I think all of these tokens like ARK, Ethereum and Waves are pretty much going to die off. This is the first time I have ever posted but it is obvious that ICOs are overrated and mostly produce junk coins. EOS and tokens like NXT are by far superior not only in transaction speed but they offer Airdrops. In other words, a platform like EOS is not really that risky and EOS and NXT holders get free tokens when other companies join their platforms. I am hedging a little myself by holding WAVES but I do not see it ever growing like EOS. Diversify folks.
Man, you have no idea what you talk about do you? OES does not even have a proper working platform yet and is as risky as any other crypto project. Next to that, Waves-NG protocol is one of the fastest blockchain techs available in the space and certainly can match NXT. Also, by owning and leasing Waves you reveice regular airdops (incl. a lot of spam). Airdrops should not be the business model of any crypto, either should ICOs be. The only sustainable business model is mass adoption by daily uses from companies and people for a wide variaty of uses cases. This takes time to be developed and adopted. also it seems that EOS can freeze accounts at will, hence definitely centralized. |

Different things can influence your choice of storage solution (security, compatibility,…) but it is always more careful to avoid storing your funds on an exchange wallet. You can keep funds on an exchange wallet (such as HitBTC) when you are trading but it is best to transfer your funds to an offline wallet once you are done trading and only intend to store your tokens. Hardware wallets represent the safest way to store cryptocurrencies and DRT, such as Ledger, Trezor, Keepkey, Safe-T by Archos… Online wallets like MyEtherWallet, Metamask or Mist are less secure because they are connected to the Internet. I must reluctantly agree. Each major upgrade to Waves project has had little effect on price.
Though I don't think it is fair to criticize on the basis of price alone during a bear market, watching Waves forfeit its market share into utter obscurity (#49 CMC) has been very discouraging.
90% of Ivanov's efforts and budget should be toward marketing at this point, in my opinion...
...and going to New York or Berlin to give a sighing, stammering, autistic presentation to a bored audience does not count as marketing.

I read about it and some token have this features as well for example EOS, a complete stranger can freeze your fund if they suspect or it came from fraudulent activity. its a good way to counter theft but it defeats the purpose of decentralized blockchain.
so this purpose appears completely defeated, and BNT has lost half of his ICO price at 0,00491444 ETH. |
