New rumors say that Manchester City is interested in signing Toni Kroos from Real Madrid when his contract expires next season. It seems that Manchester City wants to feel like their midfield is filled with an experienced midfielder like Toni Kroos and this will make the depth of The Citizen's squad even more terrifying. We know that Toni Kroos has brilliant passing accuracy and it would be extraordinary if he was on the same field as KDB.

Manchester city will pay Toni Kroos a salary of 13 million per season and I don't think that's a bad offer. But as we know, Toni Kroos is likely to retire at Real Madrid along with Luka Modric and now we just have to wait to see whether he will change his mind or not after his contract ends.

Let's see whether kroos will agree with such offer. As far as i know that if he loves real madrid and it's hard for him to leave from there once madrid will extend his contract. Modric may be leaving from there but i don't even think about kroos since he was younger compared with modric.
I remember when kroos was stating bad comments about EPL. It will be so crazy if he will accept an offer from EPL club. We will see whether he will stand on his statement regarding EPL when casemiro was joining in manchester united last year.
Will we see kroos join in EPL? What an interesting thing to watch.
Toni Kroos and Luka Modric has been reported will leave Real Madrid at the end of the season. So it's absolutely fine for Manchester City to be interested in the former Germany international.
However, looking at Toni Kroos current age, I don't think it'll be a good move for Manchester City to go for the veteran midfield player. Toni Kroos despite his age has always performed well whenever he's been called to the pitch but I still think his age isn't suitable for a top English Premier League club like Manchester City.

At his 38 years old, Cristiano has still been playing well and scoring goal for Portugal. This year is better than the last year when Cristiano experienced a lot of bad things and it is one of worst years in his career.
38 years old? wow! he is really old, but still scoring goals. I see Ronaldo as a player who would want to keep playing after the Euro to even up the world cup in 2026 where he will be able to compete for the trophy with other teams for a chance to win the world cup for Portugal like Lionel Messi has for Argentina. Portugal has some good set of players and can really put up a fight to win the world cup. If Ronaldo remains in the team until the world cup and they win the world cup, that will be the best retirement gift for him.
Yesterday Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 124th and 125th international goal for Portugal to help them defeat their opponents Slovakia with a 3:2 scoreline. The two goals from the veteran striker helped his country to win all of their seven matches in the group J of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers and has now joined France,  Belgium and host Germany to book their spots for the European championship next summer.

Manchester United remaining four points left from Galatasaray who settled on 2nd standings position, with four matches left still have opportunity for qualifying to 16 round, must winning all matches left actually next match against Copenhagen. Loss two matches in a row give difficult position for Manchester United and their opportunity lead to 16 round, but United need help from Bayern Munich take three points against Galatasaray and give Manchester United cut off difference points.

Erik ten Hag must motovate his team keep optimistic with three points achievement on next match, if loss three points or get one points against Copenhange seems difficult for managing to 16 round.
MU must show the quality of their own game to the maximum. play well and get the win. No need to think too much about the results from Munich. the most important thing is that they have to win first, and hope that there is still a chance to qualify.
but I have a feeling that this will be quite difficult for MU, they may have to fight again for the Europa League if they are eliminated from the Champions League. currently the biggest possibility that Ten Hag and his team can have is that. It's not that there's no chance, but I think the best possibility for MU is the Europa League.
Though not impossible, but progressing to the knockout stages of this seasons UEFA Champions League competition is unlikely to happen for Manchester United and that's because of the fact that they'll have to win the remaining for matches in the group stage to stand a good chance of making it out of the group.
After the international break, they have a double header against Copenhagen which I think they're favourites to win the two matches but their next two games would be against Bayern Munich and an away game at Galatasaray. In my own observation, I think Bayern Munich and Galatasaray are gonna progress at the expense of Man United and Copenhagen.
2444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: October 14, 2023, 02:24:27 PM
But if everything doesn't goes well and your wife is not supportive towards your gambling activity then its really better to quit that activities so that we can save up our relationship and no hard feelings or quarrel that possibly could happen.
Yes, as much as possible, take care of and respect your wife, if she doesn't support gambling activities, then just stop rather than losing her. Luckily for me, my wife allows me to gamble within a certain budget and on weekends, so I trust her to manage my finances for gambling. so that there is no longer anything to hide, usually a wife will be angry and disappointed if you try to hide your gambling activities.

