I believe its not, because ICO right now in year 2019 is still operational, and it still will be going till this year onwards, but I can say that it is the end, on those ICO that has a useless concept and can be declared scam projects.

Elliot waves is working pretty good, but the timing is slightly a weak point and I doubt that anything will predict the timing, it is the hardest thing to predict on any market. Timing is usually weakest point of traders but this kind of indicators never help to correctly catch the required time. Charts are made of price and time tables with additional liquidity. Elliot waves and gann square are known analysis methods for intraday trading but it can't be used for crypto charts imo. |

We cant predict the market when will be go green or red but for me this is good time to buy altcoins right now because the price is to cheap and hold it for a long term.
I agree now a very low price of some altcoins , I think that some need not take coins it is better to take not yet industry ! Yes altcoins are now many at the bottom , and I also think that take some of the coins very well, Especially you can take for long-term top coins and wait for the bull market! Almost all altcoins are swimming in the deep levels without exceptions. Long term investing is all about managing risks with planned strategy. I think the main reason is money. Projects collected funds in crypto and when the price was falling, they didn't have enough money to create their products so they leave cryptomarket with the rest of investments.
