621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [WTB] 1000 MOIN for Paypal on: July 02, 2017, 03:17:51 AM
Never heard of this coin before.

Maybe post in the alt coin section for a listing in the marketplace there.
You might get a more defining response there.

Good luck to you!  Grin

If you type the words "kill switch for wannacry ransomware" into google, you will find the repair command.  It is now public knowledge, hope this helps!
Good luck.

They had already reported there is no kill switch for this one.
This is a new strain and is a more sophisticated variant of the first version of the virus.

As more time passes a new and more powerful version of this virus will be created by more than just hackers. More than likely organized crime units and possibly the mafia in other countries will start using this when they realize they could somehow  make billions with this and topple governments with sort of software if engineered properly.
623  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: UK first Bitcoin friendly bank FIDOR! Trade GBP/BTC with me! UK residents only! on: July 01, 2017, 07:12:55 PM
Since this thread is coming on to two years now and with all that has happened in Britain and the United Kingdom including Brexit

624  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: want to buy btc and willing to pay via payoneer USD on: June 30, 2017, 03:06:08 PM
How I spam?
You want buy btc I can sell.
But only from my website.
I've signed up at your website and there is no link to add funds from payoneer.

look at the title and description of my post, according to that its a spam.
Any reason why you want payoneer and most people are using paypal to exchange for bitcoins and vice versa.

here are the reasons,..

paypal is not available where I live.
I can't even deposit funds from my local currency bank account to any online payment processor like (payza, okpay, moneypolo, payeer, payoneer, advcash, perfect money etc...)
I worked at upwork/fiverr and withdraw my earnings to payoneer.
so in the end I've no other option as online payment processor expect payoneer.

What's your country ? I may help you if you'r from TN !
Where is TN? Huh

I did hear late last night it was a total of 13,000 affected users of the cyber attack that was released earlier in the week and it spread to the eastern US already.
It comprised computer system at the chernobyl nuclear power plant in the Ukraine.
This is of a criminal thing if they are endangering lives and the safety of the environment.

626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wanna Cry new ? please help (cryptolocker Petya) on: June 29, 2017, 02:53:16 PM
Oh no this is terrible. I hope this doesn't cause problems for bitcoin. It's on mainstream news here in the uk. But I think mostly Ukraine and Russia affected.

Doesn't anybody else think doing business with anyone from Ukraine is a red flag?
I wouldn't want to do any online transaction with them in receiving anything online like links, files or even pics from them.
There is a potential of getting this virus as it has not been contained yet with over 13,000 pc infected reported just yesterday.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wanna Cry new ? please help (cryptolocker Petya) on: June 27, 2017, 04:57:00 PM
They just send it there and then hide the sends under another address.
Most likely a mixer service address so not to be detected where they eventually end up.
628  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are still not in a bubble! 20k$ is INCOMING! on: June 26, 2017, 07:06:46 AM
Every price move in bitcoin is happening with certain reason behind it, so there is nothing to worry about the price increase. In the past by the year 2013 the price increase to higher level was noted as an bubble based on specific price fluctuations and the number of users involved into it. Right now everything has changed a lot.

That is right. Today's bitcoin is different from a few years ago. When the SegWit or SegWit2X is activated, the price will rise again.
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.5 (Windows/Linux) on: June 09, 2017, 12:53:39 PM
Hi guys! New here.
Is there a way to see my progress in real time?
I'm using Claymore to ETH+SC both in nanopool.

Thanks!

What progress do you mean?

Let's say that the minimum payout is 0.2 ETH and it takes 2 weeks for me to get paid.
I want to see how much ETH I have, in 2 days of mining, for an example.

I think you can get the information from the pool directly.

The miner can just give you shares, which has nothing to do with coins directly.
630  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are still not in a bubble! 20k$ is INCOMING! on: May 28, 2017, 10:43:17 AM
i hope this doesn't happen because the fall will monstrous and the hangover will last for what feels like forever. too many people would get burned for it to be looked back on as anything other than a major setback.