For example, my wife knows that I gamble just for entertainment and have fun on my cellphone every weekend because she thinks that instead of me going out of the house and having an affair with another woman, let alone gambling in an offline casino where there are probably lots of beautiful women there, I think My wife doesn't forbid it as long as it's within reasonable limits and thankfully I always limit my gambling both in time and budget so it doesn't become an addiction. The point is to learn to be open and tell your wife what it is because when you are honest your wife will definitely understand
Personal relationship like marriage isn't something that should be joked with or probably risked because of gambling. There are a lot of women who doesn't like gambling and forbids anyone around them to engage in gambling so if you happen to marry such women, it's absolutely unwise to continue gambling openly or secretly.
When you have a wife who forbids gambling and decides to gamble secretly, there's definitely gonna be a time she would find out and that might make her to seperate from you. When seperation happens, you've allowed gambling to affect your relationship with your wife.
2445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: October 14, 2023, 02:14:24 PM
Of course, support and attention from those closest to you is very necessary for people who are addicted to gambling so that they can be aware and reduce their gambling activities or can stop gambling because the motivation received by gamblers is really from what they do and is well received. .

Yes, I agree, a good friend will definitely give good advice, if a friend is doing bad activities then the friend will immediately make him aware so that it doesn't cause bad problems, because a true friend definitely doesn't want to see. his friend is in a pathetic or deteriorating condition.
Support and attention from the people closest to him can encourage him to stop his gambling addiction and feel that he is not struggling alone but that there are people closest to him who are also helping him. There is always motivation that the gambling addict will receive so that he can remain focused in going through all the stages of healing his gambling addiction, and he will not feel that it is hard to do. And that's because there are people closest to him who always accompany him while healing his gambling addiction.
There are some people who have been messed up because of gambling addiction and doesn't have anyone close to open up to and that has resulted to more harm caused by gambling addiction. So for anyone who's addicted to online gambling, another means of stopping it is to find another thing that is fun to do by the person and do cross addiction.
Cross addicting to other activities like gaming or sporting  activities like playing of football would help the person not always think of gambling. If the addicted person can do this, he'll definitely stop online gambling.
2446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often is your luck in gambling? on: October 14, 2023, 02:05:15 PM
I'm usually not lucky in winning in gambling and that's why I have limited my engagement on gambling to the barest minimum. I know some group of people who are always making cool money from gambling but after making several attempts to win my gambles, I always find out that I'm not as lucky as others so I decided not to get involved in gambling again like others. But that doesn't mean that I've totally stopped gambling as I can only gamble on sports betting whenever I can do it without my basic income.
2447  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: October 14, 2023, 01:58:07 PM

Even if someone gambles secretly, he will not become addicted to gambling if he is willing to learn to control himself. He will know that the risk of gambling secretly can be greater because he feels that no one bothers him, and he can gamble whenever he wants. This is what will trigger the gambling addiction to come sooner than expected. If no one knows about it, this gambling addiction will worsen, and he won't realize it because his focus on gambling may have changed, worsening his gambling addiction.

And that makes people who gamble secretly have to control themselves so they don't become addicted to gambling. He can gamble without worrying about gambling addiction problems because he can handle it well.

Having a strong self-control is really important when it comes to gambling. If you don't possess it, the chances of you getting addicted is high enough to cause you trouble such as literal headache, other health issues, financial issues, and mental health issues. These are enough to pin you down in your entire lifetime if you won't resolve it by undergoing treatment and counselling. So as early as possible, you should educate yourself by researching and by equipping yourself enough knowledge about the pros and cons of gambling. You should also train yourself to be disciplined when it comes to money matters and time spent in gambling so you won't get lost, be addicted, and have a worsening condition related to gambling dependency. Cut your vices while you still can so it won't consume you.
It is because of lack of self control among some gamblers that they're advised not to be secretive with their gambling habits in other not to end up as gambling addicts.
For instance, I have a friend that whenever he gambles and loses his stakes, he'll want to gamble more until he exhausts all the available money he has and then go back home to cry out his heart for losing huge amount of money. After he told me of what he's been passing through, I decided to help him as  my friend. So whenever he gambles and end up not winning, I'll talk him out of gambling more and that has helped him control his gambling habits. So it's absolutely unwise to keep ones gambling habit a secret if the person can't control his emotions after losing money.
2448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 14, 2023, 01:51:10 PM
Osimhen and Rudi Garcia don't seem to have a good enough relationship, and Osimhen often expresses his annoyance with Rudi Garcia's decisions.
In fact, what is being widely reported at the moment is Rudi Garcia's status with Napoli because he failed to provide a good performance for Napoli this season.
It is possible that Napoli management will fire Rudi Garcia and appoint a new coach for Napoli this season.
Mate, you don't have to assume because the rift between the player and the management is almost glaring the the eye of the world. We know how good Victor Osimhen have performed before now and the level of commitment the young man has put into his career as a footballer which has impressively yielded great results over the time.

