441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: August 31, 2017, 05:36:07 PM
Bitcoin has a brighter future than almost any other monetary system/entity that exists. Think about it which thing has more potential upside, physical gold or Bitcoin? Tongue
442  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: August 31, 2017, 01:21:16 AM
Is it too late to buy Gold? Bitcoin is virtual gold, it will be here forever, so why would it be "too late" to buy it now? Obviously not.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are fees going so high? on: August 31, 2017, 01:20:33 AM
There have been reports of fees as low as 10 Satoshis clearing still. It isn't that they are high, but you need to pay a high fee for your transactions to clear fast.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: August 30, 2017, 03:14:23 AM
The poll is almost dead even. I am surprised to see how many people are earning enough Bitcoin that they do not need a job. Shocked
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best thing to do for the current situation ? on: August 30, 2017, 03:13:35 AM
Man Bitcoin is amazing. I think everyone should buy it right now don't worry about the price even if it is currently high you will make way more in the long run. Wink
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: August 30, 2017, 03:11:01 AM
Why should they? There is nothing that should be illegal about Bitcoin. Just because it is used on the dark Web doesn't mean it should be illegal. Fiat is also used to purchase illegal things every day.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet getting blocked? on: August 30, 2017, 03:10:06 AM
Which wallet is it though?

Realistically, only an online wallet can get blocked. Your personal local wallet can never be blocked unless your PC is hacked, then obviously it could.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: August 30, 2017, 03:09:17 AM
Do like Napoleon. Exile them to a far away land where we never have to deal with them. Cheesy

On a serious note, just be patient and continue teaching them about it and eventually they will learn.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: August 30, 2017, 02:54:31 AM
Certainly. Why wouldn't it be considered as money? It has value and is used to exchange for other goods and services, just like paper money, only it is digital!
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What services you wanna see with Bitcoin ? on: August 30, 2017, 01:53:46 AM
Well in my view there is still no good way to easily sell large amounts of Bitcoin. It takes days if not months to offload even a few Bitcoins, just imagine people who have over 100 or more. Shocked
451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi just sold his mined Bitcoins from 2010 on: August 30, 2017, 01:52:28 AM
The fee isn't even too bad, actually. hehehe

Anyways, this should be expected. We are in a huge bubble which is bound to break soon.

By the way, please do not clickbait. Thanks
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm surprised no one is copying Bitconnect yet on: August 26, 2017, 05:20:34 PM
Bitconnect is so successful, they have over $700 million USD in marketcap.

I'm surprised no one is copying Bitconnect yet. It's too easy for some one to clone a proof of stake coin. Create their own exchange on their website that only they can control, sell their coin, and get people to lend that coin back to them. What a genius idea from Bitconnect.

If someone were to copy Bitconnect's business strategy, they could easily rake in at least $400 million USD in marketcap in less than a year.

If it is so easy, why don't you do it then? Grin

See, everything is a lot harder than it seems at first. There is a team of employees that must respond to customer support inquiries all day long. The website must be coded optimally and run smoothly this alone takes a long time and requires a professional programmer. Then you have cold storage and security, and the overall functionality of everything, organization, etc. It is A LOT of work, more than you think!
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spam attacks cost money, how much money do these people have? on: August 26, 2017, 05:18:36 PM
Spam attacks are done by robots. It barely costs anything to send a bunch of robots to a domain (known as DDOS) and shut it down. On the flipside it can cause massive damage and from their perspective the risk is definitely worth the reward.
454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin finally legal in India on: August 26, 2017, 05:17:34 PM
The crazy thing about Bitcoin in India is how much more expensive it is than here in America. Why is it so expensive to buy Bitcoin in India like 10% more than anywhere else?
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: August 26, 2017, 05:16:45 PM
Maybe one thing you can do is share some of your earnings to your mom to prove that you really can generate income from this.
Or let her read related news regarding cryptocurrency and who are currently using and supporting this.
Maybe if she knows that even banks and known companies are now jumping into this, she will start to calm down and maybe have peace of mind when you're online & doing crypto transactions.
The problem is their parents think that involving in Bitcoin is involving in illegal activity.  And sharing earning to his mom will definitely raise a red flag.  Best is to explain it to her in a slow agonizing phase  Grin.  Since there will be lots of rebuttal and rejections from his mom.  Do not worry once he explained it well and made his mom realized that Bitcoin is legit then his mom will allow him to get involved in Bitcoin.  I was once there, and now I am good to go with Bitcoin.

Exactly. Your parents probably think Bitcoin is dirty or something, like it is only used for drugs, guns and other illegal things. The reality is it is far more than that now. Everyone uses Bitcoin and it will only get more widespread and mainstream as time goes on.
456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: August 26, 2017, 05:15:35 PM
Look, the advantage of Bitcoin is you are in the top 1%! In this day and age only 1% or less of the population even knows about Bitcoin. With that said, if we get in early we will be very wealthy in a few years when the price reaches $1,000,000. Think about it almost no one knows about or understands Bitcoin. They think it is a scam or fad, it is like the internet in 1995.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: August 26, 2017, 07:09:03 AM
What I like about Bitcoin is that soon we will have the Lightning Network and it will solve our transaction fee problems because now they are way too high.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: August 26, 2017, 07:07:33 AM
Actually each day not even one person asks me about Bitcoin because I do not talk about it much because most people I explain it to don't care and they only forget about it.
459  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin is a rat poison? on: August 26, 2017, 07:06:47 AM
Is Bitcoin a rat poison? This does not even make sense. Rat poison is something we use to kill rats in your house, etc. and Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency... hahaha
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: August 26, 2017, 07:00:25 AM
I also save some little amount of bitcoins just for future usage. I usually save 40% of bitcoins that i get and use the rest 60% on gambling or for buying things from purse...etc.

You should not gamble away your Bitcoins man. You cannot win by gambling and even if you do this money is not really earned only by luck... and you do not feel worthy of it as much if you work.
