My withdrawal took 10 regular days too, and only 2 of them were the non-business days. Other than that, I also faced the problem in receiving them as Payza had sent it without paying a single penny as a fee, so they were returned to their bitcoin account. Our indian counterparts got their own thread last year but that is because they actually have posts and people looking after it.
On this thread there is almost one post a month so for this reason they wont do that at this point.
We need to get active as a community for that to happen.