What has then changed the narrative? Osimhen deserves to be the King of Napoli but he was shelf and the position returned to the hands of Kvara. That's one thing that distabilised the player which led to the rift and subsequently his underperformance in the recent games. I don't know ehy some of these managers lack common inter-personal conflict management?
Victor Osimhen is a very important member of the Napoli squad and the club's manager Rudi Garcia is absolutely aware of the the importance of the Nigeria international to the club. There has never been a news or rumour that's been reported in the media that Osimhen is having any kind of fracas with Rudi Garcia.
The issue is that after winning the Italian Serie A title last season, the expectations of the fans and management of Napoli significantly increased and as manager who's been saddled with the responsibility to defend the title, the club expected more than what they're currently getting from the club manager. Rudi Garcia just have to do everything within his power to improve the club's performance if he truly want to remain as the club manager
2449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: October 14, 2023, 01:44:33 PM
Your post is right, playing gambling will not lead us to wealth, even you may lose many people who are very valuable, because all you think about is winning and curiosity, it is difficult for people who are addicted to gambling to escape. they will continue to borrow money from the closest people, my advice is better not to make gambling your main job, it is very unlikely to get profit.
You`re talking about addiction but not about gambling. Common gambler can gamble without any problems - he spend the planned sum and time and sometimes wins. The professional gamblers get stable income from gambling. For lots of them - it becomes the main income. The gambling isn`t a problem, the problem is addiction of some people that believe in easy money.
The effects of gambling is majorly determined by the way an individual is playing gambling. For some, they're addicted to gambling and has seen it as their only source of income and that in return will definitely ruin your life if you continue to with gambling addiction. To others, they gamble on intervals and also gamble within the the limit of a certain amount that's been budgeted for gambling and these are the set of gamblers who are always winning their gambles because they do have a lot time that's good enough to help become strategic and careful their gambling.
2450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 13, 2023, 10:53:48 PM
I don't think he can do much at the moment as there are no great coaches available. Unfortunately, you pay for the mistakes you make, and you pay dearly for them.
The argument with Spalletti, the bad treatment of Victor, their best striker. I don't think it was a great strategy.
Napoli's leadership has always been arrogant, which is why they lost Spalletti. Now the relationship with Osimhen is damaged, and it seems that he is very angry, I am almost sure that he will leave the club this off-season, and perhaps he now regrets that he did not do this in the summer. After such conflicts, there will always be a tense situation in the team, and this will certainly deprive Napoli of all chances to count on the Scudetto, and it is not yet clear how this conflict with Osimhen will end.
Osimhen is getting worse as time goes by, whether he can't adapt or Napoli really considers Osimhen to be a quality player. Because if Napoli had been able to take advantage of last season's transfer market, they might have had players with much better performances. Honestly, I agree that Napoli management was unclear when Spalletti left, there were many setbacks, starting from the team's performance and the players who seemed to have lost balance. Being defeated by Fiorentina is a bad note because it turns out that in terms of play, Fiorentina succeeded in breaking Napoli's defense.

Osimhen had an amazing performance in the last season there was even some news related to this palyer leaving his team for Real Madrid or other teams for a huge amount of money but Osimhen preferred to stay in Napoli and now after Rudi Garcia started working in this team, they couldn't have good performance anymore and players are like Osimhen are also under pressure maybe he even leave Napoli in this season during the winter before his contract ends.
The truth is that the management of Napoli hasn't been doing the right thing for the club recently as some of their decisions has not favoured the club's development.
Firstly, it was the management's fault that the club's former manager Luciano Spalletti left the club after winning the Italian Serie A last season and recently the club management refused to publicly apologize to their striker Victor Osimhen after a mocking video of the Nigeria international was posted in the club's social media account. Now reports has it that Osimhen isn't happy at the club again and wants to leave in next year's January transfer window
2451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: October 13, 2023, 10:46:07 PM

They're all in for the gains and profits they get else they wouldn't have messed up the chance they got to win the Bundesliga League Competition which they haven't won in years it's sad to see though.

