141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ethereum transection error on: August 07, 2020, 01:40:25 PM
There is just too much congestion on the ethereum network right now with the icos and the defi movement.

You should check for the safe gas price next time before sending a transaction. If you need it urgent then go with the medium value if not go for safe low value
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or EOS? on: August 07, 2020, 01:37:21 PM
I personally lean towards ethereum because if the first moved advantage and the huge community that they have.Eos raised a lot of money through their ico but they are really lagging behind.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 07, 2020, 08:46:01 AM
I am letting go some of my coins because I have given the project plenty of time and they have done nothing apart from releasing roadmap and development update for the last 2 years.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best place to find new low cap projects? on: August 07, 2020, 08:42:43 AM
Not just you and everyone is looking to find the next low cap which is gonna moon. It is really difficult to find a gem at an early stage .Even if you do the research there is a chance that project may fail. Be careful especially during the bull markets.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or there are others who have same thoughts? on: August 07, 2020, 08:39:32 AM
I don't think the listed projects are doing it intentionally. Coins always go up or down especially when there is news or large part of tokens are released. You can't expect teams to stop marketing for that.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do we really need stable coin? on: August 06, 2020, 05:15:59 AM
If you are a trader who wants volatility you may think that stable coins aren't needed in crypto but for crypto to be used as a form of exchange for the broader audience we definitely need something less volatile which means that stable coins are an absolute must going forward.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: August 06, 2020, 05:12:49 AM
The most easy way is to start by looking at the project website and to check if they have a team listed on the webpage. If they do then check each team member to make sure they are in fact working the project by using their social media profiles.

Of course make sure of the teams ability to execute the ideas by looking at their past record.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New normal world will make crypto better on: August 05, 2020, 03:05:39 PM
It's encouraging to see that crypto has given as much returns as the traditional stock markets have given in these tough times. I hope this attracts not institutional investors to invest more money into the crypto markets.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrow is a must to avoid disappointment on: August 05, 2020, 03:02:40 PM
Yes I agree wholeheartedly with the OP. The projects must establish a sense of trust for the bounty hunters by escrowing the bounty amount with a third party and this guranteeing payment.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: August 05, 2020, 02:59:03 PM
I am all in fornplaying blockchain games . Infact there are several crypto games which get continuously updated in the gambling section of Bitcoin talk forums . People should take a peep in that section.

Don't listen to them Francis Freeman. Your best chance of getting accepted is applying in this thread multiple times a day without reading any of the previous posts. Trust me. Campaign managers love that kind of thing. It shows dedication and that is your best way to get accepted.

Thanks Pmalek. I made a mistake by posting the wrong link to my profile. I thought mistakes are allowed in human beings.

Thanks for encouraging words though. I saw the members being already selected  before I posted. I wish I will be considered in the future slots.

What's really surprising is that so famous and tech-savvy people like Musk, Gates and Bezos are not able to protect their twitter accounts. They look like silly newbies.
159  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is self moderated thread? on: July 21, 2020, 08:23:17 PM
Hi i am new here i Don't know the difference between as usual thread & self moderated thread. Anyone expert explain will highly be appreciated.

If the user who starts the thread wants to censor people, he/she can start a self-moderated thread so that he/she can delete all the replies he/she didn't like.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency fraud and scams on: May 28, 2020, 12:41:10 PM
Frauds and scams are not a problem of just cryptocurrencies, there are many more fraudulent activities run with fiat money.
So be aware of that and don't pass the message that Bitcoin users are all scammers and thieves, while on the contrary there are many criminal activities performed on traditional markets.
