Will the group for razingbull, zefir, sebastian, steamboat and a few of the others please acknowledge when they received the Full refund from Yifu please posts your comments here? When could we get these Full Refund?

They all seems to stay very quiet in here. When they need the group buy Wow they are highly Active promoting their group buy. But when time to get a refund most of them are very low key.

Have they received the refund from Yifu?

You are refunding unfulfilled Batch 3 system orders. That is good.

Pease do not make decisions based on emotion, especially one based on the emotion of anger. I can see you are very upset about what you read here. I would look at every post that is driven by emotion as just noise, because it is. Every human being tends to make a lot of noise when angry.

There are some messages that are good for your chi, this is one of them. I am rooting for you because you have started so well in this business, and I hate to see you fail just because you would have made a couple more emotional decisions.

Most people who post messages here will accuse me of being a shill. I am definitely not. This message is intended to cheer somebody who is emotionally down. He has accomplished a great thing (being the first to market with a mining ASIC chip), and his own customers are accusing him of dishonesty. Nothing can crush an achiever's ego more than that.

Yifu, somewhere along the way you or your team have made a bad decision or two that caused the delays. Some people here advise you to be honest and tell us exactly what happened. That is good advice. The complainers will complain no matter what you do, so you might as well please those who are on your side, by following their advice.

I believe you are still ahead of the game. You can correct your course and start pleasing your customers again. I have no doubt you will be successful.

To those who think "he's got our money and that's all he cares about", I say you do not fully understand our need for group acceptance. You think that way because of your own failings, and you are simply projecting your attitude onto others.

He hasn't refunded Batch 3 customers yet, what makes anyone think he'll honour chips refunds?

?? I'm pretty sure batch 3 customers got their refunds.

Escrow I always use JohnK... our whole COOP was "escrow" for the customer BTC but that was part of the delay dealing with 3 different nationals to get all the refunds out to our customers.

Also let me clarify how our group buy and K1 sales are different than others:

The cooperative to which we belong purchased 10K chip lot from Avalon. I handled the coins and paid Avalon. We then were going to take our chips and fabricate all into K1s and have our special 50 Port Hub work as a board so we could do density mining and sell off whatever else the market wanted. We pre-sold the K1s knowing our coop members had already promised to cover the costs of production of each and everyone of the K1s. So those who bought from us through our store were protected against such an event no matter how many units they bought 1 or 10 or 10,000. By the last week of July we were still waiting on the earlier chip buys and we were still trying to source a few parts but had the fabrication ready to roll in a 1 week window as soon as we had all our components enough for 11K of Klondike Nanos. But given that no chips had arrived and the developer chips were 3 weeks late we just made the sane choice and on August 5th we asked for a refund via support ticket. We informed BKKCoins soon after as we were still hoping to pass along $11K in royalties... that is the sad part of the whole story.

We refunded everyone who prepaid for the K1s from our store but we are still waiting to refund our own members for the Avalon chips. 25 days still no reply from Avalon and that is where I want a reply soon or we release the Legal Kracken.

Given that most us will never buy the Avalon Chips if there were no group buy, the moderators must keep their side of the bargain and refund in full amount to those who join their group buy. The only 1 so far who is ethical and will honour the refund  is Zefir, he wrote to Yifu and got a reply. Sebastian and Steamboat has already make good profit's from their numerous group buys would you all please be considerate and be a great gentleman and refund back their money.

I'm not part of his group, but have crossed a few paths with him thoughout this chip ordeal, but ya got to hand it to the guy, Bicknellski is so professional and genuine. We need more like him in this community, as he certainly raises the bar for the rest of us.  Wink

You know what I think MOST of us posting are trying to do the right thing and that to me is professional and genuine... gullible is also another adjective for us as well unfortunately we believed and really should have listened to the Batch 1 to 3 people and their issues rather than simply assuming those damn chips being delivered would be a cakewalk.

I've had frequent PMs with Seb Ju and Bicknellski and can confirm they have bee very proactive with respect to the handling of the situation.

Zefir and Steamboat have both been exemplorary with their communication.

Unfortunately they are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Either they show vocal distain like many of their group buy customers and risk aggrivating Yifu's 'chi', resulting in a complete wall of silence for weeks on end, which is totally insane. He is behaving like a prima donna.

Bitsyncom's handling of both communication and funds has been appauling at best, fraudulant at worst, but the aforementioned group buy leaders want full refunds as much as anyone else, for the most part they are the largest private purchasers within their own group buys themselves.

Tip-toeing on eggshells springs to mind.

Whilst you do appear to serve some limited purpose in reminding people to be cautious eve, this situation requires a little more tact, than baseless accusations upon individuals that have been forced into a situation I think we could all pretty much agree they wulfd rather not be experiencing. So with all due respect, back off the group buy organisers.

that number stopped forwarding a while ago, since people are so hell bend on thinking we are selling chips to somebody in china first I'll address that.

there is a lot of people who bought chips purely for reselling, however the stock is 10k or so at most like all the other orders. I hope people did not think only people outside of china bought Avalon chips. ( out of the 800k chips, more than 50% are chinese orders.)

In addition, these resellers only have small quantity of chips ( since we didn't ship that many yet.) whether is alibaba or the chinese forums, I'd love to see anyone make a large purchase from these "resellers", because they simply do not have the chips, despise what they may advertise.

In other news, we are shipping as per usual like our last update and are doing the best we could but probably simply going to offer full refund soon, I am tired of this toxic community malformed by greed.

We made a refund ticket also yesterday for our single 10k chip order, however so far nothing has happened.

Been waiting since August 5th for 10K lot refund ticket to be answered Sam just wanted to give you a heads up maybe others have posted tickets and have been waiting longer than us via the support ticket system for a reply. I update it weekly will add additional notes or information just for the sake future suits that might be required for example Zefirs thread and the reply from Yifu. I wish you and your group luck.

What the... do you actually inform yourself before you accuse other people? I was behind this all the time beneath the work with the groupbuy and it was really stress to run after Yifu. I sent him many tickets and pm's, i called him for days every hour 2-4 times. After some time i realized he wont answer me anymore. I cant understand this behaviour.

Regarding your claim the groupbuy organizers draw you into their groupbuy... What are you saying? I clearly stated everybody has to make his calculations on its own. And now you act like a child who was tricked into taking part in something? Please grow up.

And of course i try to get a refund. Now, after hours of reading through the wishes of the members of my groupbuy i find the time to read this thread and i see accusations that im too silent in this thread? Man, im tired to defend myself to people that doesnt even bother if their claims are true.

Man, im tired to defend myself to people that doesnt even bother if their claims are true.

I wonder if this is exactly how Bitsyncom feels.  Don't mean to kick the hornet's nest, but there's a lot of speculation and accusation going on in this thread and others that is generally baseless as hell.  The only two gripes we REALLY have are that the chips weren't delivered on time and Yifu has been very begrudging with information on his side.  All this talk about reselling chips and making insane profits and mining with CHIPS that have to be SODERED ONTO A BOARD before they work is just that; talk.  Can we please maintain a level head in all of this?  Yifu has already stated he's looking into refunds.  That's an acknowledgement that shit went wrong and an attempt to rectify the situation.  Can all the crazy people take a break for a little while so the grownups can sort shit out please?
