1241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: September 03, 2016, 05:24:29 AM
Here's an article you guys might find interesting;

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2211170/Do-women-gamble-risks-men-Dont-bet-says-researcher.html

In the article, it says that research shows that there isn't much difference between men and woman gambling. However, there is obvious proof that more men use the internet than woman, which probably is the reason why there are less girl gamblers who gamble with bitcoin then there are with men.
Even in physical or offline gambling men are more dominant than women in terms of numbers, I think men are born to be gambler and most of the gamblers are successful in life because once they learn they also always apply their experience in real life business.
1242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In what fight where you gambled at got the most gains? on: September 03, 2016, 05:20:00 AM
Well for me I prefer betting on the NBA, because I have a little knowledge of the teams capabilities. Sometimes also bet in the UFC, but I consider my winning as lucky bets because I rarely watch UFC.
Me, I am more focus in NBA as that game gave me more wins base on my record, the advise coming from the professionals is we should focus only in one game so we can give more time studying the line and to be a good sports handicapper, sometime I also way for local basketball in my country.
1243  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: September 03, 2016, 05:12:39 AM
There is the possibility for you to start out your own lending company here, and you can build trust in the forum. But you must, of course, to use escrow before going to get trust out of the people. But that's just my opinion about it.
earning of interest is a very good method. and I think this method is the easiest job, but the problem is with the borrower. you do not know he's a good guy or bad ?
The idea is too easy if we can consistently earn and interest of the amount we lend, the thing is we do not need to pay for the workers and office space if we operate online lending so we can save on the expenses but the problem is when your borrower failed to pay and will just run away.
1244  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: September 03, 2016, 05:08:57 AM
You want to know how to get rich?
Forget bitcoin - study hard, work hard and party harder, you will earn more money that that stupid dream time-travelling of yours Grin
As a matter of fact if you earn money you get rich and its easier with fiat money - so work hard no one is doing a charity work here.

Well thats the hard way to be rich, at online there is several fast ways to achieve it, besides that with altcoins and bitcoin its possible to get a revenue, became rich from them is a question of lucky and skills, doing trades and reinvesting  the profit, but as stated its a hard way soo study may be one easy solution.

Beside studying hard, and working hard doesnt guarantee you that you will  get rich.  It will guarantee you a stable income but i doubt about you getting richer with it.  Those who became rich are those people who are willing to take risk and have lots of innovative idea and do  more than one  job at a time.
Working smart and working hard should go together, life is just a game that we need to play it very clever, we are set to follow the rules and sometimes the rules are very common for everyone to follow but if we could think outside the box, that is when we have a great chance to be rich.
1245  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: September 03, 2016, 05:03:05 AM
Current have about 0.01 btc from nothing ,still earning from signature campaigns ONLY.
Can earn about 0.0052 per day Currently
So Can anybody give tips for growing my bitcoin please ?
Thanks!

Never use gamble I am 100$ sure you will lose everything..
Try to do trade or use staking better to grow you btc via altcoin

Thanks
regards

Yeah gambling isn't for making income , it's just for entertainment matter you must think twice before throw away your money to gambling sites without planning and goal you must reach. As the user's above said , better to to trading because it's really more profit than gambling.
Well OP said he have 0.01 btc. and I don't think 0.01btc is enough for sarting trading. but I assueme OP earned a lot more till today as it was so long when he asked the question.
so if OP have equal to at least 250$ then he can make good profit via trading. trading need good capital, and knowledge. knowledge can be earned for free but capital need to do work first to collect.

Well I would say if he owns 0.01 BTC that is going to be enough to start his own trading career. And if he is already a good trader then he is going
to be able to grow it and make good profit out of it. And the profit that he is going to get with his first trade then he is going to roll it again with
trading in order to get more profit.
0.01 BTC is just good for training your self on actual trading but when you are already in the level that you think you will have a chance to make a great amount of money that is when you needed to put up a decent amount of capital, 1 BTC is a good amount to start trading but if you have more you can always add up.
1246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: September 03, 2016, 04:56:01 AM
Anyway this is my own Prediction 2016/17 NBA Regular Season

EAST: 1-8 Seed
Cavs, Raptors, Celtics, Pacers, Hawks, Pistons, Hornets & Bucks

WEST: 1-8 Seed
Warriors, Spurs, Clippers, Blazers, Thunder, Jazz, Phoenix Suns and Mavs

I think the Indiana Pacers will have a great season this year because of the great additional players they got. The New York and Chicago, I think will make to the playoffs this year if they can keep their line up out from injury.
There will be an exciting playoffs in the east this year because some players had transferred to other team and they can make an impact, my prediction will be the knicks will be entering into playoffs this year and I would say they will have a very easy journey.
1247  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 11:08:06 PM
I'm not sure about it, for me in my life the main stuff is steady income, and when i'm not reciving enough money, im always in bad mood, so better not to try different jobs with unexpecting result.

