Honestly people try bitcoin & altcoin trading because of very high profit and loss probability. Here, everything happens with a huge percentage, either loss or profit. Sometimes you can get richer in few seconds or poorer in a few minutes.

Use the most updated Crimson driver. Enable it's auto-update feature and you'll be just fine in future with it, that's what I do too.

I have years of experience with all, each and every of these have cons and pros at the same time. But I'd say that the only one worth using is... BTC

Every altcoin pro knew this was going to happen, it's not like it's all over for miners, it'd still remain just fine to mine it as it's mining profitability would match the Ethereum in future as well.
Miners just got another option... and it'd not be useless any sooner.

Nvidia gives the best results for zcash. You can use that for ETH as well
Pretty too much wrong suggestion. AMD is far better than Nvidia, and consumes way less power than Nvidia as well. With an exception of 1070, all other models of Nvidia are nothing but wastage of money for the mining.

I'm hoping that it stays at around $75+ at least, otherwise it's mining would be pretty useless. I guess there would be a bounce soon by the way, pretty temporary but it would occur, you know, the big whales will be pumping it for a short time. Just see.

Getting 400 H/s clean and solid with my 3x RX 480 8 GB. According to GPU-Z, each one is consuming just ~65 watts power, as I'm using 980 mV through the built-in under-volt command of Claymore's miner.
Very impressive.

110+ H/s with my each RX 480 8 GB with the newer 5.0 version. Nice boost for RX!

Wow, version 4 rocks! Now I have 200 H/s with my 3x XFX RX 480 8 GB. Never expected this much hash rate from my rig.
You deserve the 2.5% fee from all for sure.

Getting 58 H/s with my each XFX RX 480 8 GB with the new 3.0 version. For sure, it's +25%.
Great work by Claymore.

I'm thinking of upgrading my rigs processors to some good ones, as they all are currently GPU-only and using Celerons. The current CPU hash rate for ZEC has attracted me. Would someone like to share the stats of his 4th/5th generation processor when mining ZEC? My motherboards are restricted to 4th and 5th generation only. My sharing: Celeron G1840 (4th Gen) = 3 sol/s!

Thanks for the hard work Claymore
I am averaging 44-48 sol's per 280x.
Wow, I can't reach that with my RX 480 8 GB's... Mining of zCash is not pretty good with the RX series if compared with the previous series of Radeon.

Getting 125 H/s with my three RX 480 8 GB on Windows 10 with almost no overclocking and just 60 Watts power draw according to GPU-Z for each GPU (of course it's far from true, I know). So I'd say that this miner has increased my H/s from 100 to 125.

Is someone around actually able to get 30+ sol/s stable through RX 480 8 GB using Windows 10?
The silent army doesn't work for me, it crashes as soon as it starts. I'm using Windows 10.

Hi @bittawm, however i can not get these things past 34 sols each
feel happy (and shut up). PanneKopp thanks for the advice haha No offense, but that's a very good suggestion. You see, I can't get past 28 sol/s with my XFX RX 480's 8 GB... -.-

Firstly I'm going to release fast ZEC miner, not dual. Please don't spam my PM, I don't send/sell pre-release version. As soon as it is ready, I'll make it public. It's a lot of work to create a good miner, I think I will release first version in 2-3 days.
Thanks for the update! I'll stick with your ethereum miner till that time.

-If you have free or very low cost electricity: buy Gigabyte R9 390 x5.
-If you have expensive electricity: buy Asus Radeon RX 480 x5.

The website seems pretty too much slow, takes forever to load. Kindly solve this and some above given problems soon.

ETC now at $0.87... and I'm predicting that it's the very right time to either mine or buy it.

why are you chatting about ZEC in claymore ETH miner thread ?
Is there a Claymore ZEC thread? Nope, not yet. But we are going to see on pretty soon! @Claymore, do you have any dual ETH + ZEC miner in plan? I guess that'd be more profitable... a little drop in both of alt's hash rate but it'd be worth it.
