161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: August 03, 2018, 10:20:48 AM
Mostly the plans from this point is to just hold the coins for as long as it takes for the market to go into another bull so I can make money from the coins. There is no way to tell when the next bull will be so I guess I would be waiting for a while to see what happens. I also plan to buy more coins if the prices happen to fall further down than this.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Day Trading on: August 02, 2018, 09:40:48 AM
The thing is that it depends on you. If you feel that you have learnt enough to start trading on your own then you should start trading, but only trade in small amounts and learn as you go. Experience is the best teacher, there are some good paid channels if you are willing to join but just make sure they are legit before paying so you don't end up getting scammed.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ICOs will fail in 2018 on: August 02, 2018, 09:26:45 AM
There are a lot of reasons that a lot of icos will fail this year and I think the ones that you have listed are true. The coins that are coming into the market now do not have good products, there is no way for them to guarantee that their coins will be valuable in the long term and the more people realize this, the more the coins will fail.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Another Coin Take the Crown? on: August 01, 2018, 10:33:54 AM
I don't think so. Look at bitcoin, the dominance of bitcoin in the market is so much to the point that all of the other coins, no matter how big follow the price of bitcoin, if bitcoin is not doing well then all of the other coins are not doing well. Bitcoin will still remain the number one coin for a long time to come, that spot cannot be taken by any other coin.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we continue to participate in aridrop projects? on: July 31, 2018, 07:54:41 PM
We should continue to do so, despite a lot of airdrops not paying out the money that they promised people there are still a lot of them out there that still pay out the coins promised. We should just be more careful about the airdrops we join so we do not end up giving our private information to people that we do not know. Researching can also help to tell which ones are good.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODLing will get you nowhere on: July 31, 2018, 07:29:50 PM
I don't believe that, holding is the way that I have made most of the money that I have from cryptos and in my opinion, it still remains the best way if you want to get the most out of your investment. The best part about holding is that you do not have to do anything, just be patient and wait for the marekt to recover instead of risking your coins trying to be a trader.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin? on: July 30, 2018, 12:32:19 PM
I think that you should be looking to invest in privacy coins if you do not want to invest in bitcoin. There are a lot of privacy coins out there that have a lot of potential to do well with monero easily topping that list. People are going to want more secure and anonymous ways to move their money at some point and that is where privacy coins will come in, they are going to be big in the future.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is there still future for digital currency? on: July 30, 2018, 12:26:31 PM
There is still a very bright future for digital currencies. The reasons being that, the world is moving and advancing so fast technologically that there is no way that people will continue to carry cash when there is a way that they can just pay online without having problems of what holding enough cash at that moment. It might take a whil ebut there will come a time where cash will die out and digital currencies will take over.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think if Facebook releases its coin? on: July 28, 2018, 12:34:35 PM
If facebook releases its coin than I would not hesistate to invest in their coin, they already have the exposure and publicity so a lot of people would be more willing to invest in a coin from a company like facebook that they are already familiar with. The people who get in early would be the ones that benefit the most from investing in a cryptocurrency that is made by facebook.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are you now joining cryptocurrency, where were you in 2009? on: July 28, 2018, 12:28:51 PM
I had no idea that there was such a thing as cryptos in 2009, I think it was the computer geeks who knew about it at that time and also the people who were trying to hide all of their transactions. It wasn't until the silk road bust that I started to realize that there was such a thing as cryptocurrencies which people used on=line to carry out transactions and pay for stuff.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many Altcoins without value? on: July 27, 2018, 12:36:13 PM
Yea that is true. There are way too many altcoins out in the market now that have no value. Most of the altcoins that we have now are just coins that are made by greed people who are just looking for a way to make some quick money from cryptocurrencies. That is the reason why a lot of altcoins will end up dying out a couple of years from now anyway. Just a few will be left.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs bounties suck...do not believe them on: July 26, 2018, 07:51:45 PM
You are absolutely right. They think that they are doing us a favor and I understand why they make think that but bounties fail to take into account that there is always a possibility that their project will crash and burn and we will be left with useless coins after all of our hard work. I think it is time that bounties start paying out in eth and btc again.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins are worth buying NOW on: July 25, 2018, 03:14:30 PM
Bitcoin is still worth buying, it took quite a hit with the market crash.Always a good choice to put money in it. Once you have that figured out then you should move on to investing in altcoins. Altcoins like doge and monero will be a good idea for you to invest in. At this point, if you are investing then you want to make sure that you are investing in coins that will be here for the long run and will give you a good ROI. And please, make sure to do your own research before you start to invest in the coins.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best 2FA validation App on: July 25, 2018, 02:57:38 PM
Google authentication is the best and it is the one that people favor the most because it is easy to use I guess. That is what I use for all of my accounts that require two factor authentication to make sure that they are safe. Also I want to point out to people that are using two factor authentication to be very careful when changing the phones that they have two factor authentication on.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do crypto currency accepted in your country? on: July 24, 2018, 10:52:36 AM
Not exactly widespread acceptance but it seems like a good number of people are working with it and even more are getting interested. If you are talking about the government then the answer is no, they have not recognized cryptos as a legal tender but they have also not recognized it as an illegal one either so you can use it at your own discretion.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum reached $800 mark on: July 24, 2018, 10:35:05 AM
Even if it managed to hit that price, at this time, the coin is suffering, even though the price of bitcoin is going up the price of ethereum seems to be going in the other direction. Don't get me wrong, I believe in ethereum as much as the next investor, just that the price now isn't encouraging. I do expect us to surpass $800 at the end of this year.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto bring more risk than benefit? on: June 03, 2018, 03:38:53 PM
It could bring both because that is how it works when it comes to investments and making money especially from the cryptocurrency market. There is no way that you are expecting to make profit if you are not willing to risk your money into it but the truth is that it does not bring more risks than benefit to the investors. You can also look at it from a 50-50 angle
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When bitcoin collapses? on: June 03, 2018, 03:18:27 PM
There is no way that bitcoin will collapse at any time because there are just way too many people in the project that are working to make sure that the coin ends up doing good so they can make profit from it. The worst thing that can happen to bitcoin is that the price will crash at different times like it did in january but that is it, the price will still recover from there
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to maximize Bounty campaign awards on: May 31, 2018, 02:51:46 PM
Bounties are something that can end up consuming a lot of your time. If you are doing signature campaigns then you can only be in one bounty at a time with your account but the thing is, if your account has a good rank on it then you stand to make a lot of tokens from it. With social media bounties you might have to sign into multiple ones at a time to get a lot of rewards
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it bad for altcoin that BTC is dropping on: May 30, 2018, 08:24:14 PM
It is bad for every coin in the market that the price of bitcoin is down. The prices of all the coins in the market depends on the price of bitcoin. This is why bitcoin needs our support because if bitcoin is not doing well then the other coins will not be doing well either. There is no need to worry though, the price of bitcoin will increase, so will the prices of all the altcoins too.