Not everyone has a steady income, you are lucky you have it. I'm constantly trying different jobs because I can't find a steady one and I'm sure there are many people like me. But you have a point, if your income is good and steady it's better not to jump to something unknown.

Exactly if you have good stable full time job then there is no point in getting full time into bitcoins as you never know what future holds and if bitcoin dies in future then you will left without income.
Thats a big issue and a radical step to br considered and thinked about, because real job will let you retire later. If you left your work you are delaying your retirement, besides that you are risking a lot trying to make a live from bitcoin.

Yeah and if you are an only earning person in your family and if you have responsibility on your shoulder its better that you continue with full time job and keep bitcoin as an additional income.
Everything in life is a gamble, even in your full time job because there is no assurance that it will last forever, I had experience in a company for many years then suddenly it closes due to some problem, I know how devastating the feeling is in that situation so it is better to not only rely on one job, make bitcoin as your side job or vice versa with your full time job.
1248  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 02, 2016, 11:04:47 PM
I prefer both . Taking risk to get profit from Bitcoin someday by investing on it. Also i have invested in gold because as everyone know Gold price is stable and you can sell it anytime without losing any profit and sometimes you can gain more profit on selling it.

Gold is really the best investment at all and you can be safe with it as the price is going to keep on rising as the time goes by. And you don't have
need to do some hard efforts just to get profit with gold. The same thing with bitcoin even you are just going to hold bitcoins too as long as there
is a good fluctuation in the market you can still get profit, so I would go for both too.
Well, there is no argument that gold is the best investment base on the opinion of the majority but one thing that makes gold hard to invest is that you need to have a good amount of money so you can start with that investment but in bitcoin we can start with an amount that we can afford.

You are right with it, only people that has able to invest big capital of money are able to avail to invest with gold. But for those people that cannot
attain to invest with gold, then bitcoin is going to be a good substitute for it. It is going to depend on them on how much they are going to invest in it
and btc is very flexible.
thats true because with gold you cannot get big profit out of a small investment unfortunately while with bitcoin it is definitely possible
you are right we can get a big profit on small investment in gold, i also recommend that bitcoin is much more better we can get a big profit on small investment if we hold it or trade it.

I hope you mean to say that we "cannot" get big profit with small investment in gold and that's true as gold is an investment of rich people and not all can afford to invest in gold.
We should know our places when in comes to investment and being realistic in the way to do it, if we do not have the means to invest in gold then the easiest option to earn is to invest in bitcoin because it is the only promising investment I have see so far.
1249  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 11:00:29 PM
it will be over 600 $ soon so you can buy btc now.
you are right that it will be over $600 sooner , and i am sure bitcoin will be no more down its price so do not waste your time it is right time to buy bitcoin , because bitcoin are increasing its price very faster.

Price is not moving faster mate, in fact it has stuck at single place since long time, and I don't think it will cross $600 in coming day, we still need to wait to see that price.
The only thing that is predictable in bitcoin is when there is a price fall back but I can tell you that the price will rise anytime as we cannot predict what will happen in the future, one thing I am certain we are having a good economy as time passes.
1250  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 02:36:54 AM
My kid wants to make some money.

I never cared much of those easy systems but seems it would work for him.

I gave him 2 faucets but i ALSO remember there was servers/games where one could make Bitcoin [or altcoin] just for playing.

Would you remind ?
No offence but for me you shouldn't teach your kids this kind of activities because your removing their freely to play with their friend even they want it to earn money their minds are not yet that fully develop kids are just looking for their funs and if you gonna teach them then send them to school instead so that they can learn and focus on their career
Too early for the kids to learn bitcoin, when they learn bitcoin there is a big possibility they will direct their attention to gambling. Kids are easy to be attracted with fun in the internet and since gambling is the best entertainment online they might be addicted which gives you a big problem.
1251  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: September 02, 2016, 02:32:04 AM
i actively spend my bitcoins for sure, in my opinion it will allow me to make some decent money so i try not to waste it

I didn't get your point if you are spending it then how will it allow you to make descent money, I mean if you are spending it on trading then you can expect some returns or else you are simply using it.
Maybe we should clarify the word spending, spending for me is an expense thing while investing is an asset. The actions are both disbursing your money so literally when you are spending(expense) you cannot expect return of the amount you just spend.
1252  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 02, 2016, 02:27:42 AM
i earn form both but i like gold more as it is more stable than bitcoin