Jude Bellingham is a big name but they lost Sancho, Erling Haaland and some other defender's and still kept the fire burning. Jude Bellingham leaving is no excuse, how many goals did he score for Borrussia Dortmund by the way. That's another expensive excuse to give out now. This season they have also been far from good. They seem to be following the same way they did last season. Let's just hope they get better in due time.
Dortmund would had been very tough to play against if they still had Halaand, Sancho and most especially Jude Bellingham currently in the team, they would had cause havoc for Bayern and probably stop their dominance in the Bundesliga but instead of keeping their players so as to be strong enough to win title they rather choose to enjoy the financial benefits that comes from  selling them for a huge offer.

Well they're still a tough side and one of the top league contenders but I don't think they're very strong enough to challenge Bayern Munich or even Leipzig this season, and apart from the Bundesliga which they're doing alright their performance in the Premier league is very poor and don't even think they'll be able to qualify for the next round.
Borussia Dortmund isn't regarded as one of the strongest European clubs at the moment and that's because of the club's transfer policy. The club has sold their best players over the years to other European clubs.
If the likes of Jadon Sancho, Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham were still at the club, Dortmund would've probably be unplayable by now.
However they've been on a good form in the German Bundesliga this season as they're yet to lose a league game but would've definitely been better if they had those players I'm the squad.
2452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: October 13, 2023, 09:54:48 PM
Moreover, Real Madrid must also be paying more attention to this player, yes it is because of his ability to score goals after he joined Barcelona.
Lewandoski has been a goal machine before he joined Barcelona from Bayern and I believe that was the main reason why he was signed to Barca. It is in Barcelona that his goal scoring force declined and he is no longer scoring those massive goals he use to score in Bayern. He is a player that as long as he is on the field, you must be very careful and vigilant if you are a defenfer.

Yes Real Madrid are in a good sensation right now, with the presence of Jude Bel as the motor of attack as well as being a goal machine for Real Madrid. His ability is suitable for Real Madrid, that's what makes him easily shine with this new team.
Bellingham is an outstanding plater with his superb skills that he gat, which makes him to be able to play three role on the field at the same time, he is a player with great potential and I admire him for that. Ancelotti made the right move to bring him down to Real Madrid to cover the spot that Benzema left open.

How can Jude Bellingham be the replacement for Karim Benzema? Because of the goals he has scored people have said all sort of things just to make post count. He can't fill up the position of Karim Benzema. He has also been compared to Ronaldo all because he broke his goal record in La Liga. Jude Bellingham remains a midfielder.

Robert Lewandoski is a goal machine and remains one. He is in the right environment and directions of this phase of his career. He will score more goals. Once he returns from Injury he will still be named amongst the top three players chasing the Top goal scorers award.
Lewandoski still has killer instinct when tying to score goals.
Jude Bellingham has been mesmerizing with his sensational form for Real Madrid since the start of the season after he was signed to the club during the summer tranfer window. The England international has managed to score incredible 10 goals in his first 10 appearances for the Spanish giants.
However, that doesn't mean that he's the replacement for Madrid's former captain Karim Benzema who departed the club in the summer to join a Saudi club. Benzema is a top 9 striker while Jude Bellingham is a midfield player who Carlo Ancelotti has majorly shifted to the false 9 position since he adopted his new formation. Real Madrid still needs to sign a world class striker who'll serve as Benzema's replacement.
2453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: October 13, 2023, 09:44:01 PM
Netherlands 0-1 France at HT.

Netherlands could really do with getting at least a point in this game if they want to qualify without worrying. They’re not currently in a good position in the group. Greece beating Ireland which would leave Netherlands 3rd in the group, 3 points behind the Greeks. Big 2nd half from Netherlands required.

