Not sure why you would pick NH over doing some research and earning more at other pools. Perhaps even double.
1482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining strategy suggestions/ Constantly checking What-to-Mine hurting home life on: November 11, 2017, 09:15:38 PM
I have tried whattomine and similar, but they dont do it for me, they are not accurate.
I dont know, i tried *sigh*
like the one it says Xevan is 24 MH/s   but i only get 1 MH/s so it makes no sense for that example

My 1080 and 1080 ti get 10+ MH/s mining xevan. Seems like 1 MH/s is really low for a 1070. Try another pool?
1483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: n00b equihash rig on: November 11, 2017, 02:41:54 PM
some 1080 ti's do 750 sols/s, right?
1484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Profit switching miner other then Nicehash and Minergate on: November 11, 2017, 08:28:51 AM
Try nemos. You will earn more.

Don't waste time on NH or so.. Get familiar with Nemos (or mining at other pools).
1485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nicehash or Claymore miner ( newbie noob here ) on: November 10, 2017, 04:31:34 PM
Nicehash is super easy to use but will usually get you less $$$ when compered to other miners/pools. On the other hand every other combination will require some settings and if you are not technically savvy I suggest you start with nicehash and gradually learn to implement other solutions.

You could always try Nemos. Pretty easy.
1486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nicehash or Claymore miner ( newbie noob here ) on: November 10, 2017, 02:23:20 PM
NiceHash is easy to use, but brings in less $$$ than other pools. There are several other pools that also convert to BTC.

You seem to have a nice rig. If you could earn 1.5 USD more per day at another pool, that's 35 USD per month extra. To me that's reason enough to check out other pools.

If you eventually know your hashrate for an algorithm, you can use my tool to compare pools:

My tool is in test phase but has proven to be pretty accurate.. Smiley

This is what you get when you give away free stuff.

I thought this was the official thread? Let's try again.

I've been mining xevan at ahashpool and it seems that other coins bring in less... Is there a pool with just bitsend but that automatically exchanges to btc?

Edited to add: I tried mining to a bitsend wallet, but the wallet took AGES to download/sync on my computer. Any tips on that one?

Ok thanks for the help folks.
1491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1070 GTX owners, what are you mining now? on: November 07, 2017, 10:16:24 AM
I was mining ZEC for the past few weeks. With the boost to Cryptonight I decided to take a chance and download the Nicehash legacy miner and then point my 4x GTX 1070s at only mining that.  The result varies but I am putting out 2760 H/s at around 390 watts from the wall for my entire system.  That is the GPUs operating at about 35 TDP, although I have the limit set to 80% it never gets more that 35%. Not quite sure why that is but my hashrate seems to be okay.  I am averaging around 6-9 USD per day at this point.  I figure I will keep doing that until Bitcoin Gold figures itself out and then switch to that for a short time to see how that goes.

As I wrote in my previous post, yesterday I switched to NiceHash. That was my first time to use NiceHash and I installed newest version. Today, when I checked the RIG I was not satisfied. One GPU was completely out of work. RIG didn’t recognize it anymore. I had to restart the system. I left everything by default. I only benchmark GPUs. I have a similar configuration like you 4x GTX 1070 and I have one question.
Did you uncheck some algorithms? In the Mining stats I can see that RIG tried to mine Lyra2Rev2, DaggerHashimoto,  Decred, CryptoNight, Equihash and Blake2s. Unpaid balance for 12 hours is 3.46 USD.

I have been mining Solaris (XLR) for several weeks now with Xevan procol. Before that I did ZENCash.

where you mine it?
1494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: November 06, 2017, 05:32:46 PM
Regarding "startzpool24hr",
am I right in assuming that it mines the most profitable coin in the last 24h period?
Has anyone have some hard numbers as to profitability of mining real-time most profitable coins VS the 24h "coin of the day"?
IMHO, the 24h option defeats the core principle of auto-switching that most people use on Zpool.

The 24h option has not done well for me.

You can check those actual, 24h and estimated values here:
http://pools.you-stupid-woman.com/

(pls remind: it's in test phase; all values come straight from the pools)
1495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: November 06, 2017, 02:14:04 PM
1080ti is a pretty good video card and it is high end. So I think it should be good for mining.

of course it is Smiley

1497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold Mining on: November 05, 2017, 06:34:25 PM
This bitcoin gold fiesco is taking way too long
This lack of information and communication makes me think that Bitcoin gold is gonna fail before it even has a chance
Theres also the pre-mine

Exactly what I was thinking.
1498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining HUSH coin on: November 05, 2017, 06:29:47 PM
Anyone have a good hush pool? I distrust suprnova's actual fee rate

Mine https://madmining.club (No fees, I run it as a community pool and pay for it with my own mining)

If not me, I'd recommend  miningspeed or luckpool

Or take a look at https://miningpoollists.com/hush/

Any pool that automatically converts to btc?
1499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: November 05, 2017, 06:14:20 PM
I am earning a lot less zcoins On MiningpoolHub then I should be according to whattomine etc,
Should earn around 0.9-1 zcoins with my 3 1080 tis and 1 1060 but I am only getting 0.5 -0.64
Don't know if its the pool or its just that zcoin isn't profitable anymore
Anyone else mining zcoin on MPH or suprnova or anyother pool
I am thinking of switching to  Suprnova or switching back to DGB altogether , Was thining of switching to bitcoingold altogether but its main net is taking to much time to release

How many 1080 ti do you have? What did you earn before (the zcoins on MPH)?

got this miner compiled in ubuntu 16.04 hitting 5600Khs on VXS is this good for a 1080ti?
i dont overclock everything is standard apart from fan speed

I'm on Windows 10, so I can't say for sure in regards to linux, but I think you're speed is about right. I get 5200-5400 for Xevan per GTX 1080 Ti, depending on the overclock, at 80% power limit. I've seen reports of people being close to 6000, but I think that is both Overclocked and at full power limit.

Been mining Xevan for a few weeks now. Using Windows 10.
- Asus STRIX 1080 Ti: 5818.11
- MSI 1080 Gaming Plus (11 Gbps): 4078.85

Little bit clocked.
