121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am i expected to do? on: August 28, 2018, 10:47:46 AM
I would say that you should  hold the coins. I know a lot of people have being offering the same advice but that it because it is the best option for you right now. If you decide to sell the coins then you would be doing so at a loss which is not good. The best way to get back all of your money is to hold and not sell them for cheaper. You only lose your money when you sell your coins.
122  Other / Off-topic / Re: will bitcoin give surprise, ?? on: August 28, 2018, 10:35:20 AM
I don't see why not, bitcoin mostly thrive on surprise hence why you see people are always watching the market to make sure that the price does not go up and they miss it. A time is coming when bitcoin is going to surprise everyone again. But for now, we should all be realistic and realize that there will not be another bull market for a while.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to store ICO tokens? on: August 27, 2018, 12:20:09 PM
You should store your ICO tokens in wallets that you control. The project creators will tell you the kind of wallets that they are using for their coins but if they have their own wallets then they will tell people where to get it. Always make sure that you are storing your tokens in wallets which you control the private keys to. If you do not have control of your private keys then you do not have control of your coins.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are too many new Token, new project on: August 27, 2018, 12:15:08 PM
I agree. There are way too many new projects and the worse part of it all is that these new projects have nothing to offer, most of them are just dead end coins that have no plans of carrying out the things that they have promised the people who are investing in the coins. They are the ones who are taking so much money out of the market and making it hard for the coins to go up in price.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The price of most ERC20 tokens depends on the price of the ether! on: August 25, 2018, 11:37:05 AM
That is not surprising given that they are made on the ethereum platform so it is only normal that the price of ethereum will affect their prices and now that ethereum is not doing too well despite all of the other coins doing well just goes to show that a lot of the tokens are in danger now. Hopefully the price of ethereum will start to do well so the tokens can do well too.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you care about product? on: August 25, 2018, 11:26:42 AM
Actually I care about it very much. You see it is the kind of product that a project is offering that will tell you if the project is going to last for a long time. It is also what helps you decide if you want to make short term investments into the project or if you want to make long term investments into it.If an ico is going to be a success then it needs to have a good product.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of investor are you? on: August 24, 2018, 07:47:56 PM
I would say that I am a long term investor. I have tried other forms of being an investor but then I found that I do better by just buying the coins when the prices are down and then selling them when the price goes higher. I tried being a trader but that did not work out for me as I ended up putting a lot of my money in scam coins and lost all of my money when the projects failed and were delisted.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you research altcoins? on: August 24, 2018, 07:43:09 PM
There really is not a one size fits all when it comes to researching altcoins but one of the ways that I have found to be effective for me is to look at the creators of the coins. If they are on linked in the you need to make sure that they are really the ones working on the coin. I also like to look at their previous projects as it would give me a good idea of what kind of work they are into and how well they work.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a bounty hunter, I really like to earn some tokens. Do you? on: August 23, 2018, 04:11:23 PM
I don't think that it is insane, the fact is that they are your tokens and you alone decide what happens with the coins whether they are worth something or not. As for me I also like to gather the tokens but when I look at it and see that it is not a token that is likely to do well in the future then I sell them the first chance I get to avoid ending up with worthless coins in my wallet.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why you should take bounty campaign seriously on: August 23, 2018, 03:59:54 PM
I agree to, there is a lot of money that we could end up making from bounty campaigns which is good. I understand the need to take is serious so we do not fall behind and not get the rewards from the bounties. I have notices that if you do not have money to invest in coins then bounties is one good way to get them, you just get the coins from the rewards and then exchange them for the coin of your choice.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do You looking for in ICO? on: August 22, 2018, 05:00:45 PM
Mostly I just look for the product. Basically it is the product that tells you the kind of coin you are dealing with. The product is what helps you know if it is the kind of coin that is going to last for a long time or if it is just going to die out soon. Besides the product then the team working on the project is something I look at as they are just as important as the product.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am going to invest 10BTC to different altcoins on: August 22, 2018, 04:56:48 PM
This is a good move if you ask me, but I think that you should make sure that you have some value in bitcoin before you convert your bitcoins to altcoins. Reason being that the market is unpredictable and there is no way to tell how it is going to turn out. So I would advice that you hold some bitcoin in case bitcoin ends up being the coin that does well the most.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Cryptos vs Trading Forex on: August 21, 2018, 05:32:11 PM
I would say that they are both risky. When it comes to any kind of trading then you are taking a significant amount of risk with your money as you always stand the chance of losing your money if you make even one wrong move. I have tried crypto trading and I would say that when it comes to the risk that are involved in both of them, they are rivalling each other and you should be very careful if you are a trader.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIAT rewards for bounty hunters. on: August 21, 2018, 05:19:29 PM
I don't think that giving bounty hunters their rewards in fiat is wise, we are in the crypto market so there is no need for us to be using fiat to pay out bounties. Also one of the purposes of bounties is to get awareness out there about the coin and to get as many people as possible involved in the coin so that is why they pay out in their tokens, making you involved in the coin.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good strategy to buy tokens at low price directly after ICO? on: August 20, 2018, 10:40:42 AM
It can be a good strategy but that only depends on the project. For some project once they fall past down the ico price then the price never goes back up again. So if you buy a coin after they are listed on exchanges directly after ico then you better pray like hell that the project does well and it is one of the few ones that can bounce back up again after the initial fall, otherwise you don't make any profit.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $100 : Where to invest with $100 ? on: August 20, 2018, 10:30:24 AM
I think that with 100 then you should be looking into investing in altcoins that have a lot of potential to do well but are still cheap for now due to the bear market that we are in right now. Think about it, with coins like that you have the potential of making a higher percentage of return on investment when the coin ends up doing well. just make sure that anywhere you decide to put your money in, you do adequate research into it.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is crypto industry dangerous ? on: August 18, 2018, 12:21:01 PM
Just as dangerous as any other one. I think it is as dangerous as the choices you make when you are in it. If you are making the right choices for your investments and not letting emotions dictate what you do about it then you are going to be just fine but if you are doing the opposite of that then cryptocrurrency industry will be very dangerous for you and you might end up losing all of your money.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: August 18, 2018, 12:14:54 PM
I think it is very risky for you to even go that low. Personally I would not advise you to even go below the top ten coins when you are investing in altcoins especially if you are investing for the long term. The lesser ranked coins are the most likely to die out since they do not have the kind of investor support that the higher rnaked coins have to keep the project going.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts are Bleeding What To Do? on: August 17, 2018, 12:42:15 PM
The only thing that you can do is to secure you wallet, hold the altcoins that you already have and if you can, you should buy more altcoins now that the prices are cheap to add to the alcoins that you are already holding and then hold the coins for the long term. We are now in a bear market and the two options are just to hold your coins and buy more altcoins.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: If an exchange gets hacked on: August 17, 2018, 12:37:56 PM
I think if a trade gets hacked, everything is influenced so most presumably btc and altcoins gets hacked as well. Contingent upon their arrangement they must be ready to restore a level of your speculation if this happens simply like the end result for South Korea's Youbit as of late. So hacking is a noteworthy test on organizations worked in the web, we are not so much protected and I think would never be.

I agree, anytime that an exchange gets hacked, there is always the  loss of coins from the exchange which leads to people getting scared that their coins might be stolen and then there are fuds being spread account, this really ends up affecting the market as a whole and the price of the coins. As long as our money are still online, then we will never be free of the threat of hackers.
