101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: September 19, 2020, 03:35:03 AM
It definitely helps to make more people.aware of crypto and what's happening in crypto and the financial revolution that can bring. It also increases the investment in crypto bringing the wrath into crypto currency.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we cheated by some good altcoins? on: September 04, 2020, 07:13:28 AM
The top 150 coinmarketcap listed the coin "Insolar coin". 1 billion supply coin increase from 500 million ERC-20 token supply. Actually ERC-20 token supply was 50 million then for swap holders got 10 times more XNS coins. But this XNS won't unlock for 3 years. My friend got only 2 XNS after 6 months of swap. We're being forced to hold altcoins when Dev releases supply. Already delisted from so many exchanges. What are your thoughts?

(I don't find the same topic as this coin)

Whenever you are investing in a coin always check the circulating, max supply and how the tokens will be unlocked and released into circulation. This way you can avoid getting stuck with coins or getting overwhelmed by too many coins being released.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the boss? on: September 04, 2020, 07:10:40 AM
Let's slide apart a little bit. This is just based on personal choice. We can all tend to learn from it too though. In this business, we all aim for the cash rhy? Even if patience is highly required, but my silly question is, who gets more, if one decides to earn in just one of the following:
1. A moderator
2.An investor
3. Bounty Hunter
4. Wearing signature
5. Social Media.

I m obviously going to side with the investors on this one..Since they are investing their money they tend to do a lot of research and select the right projects hence more likely to succeed.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: September 02, 2020, 12:40:58 PM
As long as you select a good project which has a valid use case it doesn't matter how many participants it has the bounty will surely reward you. For example I am in Payaccept now and I have high hopes for it to succeed .
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I don't buy Polkadot now on: September 02, 2020, 12:37:44 PM
I have no bad feeling about the project if they list the money due to a genuine bug but the price of the coin is too high for me to get in now .so I am staying away from it.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM GAS FEES MIGHT NEVER GO DOWN AGAIN on: September 02, 2020, 12:34:16 PM
Don't worry about gas price staying high forever. The eth price is high because of the bull market. It wi go down when the trading volume reduces.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Gas transactions price is about to hit 300 on: September 01, 2020, 10:48:36 AM
Read an interesting interpretation that the bull run is sustaining because of the high gas price and transactions prices as the users are not able to withdraw from exchange.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Missing the current DEFI pump on: September 01, 2020, 10:45:17 AM
To be honest I don't think the defi hype will last a long time unless they remove the tokens staking and being in stable coins . But the good things is it has brought the bull market so I am happy .
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum price rallies above $400 resistance on bullish! on: September 01, 2020, 10:43:24 AM
Nice to see ethereum increasing and holding stable at around 400 . Let's hope it holds around this price before seeing a push to around 600 levels.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Band Protocol - Cross-Chain Oracle solution & Chainlink Competition - Next 100X? on: August 31, 2020, 12:43:27 PM
Damn I wish I had stumbled upon this earlier. I was interested in Oracles but always thought the price was too high . I have been proven wrong with all the Oracle projects getting a super run now.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: VeChain Future Price on: August 31, 2020, 12:40:21 PM
I believe that Vechain is one of the fundamentally strongest crypto's . Yes it hasn't rise that much in the bull run now but give it long term you will surely be rewarded.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My portfolio on: August 31, 2020, 12:36:08 PM
I have 60% bitcoin
10% Link
13% Neo
7% Kucoin Shares
10% other coins—- Omg, Algo, Band, knc, Zrx, Atom, TLR, Shift

How does it look? What is missing except Ethereum?

For me it looks like a pretty safe portfolio. Now that we are in a bull market you are likely to get more profit by investing in altcoins with a good established team
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what new coins are promising? on: August 28, 2020, 08:47:07 AM
My attention right now is almost solely on the DeFi space, especially for the quick flips, but recently I became quite a fan of Geeq. They will introduce their own consensus mechanism called PoH (Proof of Honesty), but their mainnet is still far away, so that could play a major role on its price action. Nonetheless, give it a peek if that tickles your fanny.
Proof of Honesty thats something that sounds interesting. I will have a look at Geeq . I  have stayed away from Defi so far maybe I have to start looking at some IEO as others have suggested.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💩DeFi scams [history]💩 on: August 28, 2020, 08:44:36 AM
We are soon approaching the peak scam time of 2017 ICO period. Except this time its not scammers in telegrams but the Defi projects are gonna be swept away .
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: looking to the future of crypto on: August 27, 2020, 12:53:13 PM
Seeing the development of new projects that have sprung up recently has people experiencing a motion of no confidence in crypto. because many projects do not have good long-term prospects. they just want to get profit alone regardless of the losses of others and do not develop it. have you ever thought that

what is your opinion?
The trend has now shifted to Defi. All shit projects now add Defi to their name just to seek attention from investors but the truth is, only few will survive. While some has performed awesomely like Link as an oracle, some decentralised exchange tokens like KNC, Band and BNT are the only Defi that deserve some accolades. The rest is pump and dump.

Recently failed were Yam and Spaghetti project, I weap for some investors for not doing proper research as this project were not properly audited.

Can'r stress this enough. I completely agree with the OP. Wait for the market to collapse and you will see the defi projects falling like a pack of cards.(at least the opportunistic ones).
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korean Exchange Coinbit Arrested For Fake Volume on: August 27, 2020, 12:47:28 PM
Great to see this move. I hope crypto exchanges come under the law and regulations like the stock exchanges are under. This would massively increase the number of people investing in crypto currencies.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: August 25, 2020, 11:50:24 AM
Apart from the obvious things like greed and lack of proper research there are just too many gullible investors and scammers are taking advantage of them. Too many investors want to make quick money.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Exchange Info on: August 25, 2020, 11:47:56 AM
Total Noob here.

From what I can glean off of the limited info on buying/trading info out there, and maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but it seems I will need about 20 different exchanges with 20 different passwords and 20 different wallets with 20 different passwords to buy/trade the coins I want. Is this accurate?

Why so many hoops to jump through? Why not one, or a couple of exchanges that have every coin out there? Is it for security? Or because it's DeFi?
Some of the exchanges don't even tell you what coins they carry until you go through a 10 step verification process, only to find out they don't deal the coin you want, or do not allow U.S. citizens to trade.
I want to understand and become more involved in the Alt coin market, but man it's frustrating. I'm using coinbase and it's horrible for Alts.
Any help out there for the noob would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!  Smiley

If you are looking at limited famous projects then go for Binance or kucoin , but most of the unknown projects are in decentralised exchanges . If you wanna nab them early then you must look there .
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply on: August 25, 2020, 11:46:11 AM
The new trend is the emergence of projects with more max supply which are locked and come out with limited circulating supply. Beware of investing in these projects.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: August 24, 2020, 03:14:09 AM
People don't want to give projects some time to grow, they forget that coins like dash, litecoin, Xmr, Bitcoin etc have a rough start, I'm just saying crypto investment takes years, just because a project drop in value doesn't mean they won't grow better in future.

Projects don't just turn huge in a year, there will be lots of volatility and price loss, for long term hold be prepared, if you can't then go for top coins

I agree projects cant turn up overnight but there are some projects which have been for 3 years and have lost 95 % of wealth over that time. To add to that they are still in development phase and haven't even launched mainnet . Those projects are doomed i.
