8921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: January 11, 2017, 05:17:33 AM
I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?
I dont think soo regarding on your statement and i could really say that you experience tremendous thing on investment and im really sure that you put your money on a wrong investment thats why its really important to make some investigation and research when we are trying to invest our money because we all know that there are lots of scammers everywhere.I could really say that investments are better than gambling specially for long term that why choose the best and legit ones.
8922  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - 100BTC MAX WIN, WAGERING CONTEST! 1ST PRIZE 1 BTC ENDS JAN 2ND on: January 11, 2017, 04:46:42 AM
Hmm, I think it is for BlackJack professional players Smiley  and yes it is a very good addition to the game.  It is fun to see how other players react on opponents bluff.  I always love it when they take the fake and get lost with their strategy.  Wait, there will be player vs player and player vs. Ai?

Version 3 of BitDice had blackjack and it was just player vs. AI (provably fair of course). I don't forsee player versus player or multiplayer features being included.
PvP on blackjack would really be a great feature when bitdice decide to add it up since most people do really love to play against other player but it isnt available for now and they might add it up in the future depending on the request.Lets wait for their announcements on new features.
8923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: zcash soon 0.2 btc! on: January 10, 2017, 04:36:22 PM
I thought this coin is already dead in the past because as far as I remember the price is keeping dropping to the lowest and now seeing the chart it shows some progress and price bounces back again and now we are currently seeing the price of 0.05/ZEC which really indicates that this coin still has a good support and people still uses it.People who bought on the bottom price will surely make profits and should wait a little bit more before selling it.
We have the same thoughts because i leave this coin already and not liking to see it anymore when the price of this coin dump too much basing on its launching price but now it tries to recover and reaching again and surpassing its lowest price now and it seems the devs still have plans on this one.
8924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust Poloniex? on: January 10, 2017, 04:14:47 PM
I think Poloniex is one of the most reputable exchange as of now since it do hold huge volumes of coins that do exist on the market today and seeing the active traders on their on daily basis really indicates that this exchange is trustworthy but we should remember that having money on exchanges still have the risk on lossing it just like what happen to bitfinex thats why we should really be vigilant.
8925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: January 10, 2017, 03:22:21 PM
- Want to quit gambling, only to rely on willpower and yourself
- God does not help you that only you can help you
- Please reduce the duration and number of play until no longer want to play, it is the best way
These steps are effective because no one could really help you but yourself only and God wont help you if you dont help yourself then its still useless and being a sensible person related to the situation and making some realization will really pursue you to quit gambling for good.
8926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: January 10, 2017, 01:53:13 PM
Because that is when a gambler is facing its bad fate when he started with bad luck and keeps on continuing without realizing that he is just going to fell in a cliff. Also you can depend on your instinct because sometimes personal instincts are good way to predict something if you can feel that it will be good then just don't stop, but if you can feel that it won't just stop. But still, this is not so sure to depend on, it is just happening occasional.

Instinct in gambling is fallacy Smiley You cannot tell whatever is the result.  Gambling has its own system that is unaffected by outside factor even your instinct or mine.  I think it would be better if you are rational here, or cynical.  This way it can save you from more losses in the future.  Stop when you feel like you will win the next Bet because it will always make you to bet more and keep losing.

That's why I said sometimes they are good way to predict and feel that you can win but sometimes it isn't. I agree by being rational is going to be a good attitude when we are gambling, if you found out that everything is not working good for you, then just simply stop.
It's something that is hard to do, when you are in the middle of your session and you are losing while still you have the money to gamble you will not stop. Believe me, I have been in the situation many times, it's like we want to stop with a win or lose everything. That's how gamblers think.