And Netherlands was defeated today, being in 3rd place is not a safe place for them but Netherlands still has one more match to play and yeah it's the right time to move up to 2nd place if they can beat Greece in the next match, if the Netherlands wins then they have the same points then the total goals will determine who is most worthy as runner up in the group. I personally believe Netherlands can qualify and secured the remaining 9 points, Greece would finish in 3rd place imo.
Netherlands have now lost two of their first five UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying matches which as result leaves them in the third position in the group B of the Euro qualifiers. A country that posseses the kind of quality players the Dutch national team possesses isn't supposed to be struggling to qualify for the European championship but as it stands, Greece who are in the same group with the Netherlands are in better position to qualify alongside group leader France.
2454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: October 13, 2023, 09:28:25 PM
Yes indeed, although PSG looks like it will be difficult to win the Ligue 1 title this season, but in reality PSG still has a chance to be able to end this season as a title winner. After all, with PSG's unstable performance like this, I think Ligue 1 will become more interesting because the title race has become very competitive this season. Also, regarding the next match PSG against Strasbourg I think it will still be an interesting match, because last season PSG was not so smooth to beat Strasbourg. So yes, at least Strasbourg still has the ability to be able to provide good resistance to PSG in the next match at the Parc des Princes.
If it was in the French League, I still believe that PSG would be the title holders. Even though currently their position is not at the top, there are still many opportunities. PSG is not in the best condition this season, apart from losing several of their previous mainstay players, PSG may also lose Mbapee (although this has always been a rumor). However, this will definitely be a worry for PSG in the future. Moreover, they also have to fight in the UCL which in fact is very competitive. However, in the French League, PSG still has a high chance of becoming the winner in the future. Currently, the difference between their points and the top standing clubs is only 2 points so this is not a very big problem, as long as PSG is truly motivated to continue consistently improving. his performance and solidity in the team.
Like I've said before now, Paris Saint Germaine are still the favourites to win the French Ligue 1 title at the end of the season despite their poor start to the league season and that's because of the quality and world class players in the PSG set-up.
The manager of the club Luis Enrique has been inefficient with how he's managed the club this season as the French champions are currently third in the league table trailing league leaders Monaco by two points. Kylian Mbappe who's the club's most important player is a player that can single-handedly win matches for his team but hasn't been in the best of his form this season and hopefully when he returns from international duties, he'll be lethal than he's even been since the start of the season.

Was Ten Hag's sacking a good decision?
No, I don't think it's a good decision. If Ten Hag is being sacked, then I am sure Manchester United won't be able to balance this season again. Probably what happened to Chelsea last season is going to happen to Manchester United if they mistakenly change coach this season. Ten Hag will be able to solve the United problem, but he should be given time. I know it's annoying for Manchester United fans see their club losing, but they shouldn't just make harsh decisions. How sure are you that the new coach that Manchester United will be signing won't be worse than Ten Hag?

Manchester United fans complained about De Gea last season about his poor performance, so Ten Hag decided to sign Onana this season, thinking Onana would perform better than De Gea, but as we can see, Onana is kind of worse than De Gea, and people are complaining and wishing De Gea is still their goalkeeper. So if Manchester United will be changing their coach, no one is sure about the new coach that they will be signing, the club performance might even get worse.

Erik Ten Hag hasn't been sacked rather he's still the current manager of Manchester United. But that doesn't mean he won't be sacked soon if Manchester United continues to perform abysmally as they've been doing since the start of the season.
The Dutch manager is believed to not have been able to establish a good relationship between him and one of the club's first team members and that's why his ill relationship with some of his players has deeply affected the club's performance on the pitch. There's still some little time for him to make amends both ta tactically and off the pitch relationship with his players and return the club back to winning ways which is what the club is known for.
2456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Low cost but effective solutions to gambling addiction on: October 13, 2023, 09:05:53 PM
First of all, for one to think of finding solution from gambling addiction, the person must first of all accept that he's addicted to gambling and that it's absolutely unhealthy for his life as an individual as well as his future. Then if finally admitted of gambling addiction, I think one of the easiest and low cost effective ways to stop gambling is by concluding in your heart that gambling is a destroyer of dreams and future and getting involved in it is a passport to wretchedness. That would help to give the person a totally different perspective about gambling thereby stopping gambling entirely
2457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Relying on gamble wins is dangerous to mental health on: October 13, 2023, 08:53:08 PM
Even though gambling winning is very sweet, it is very risky relying solely on it. It is always better to make gambling a means of passive income and not a full time job. Gambling requires funding and when there is no stable income, there will be a huge impact on the psychology especially when there is serious loss that is always possible in gambling.
It is absolutely detrimental to anyone's mental health to want rely on gambling wins to make a good living because it is very likely that the said person is might end up not winning significantly and that in return will definitely affect the person psychologically.
Gambling is best played when one is doing it for fun and not for the financial rewards that comes from it because when playing gambling for the financial returns, the person is very likely to become a gambling addict since he has made gambling his major source of income

