a service?

Seems like no one is interested... Perhaps it's all too good to be true.

I'm still offering my services to test it for free. Cheesy