If we see and review our gambling activity then we realize who played the game you are playing and suddenly its you obviously so if you're losing in the game you've been playing for and yet you kept on betting until the last life of your bitcoin then you're out of control of yourself right? So to make sense of it you must not let gambling to control you, once you're in a hardship winning then decision making will toke place and you will decide strongly that you're going to stop and be back for another few days for another chances.
This should really be done into ones self when they do have already hardship on playing gambling and if they saw already that they are lossing too much then we should really not tend to chase our loses and decide to deposit even more because it will really give you more problems and its the best time to stop and call it as a day and as you said we should comeback for another day and its much better if we dont comeback ever.
8927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Marketplaces in your country/region that accept Bitcoin? on: January 10, 2017, 12:36:01 PM
We do have a local wallet provider which uses bitcoin but i dont know if there are stores who accept bitcoin as a payment on their businesses because bitcoin is not still popular in my country and a very small percentage only knows about it and i really hope that it would be available soon so that we could able to spend our bitcoin with ease.
8928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: January 09, 2017, 06:47:56 PM
If today was my last day I'd make sure my gf had most of my fiat & all of my bitcoin cold storage.
I'd just use a bunch of spare fiat to do a load of blow & drink myself to death Grin

So no, I wouldn't gamble with everything I have.
Then your girlfriend used those money to build a house with other man since you are gone then i would be dead 2x if i saw that thing haha. For me if this would be my last day since i dont have a family or child then i would choose to buy all the things that i wished before and spending and using it for the entire whole day since this would be the last then make the best out of it.
8929  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: January 09, 2017, 06:16:45 PM
I guess it does not need to be encouraged. for people using bitcoin, or for those who know to use bitcoin, they will accept it at local businesses they create. using bitcoin emblem in the business they do, will give a signal for bitcoin users to be able to know that local businesses that accept bitcoin

That is true, but the thing is if why a local business would adopt bitcoin if they does not even know that there are any bitcoin users around them to use bitcoin in their services? So a local business would only get encouraged if they see some people using or having bitcoins around them so that they can come to know they will have some basic customers around them.

It is a risk that those business owners will not going to take. Even how good the market of bitcoin worldwide and how its price is being good and stable landing at $800 but if that person is just owning a small store that is just hoping to have some good customers by simply paying him cash will satisfy him. And he won't even bother and waste his time for knowing who are those bitcoin users around him.
Thats not only the reason because most of them doesnt really know about bitcoin and if they knew it then they would probably refuse to accept too because we all know that bitcoins price is too unstable which means they may gain or profit and that depends on the movement of bitcoins price. Its really hard for them to convince actually.

8931  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do against massive PayPal chargeback? on: January 08, 2017, 01:24:00 PM
You cant do anything about it since its their rules of paypal and as many members mentioned above this feature is just like a cancer.Paypal chargebacks do have advantages but mostly i saw on users feedbacks are always negative thing and this thing is also used by most scammers because they see this thing as an advantage.
8932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China central bank to release digital currency prototype in 2017 on: January 08, 2017, 01:09:24 PM
well it won't affect crypto currency too much, it is just a fiat that being change into digital currency, and the coin is not going to anonymous and it will be centralized, so there is no different with fiat, I don't think it will be successful, the government won't succeed to rule bitcoin down, the user used bitcoin because the user want a currency that free from control

You are right in saying that launching a fiat currency will not affect bitcoin too much. That would be a fact if the country involved is not China. China is one of the country that has biggest hold of bitcoins volume in the world. Aside from having a large number of bitcoin users in the populace and big companies that are in the rich list of bitcoin industry they also have the biggest bitcoin mining farm in the world. It is not yet 100% but there is a possibility that during the launch a big dump on bitcoin will occur and a price meltdown will placed upon bitcoin.

This is not something not to be looked upon to, if only it isnt China but it is. And so a panic and a regulation in China will bring about tremendous and huge effect on bitcoin industry.
Price would eventually go down if China would launch its own digital currency and you are right they hold of the most huge amount of bitcoin as of now and they have the largest company of bitcoin miners and if they tend to jump to their own currency then expect that bitcoins price would largely affected.
8933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: January 08, 2017, 11:22:36 AM
well actually they are both risky but if you are going to invest in a real company or something like that will last for a long time and you know that your money is safe in that company then it is more better in it,rather than trying your luck or putting your money at risk at some gambling site's but if you're just looking to have fun then gambling is more suitable for you