I agree with that. The price double or tripe every year is fine. If it rises too fast, it will damage the bitcoin after the bubble.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Panda B3+ Review ! on: May 13, 2017, 09:11:53 AM
Referring to the profitability of ETH mining with panda miner b3 plus https://www.pandaminer.com/default/product_detail?id=7 described as capable of 237MH/s for ETH, i used this calculator http://www.mycryptobuddy.com/EthereumMiningCalculator but i wonder about the change in difficulty, is it really like this calculator shows? What happens in real world mining?

https://etherscan.io/chart/difficulty

You can see the difficulty rising fast.
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.2 (Windows/Linux) on: April 29, 2017, 04:48:52 PM
ClayMore 9.2 is strange

-asm 2, ETH SOLO

ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI / Hynix, Samsung / 470, 480

SO -dcri is: 3, 13, 25, 45, 50, 55
On all 6 rigs diffrent -dcri  Shocked

BUT hashrate increase if compare with ClayMore 8.1

The next release of the miner might solve this problem.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.1 (Windows/Linux) on: April 19, 2017, 06:37:18 PM
@jackbox my problem is that i feel im loosing a complete GPU with those numbers, Claymore reports me 170 MHs but the pool 147 MHs,, as i say i feel im loosing one of my 6 GPUs

For my pool, I also just get about 151/162 = 93% of the hash rate reported by the pool.
634  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: April 19, 2017, 01:33:07 PM
The presence of cryptocurrency make alternative investments become more attractive, we could generate a profit of more than 100% in just one year, and it was only with cryptocurrency like bitcoin, etherium, and so on.

That is right. I have bought or traded the Ethereum with bitcoin quite a lot.
635  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: March 29, 2017, 07:03:15 AM
I know the bitcoin about 8 months ago, I bought 1 btc when the priced at $650, I'm happy because the current price is more than $1.200 and I haven't sold it. now I've got about 3 btc and hope the price bitcoin keep skyrocketing.

I bought several coins in 2013. I kept most since then and used some to buy things.

Amazing, a very nice investment you made in btc, you made a good management of you coins, there were good holders too like you did, and they gain double amount of money. I forgot too on when did I first purchased btc.

You can do the same now. That is you can save most of the coins from  now on.
636  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: March 25, 2017, 07:27:06 AM
Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.
This is true that the economics of the bitcoin not be predict by us because at every second the value of bitcoin below and above without notifying the bitcoiners , so here all types of pedictions are useless .
But here we can easily predict about future of the bitcoin because the use of bitcoin is trusted and safe so peoples areentering rapidaly in bitcoin use , so here no doubt that the future of bitcoin much bright than other currency .
but to i think from the news and from the people adopting of bitcoin we can expect that bitcoin price will continue increasing from day to day. and hope that very soon the price can reach to a very high price. and therefore we ca expect that bitcoin will come more and more popular in future.

In fact the price is dropping day after day at the moment. I think it is due to the split in the community.
637  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: March 01, 2017, 08:44:18 AM
the future of bit coin economy is only predicted by users that how much users are adopt in bit coin which is only possible by demand of bitcoin .if its demand increases then so many people will have to accept it otherwise not.so we can say that the future of bit coin is directly proportional to users.

It also depends on the usage of the bitcoin by most people.
638  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC around 600$ - Is time to Hedge on: February 26, 2017, 03:32:57 PM
Bitcoin around the 600 dollar will not happen again I think that it will stay stable on this price that it is right now honestly...

I think the bottom could be around $800 to $900 in the short term.
639  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: January 04, 2017, 09:13:01 AM
Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.

Yes bitcoins future really depends on its mass adoption, If it happens we bitcoin users will gain something from it in other words its a success for us and also for the future users .

Nobody can predict it cause no one knows what the future holds but we can always come up with our own speculation based on the facts about bitcoin and things surrounding it .

That is the reason I encourge my friends to use bitcoin.
640  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: December 31, 2016, 08:55:28 AM
Bitcoin globalization? You meant mass adoption? Nope. I don't think that will be occurring soon. We're still below 1% of the world's population. We're far from what you're thinking.

I guess we are well below even 0.1% of world population

Just below 1% could amount to some 70 million people, and that would be a whole country like Germany (somewhat above that figure) or France (somewhat below). It seems there are only half a million people actively using Bitcoin on a daily basis. This is a tiny number which could be discouraging but just like a half-empty glass is also half-full at the same time, the small Bitcoin populace shows as well how much room is there for further adoption. And how high the price might surge if this free space gets filled with new bitcoiners

According this super optimistic prediction http://www.coindesk.com/2016-bitcoin-challenge-100-million-users/ that bitcoin users would be 100 million in the end of 2016 will not come true. The only thing which is real is that transactions per day now are about 40% more than the same day 1 year ago.

I believe that this is a good achievement for Bitcoins. And the fact that its price rose only confirms my theory. More demand - more price
yes in fact the demand is still increasing, and hope that it will continue for a long time. as still a very little number of people know about bitcoin and now people are interested to invest their money in bitcoin and they are doing so. that is why the price of bitcoin is continuously increase.

The demand is increasing. I have encourage my friends to buy and use some bitcoin when they buy things.
