Billionaires do invest in Bitcoin, but not billions, they wouldn't put more than 10%, or more than 5% of their capital in bitcoin, even if they love BTC.
Many billionaires choose not to though, which I think is a shame. They're too old to get it I guess.

HODL and buy. Disregard bitches, acquire more money, buy more bitcoin.
Find a side job, beg on the streets, borrow from friends and family. Be desperate for money and buy more. It might sound stupid and risky, and it might even be, but when you invest it all in BTC and it goes indeed to 100k, you'll be happy you did.

Yes I just hope they won't leak my data. Be careful with scam ICO's, they're much more likely to sell the data too.
I do think that when there's KYC requirements, there's less competition before the market, which can cause extra profit.

Someone help me How can I stay away from spamming? Anyone say to me how can I follow all Forum rules?
There are two answers. First its very hard, almost impossible to know all written and non written rules and obey them all even if you wanted it badly. Second answer is that, just post in normal way, help others, ask questions, read and you won't generally be punished for anything because you not doing anything bad. Is there a list of rules? Do you have a link to that? Here is (in my opinion) the best unofficial list of Bitcointalk rules. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0If you want to know more about account activity, ranks and badges - you can read about that here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0 Why is their no official list of rules?

Buy bitcoin because mining will take a long time.

Very risky. Try to save some other money not your school fees.

It cannot be zero. You don't need an expert for that.

Bitcoin will still be better than all other cryptocurrencies.

This is totally fake. Walmart will never accept coins like bytecoin and zcash.

New laws? No, as far as i know, it all was fake FUD coming from Korea + China saying that they were going to regulate bitcoin and crypto mining, but it all was fake, so nothing happened. A lot of people tried to dump the price, and it happened, and the price is slowly recovering right now. Bad news??? The market is emerging??? New laws Or what? They have regulated mining in China. It was not all FUD.

I'm just gonna leave this quote from OP in here in a topic shouting "SELLL!!!!!!!!!...." Now we're at $9846, soon at $7000. Don't believe? Just wait
Good catch! The dip was temporary and the price has recovered quite a bit. It's not a bull trap.

Did you mean that the end of BTC is comming Do not panic sell that is the worst thing you can do I understand that you are nervous since you are new here, but I suggest that before you take any action that you study bitcoin and its price movements not only of this last week but its entire history and when you see things in that perspective the current lost of value is nothing. And now bitcoin is rising again. Some people panic sold at $9000 and lost a lot.