and as I am doing trade at some level and that is why I do not gold because of its stability, I invest in bitcoin and with bitcoin I can earn a bigger amount within shortest time period.
yeah I liked the instant something. I chose bitcoin because it is not boring. you can benefit very quickly. different when you use gold. but the security of gold is certainly more secure
Bitcoin is more risky so it is also more rewarding, I think majority of us here are into investing with bitcoin. There is no need to do a lot of requirements in investing with bitcoin that is why we chooses it as even with a small amount of money we can invest and at the same time we can easily cash out wherever we feel we like to spend our investment.
1253  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: September 02, 2016, 02:23:54 AM
I used to get loans without any collateral, but I too follow a strict rule and always advice new people who are willing to lend anything, just don't lend anything unless you get any collateral which is 110 - 120% the worth of amount asked in loan... You won't possibly fall for scam if you will do it this way... Smiley
i never got a loan to be honest because it is way too risky for me, also i never give them because people can offer worthless stuff for collateral
There is no risk involve in borrowing money because if you cannot pay you will not go to jail, in the first place you are not putting your real information so the risk is always on the lender, the you are right the collateral sometimes is just a worthless stuff so this is not a good business.
1254  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: September 02, 2016, 02:19:16 AM
monthly invest a sum of a pension fund and the same amount in btc , and may do so :
You pay $ 500 per month to the pension fund .
for btc calculate 500 * 24 months , totaling $ 12k invested in btc .
I think it's a good way to retire in 20 years .
That is just my salary in my full time job, I cannot risk all that amount because I have a family to support. I do invest but I only used part of my earnings online but I am sure it will not be that much. But I will try to reach that amount as I also want to have a good savings in the future.
1255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: September 02, 2016, 02:10:05 AM
Signature campaign is ggod way to earn bitcoin, but not the best I think. I think one of the best way to earn bitcoin is to sell your skills on bitcointalk. Faucet's isn't profitable - it pays very low amounts and it becomes a bit difficult to use due to hard anti-bot buttons and safety limitations on Faucetbox faucets. But I'm still earning from faucets, but signature campaign gives me bigger income.

is it possible to pm me the links of faucets you are using. google search is only giving me a few faucets. I hope you are earning a few bits with more than a dozen sites. Hope i am not eligible to earn from this site as i am a new member

don't use faucet, you can get some income from faucet only if you referred hundreds of users but if you only rely on yourself claiming dust amount you will only end up getting nothing compared to earning from other ways
I have experience doing faucet when I was newbie, only at first you feel you are making money but overtime you feel bored because you really want more, imagine the time you spend just to make money in faucets, have you use that effort on a high paying job you could earn more than enough.
1256  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: September 02, 2016, 02:04:23 AM
up to 10 btc

highest saved btc was about 50 btc in 2014
thats a lot in my opinion, i have never had so much bitcoins, i think that it would be cool to have at least 5 btc as i have only 1 bitcoin right now
Accumulating that amount required a lot of discipline, it is possible that everyone can do that if we will be able to control our excessive spending. We need to live below our means if possible so we have more room for our savings than our spending.
1257  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: September 02, 2016, 01:58:51 AM
This crash will be a great chance to bitcoin earn morecspace on global market.

More investors will come

But it is going to be better if we are not going to expect this crash. Because that is not going to make bit[Suspicious link removed]d effect at all. It is better if we are going to expect good things to come with bitcoin because if you want to get good profit with bitcoin. Then you don't want a crash to happen with bitcoin. And besides the crash was done already.

Btc will dump in next days, after this, a big pump will let us really happy!
Damn, are you sure about that? Because if you can see the future I will pay you just to give me what will happen so I can be rich. No dump will happen again because we are in the stable stage now and what possible we can witness is the big price increase.
1258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: September 02, 2016, 01:54:21 AM
agree. Last month I won 500$ by betting in sports
oh wow i guess you are really lucky, right now i never win anything good with bitcoins to be honest, i hope that it will change in the future
You have won a great amount already, just keep doing that and if you can do that consistently that would be great and you can quit your job and focus in sports betting, I know there are people who are successful in sports betting and they are the professional handicappers.
1259  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: September 02, 2016, 01:44:26 AM
This is a creative idea, unfortunately it is not very realistic. But the good news is that still is possible to become rich investing in cryptocurrencies or crypto projects, if you put the efforts in the right thing to do.
Very possible because you are like gambling too investing in crypto currencies as there are coins that would pump and reach to the moon and if you were able to ride with a good amount of money then you might earn even x10 of your original investment, there are amazing things in crypto so do not quit until you become rich.
1260  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 01:42:17 AM
I would quit my day job in a New York minute if I knew I could make money trading bitcoin. The problem is that it takes a lot of money to invest to earn enough to make a living. I have a long way to go.
Thats a bad step the most people even with a sucessfull project running at bitcoin, they keep their work, as they wanna to retire. With bitcoin you have no sure what may happen tomorrow, besides know it has huge potencial, there isnt a easy way to make a life into bitcoin without several coins.
If someone is able to quit a high paying job then it is also possible for us, he is referring to have been working at New York which pays bigger compared to me living in asia, I think the opportunity is really in trading and investing and not in busting your ass in your job.