-What are your thoughts on Mitoma Kaoru, Brighton's left winger, who is receiving high praise from experts? Many believe he would be an excellent fit for Manchester United, a team that frequently utilizes squads with wingers. Given the current squad's lack of quality wingers, I think Mitoma would be a valuable addition. Manchester United should seriously consider acquiring him, especially when the form of their current wingers is subpar and ineffective.
- Mitoma possesses all the qualities of an exceptional winger, including speed, technique, and a sharp mindset, and he comes at a price of around £43 million, which is only half the amount Manchester United spent to bring in Antony and Sancho.
Mitoma is one of the best wingers in the premier league, and no one can doubt that.Mitoma has been incredible since he came to Brighton,Since Caicedo and the rest left the club,Mitoma is the hottest prospect at the club now which every team wants.I don't  like the fact that it is Manchester United that are trying to sign him because if he chooses to sign for them, they will definitely kill his career,he should sign for a club like Arsenal or Manchester City, where his talent can be fully activated.
however,Brighton won't just let the prospect leave like that, they would want a whooping amount for him, which may be in the region of 60-70 million Pounds.
If Manchester United is really interested in bringing in Kaoru Mitoma then they are ready to reserve Rashford. We know that Kaoru Mitoma's current quality is still better than Rashford and that will give Manchester United a sharp left winger to damage the opponent's defense. Now what Manchester United needs is a fearless winger like Kaoru Mitoma and if paired with Hojlund, the two of them will definitely be a deadly combo for their opponents.

We know that Rashford has often been selfish in making decisions and he never learns from his mistakes. He should be left on the bench so he understands his mistake and starts competing with Kaoru Mitomo if the Brighton player goes to Old Trafford. Kaoru Mitoma's market value is currently at 50 million euros and if a big team like Manchester United comes of course the price could rise as you said.
Kaoru Mitoma then undoubtedly has been in sensational form since the start of the season for his club Brighton and Hove Albion and as expected, many big clubs are approaching the Japanese in other to secure his future services. Manchester United is reportedly on of the clubs who are interested in Kaoru Mitoma.
In recent years, we've seen rising players who has joined Manchester United but didn't flourish at the club. For instance, before Jadon Sancho joined the Red Devils two years ago, the England international was a very important member of Borussia Dortmund team and that was because of his sensational form form for the club but since he joined United, he's not been able to replicate the same performances he was having at Dortmund. So if Mitoma in interested in joining United, he should firstly know if he will be giving playing time at the club.

Sevilla don't often lose at home, although Arsenal are a very strong club at the moment. But I don't think Arsenal will necessarily win. I think this match could be a draw. Sevilla drew at home against group leader Lens, and Arsenal lost away to them. I think it's not all bad for Sevilla, although of course Arsenal are favourites.

Well, IMO, Sevilla's current position is very doubtful. the reason is, they have just changed coaches. Diego Alonso's first debut with Sevilla immediately featured a tough match versus Real Madrid. after that, they will host Arsenal in the Champions League group phase. As for the home games they played, they only won twice and that was against Las Pamas and Almeria. and when they hosted Lens, they only got a draw. It is not an easy matter for Sevilla's new coach to bring his team to appear immediately with a neat and impressive performance, a strong bond and chemistry will be needed to achieve the desired system. Therefore, it is not easy for Diego Alonso to bring his team and provide resistance against Real Madrid in La Liga and Arsenal in the Champions League.

On the other hand, Arteta needs full points to ensure his team is safe in the group phase when they visit Sevilla. The defeat against Lens on matchday 2 means that Arteta will anticipate that it will not happen again. After all, based on the quality of Arsenal's players, they are above Sevilla. Also, a win against City will provide strong encouragement and motivation to perform better in the next matches. Well, what's unique about football is that it's difficult to predict accurately. although, Arsenal is the more favorite team.
With the performances we've seen from both Sevilla and Arsenal this season, I'm very doubtful Sevilla is gonna progress out of the group ahead of Arsenal.
However, Sevilla seem to have a good record against English teams and that's why Arsenal has to play in their full strength in the double header games they have against the Spanish club in they UEFA Champions League competition. Sevilla I think doesn't have much to lose because if they should exit the UEFA Champions League competition, they'll be playing in the UEFA Europa League, a competition that they're are the most successful club in. So it's a very dicey encounter between the two clubs but I expect Arsenal to come out victorious in those two games.

Erling Haaland yesterday scored two goals to help his side win away at Cyprus and keep their hopes of reaching the finals of UEFA Euro 2024 tournament alive.
With that win, Norway are now two points behind second placed Spain who defeated group A leaders Scotland yesterday at Sevilla. Norway has also played the same number of qualifying games with Spain and with just two points difference, Norway are still very hopeful of making it to finals next year.