Nothing will seriously safe you when those companies take your money away. One thing for sure is that there will always be a risk and you cant really hope for anything that doesnt come with a risk. If you wish to go for something that doesnt really have a risk then gambling or gambling site investment is definitely not the thing for you
True, all investment do have risk on lossing money even on investments not related to gambling and you are right we cant assure anytime even we put our money on reputable company because anytime they could able to ran off all the money of their investors which is really part on investments theres no guarantee anytime.
8934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 08, 2017, 10:36:34 AM

8935  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: January 08, 2017, 07:36:17 AM
Just look at the number of inactive bitcoins that havent moved in at least 2-3 years. Those coins should be >90% inactive.

They may not be lost, but its highly unlikely that they will be moved ever again. Now somebody make a script and parse through the blockchain for such transactions.

It would be interesting to know how many inactive addresses there are there.
>90% is just a huge percentage which is somehow impossible basing on the movement of bitcoin addresses throughout the blockchain but well you have said this thing then i wont argue.Thats a good news that someone create a script on which knows how many inactive addresses are there but one things for sure those addresses are composed of lost bitcoins and some are just built for storage for long term investments.
8936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: altcoin mining on: January 07, 2017, 06:13:59 PM
at the time of the first bitcoin the level of difficulty was low and mining could be done with personal computers. can i do altcoin mining with my laptop? if yes, which altcoin do you recommend?
Mining altcoin is laptop is possible but dont expect too much on it since it will only give you small amounts and also the risk of burning up your laptop in no time because it cant withstand the heat specially when you are mining on non-stop or 24 hours. There are lots of alts could possible mined but you will need a good GPU on that one.
8937  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any bot for trading? on: January 07, 2017, 05:25:42 PM
Don't use bots. They are ultimately inferior to humans and can't predict market trends. It's risky.
I cant think of any bots that is being used on trading in either crpyto or in forex/stocks since i do it manually and you are right if were to choose among two i would rather to trade manually because there are really some things that bot cant do and also trading bots do really need to be set manually and if you dont have too much trading experience that will be still useless.
8938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which bitcoin gambling site is your favorite place to go? on: January 07, 2017, 03:18:44 PM
This depends on which game suits your interest and there are lots of website to choose from, for dice games ive used to play on bitsler before but now i switch to bitdice which you could able to see on my signature because i like to try new platform and i really like it.When we are talking about other game then i like bustabit and satoshimines.
8939  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What the you think is the best Crypto currency trading site? on: January 07, 2017, 07:34:11 AM
I have been trading since last year. Though I earn profit from that nowadays, it's less than a half that I earn last year because its volume is decreasing. Now, I am looking for another trading site which has a huge volume but requires low fee per transaction. I would appreciate each answer:)

I don't stick to one trading platform, I started trading first at Ccex for few months, I like Ccex cause its very user friendly.. Now i am trading @ Poloniex, Bittrex, Cryptopia, Yobit etc... as for there are coins I do support from those exchages... It is much better not to put our eggs in one basket.. We earn profit from coins we trade just pick the right one.... so we should not trade only one exchage...happy earnings everyone...

I agree with you on this statement, I have been using some exchanges and I like to explore the system of each exchange. I usually prefer yobit (not because I am promoting them with signature but I find it user friendly and never had any serious issue with them), localbitcoins (Because sometimes, I need various payment options) and now I am trading on 1Broker (they have variety of trading platforms such as crypto, stocks, commodities, forex, indices etc).
we have our own opinion on each exchanges but knowing yobit there are lots of complaints regarding on these exchange and i could able to read it every now and then unlike other reputable exchanges which really dont have any issues its either on withdrawal or deposits or any other stuff.
8940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: January 07, 2017, 06:26:05 AM
I am just wondering if you still would gamble if you would have enough money? I mean, now as it is, do you gamble for the fun or for the profit?
If i do have the money then why not?I would definitely play but i would set my limit on playing it because i dont like to waste of my money on playing gambling. If im super rich and money is not already a problem then i will play for entertainment purposes. Some people gamble for profits and some for entertainment.
