1341  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that this AI is good for trading? on: January 30, 2023, 11:59:51 PM
I don't know that there's an openAI that's dedicated to trading. I've known bots that will just help you to do your trades automatically by setting it first but it won't be the one that's going to do the whole thing of trading like giving decisions automatically if the market suddenly fell.
I believe that these AIs are just like guides but they can't predict the market and they can give some good thoughts of analysis but they're all based on facts and they can't really say what they think about trading on a highly volatile crypto market.
AI based or those casual bots, its all the same and its never been that relevant on making yourself that depended on it considering we know on how these things works and how these things do behave.
If you do see that these things are really that relevant into your trade and seeing that it is really bringing up some profits somehow which you do add up with some analysis of yours then stick to it.
We've seen that people been talking about applying it on gambling and now in trading which this current AI trend cant really be stopped but there are certain areas which cant really be touched
nor be affected by AI.
1342  Economy / Gambling / Re: I accidentally deposited to self-excluded stake.com account. on: January 30, 2023, 11:24:34 PM
I accidentally deposited 3.067 ETH to my self-excluded stake.com account, and live support does not let me withdraw.

I really need to withdraw my funds, what can I do?
Stake is the only one could really solve out this problem but since it is really still on self exclusion mode then you had agreed on the terms
which means that you cant do if ever they would be holding up your deposits.

The main thing you can do is to wait up until the self exclusion would be ended just like on what stated into their terms.

Once your selected self-exclusion has come to an end, your account will automatically be reopened. However, you will receive an email confirmation of this information which will be sent to your registered email address.

1343  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: January 30, 2023, 10:12:41 PM
Renting has its ups and downs, but honestly I'd rather choose to buy my own house than to get stuck living in someone else's for the rest of my life. Renting is outrightly affordable compared to owning a house that's for sure, but it becomes a liability over time while a house flips you profits through appreciation. Although you are given the liberty of leaving and relocating should things not turn up well in your current residence when you rent, you can pretty much do the same thing as well with buying real estate you would live in, just with some extra steps.
But we know that not all people does have the capacity in doing so and this is why they would be sticking on renting which similar into my situation which i cant built up my own house since building one
is really that expensive or  something that cant really be that to easy on someone who do really just earn sufficient for your daily living and needs. This is why lets not really that conlcusive
for those people who do say that we should have our own house. We are all thinking on having one but there are situations which we are facing that would really be a huge hindrance
on achieving or attaining our goal that we do have in mind.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Common Online Gambling Fraud on: January 30, 2023, 08:57:51 PM
Another fraud is using multiple accounts to avoid bet limit.

Usually when the gambler is really lucky and always win, the casino will limit the gambler's maximum bet since it's to prevent the gambler will make a lot money if he bet large amount. I don't really understand why such user done this because they can just move to other reputable and trusted casino, there's no huge difference with each casino, only the odds is smaller, but the difference isn't huge maybe around @0.01-0.05.
Me too. Also, is there a such thing as limiting someone because he's just "too lucky"? I mean, I heard about it used to be a thing in the past with land-based casinos, but I've never heard about something like this regarding reputable online casinos.
Yeah it is definitely something in todays world with todays casinos in the crypto world as well. If you end up winning too much, they can limit you, and they are holding that right and have the rules for it. This is both bad, but also not too bad for both casinos and the player.

Bad for the casino because if you limit them, they can't lose it back to you fast enough, someone who turned a thousand dollars into a million dollars, can't lose that million dollars back quickly if you limit them, so this is also bad for the casinos, but not bad because they can't earn more of it with same pace. Same but the reverse is true for the gamblers, can't lose it quickly so it's good, but can't keep earning so it's bad.

But we know that they would rather choose on limiting on someone whose been too lucky on playing into their place which they would rather let you restricted or limited because they do know that all of those winnings that gamblers do able to pull out would be able to be compensated into those people who had been continuing to lose on the platform or venue which it would really be just replenished on no time.
This is why they are really that confident on taking up decisions when we do speak about limitations and restrictions if ever there's someone who do really have high winning rate.
They cant just afford on letting him stay further more.
1345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Your Kids Aware Of Bitcoin? Teach Them. on: January 30, 2023, 08:13:19 PM
I have a son who is currently 2 years old so far, but he has already planned with me that at the age of 9 years old, I will gradually teach him about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency from its usages and features. Little by little if he is made to understand its importance that can help anyone.

I will slowly familiarize him with how it is used (bitcoin) so that he turn high school, At least He have a deep and broad knowledge about this matter. That's my plan for my son. I won't force him to understand it right away but I will just show him how it helps our family life.
He is 2 years old not like he knows what btc is about so how can he agree with you to learn about it at 9 years old? I think you are probably teaching him about btc too early in life. That is not going to better him immediately you should be preparing him for high school as much as you can at that time and not about a currency which is not even adopted most player yet and will not be.
Better not to stress out yourself on what age because you would really be just find into yourself on whats the right time and you would see for yourself if your child is ready on learning those information.
Teach them when the time is right or age because if you do teach them too early then it would be useless because they cant just be able to learn and realize on what are the things you've been saying.
12-15 might be the sweet spot or earlier depending on how the child is really that interested on learning new things or love to explore. This is why it would really vary but
as much as early then it would be more better.
1346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 27, 2023, 11:52:45 PM
Alright! Hopefully, Fulton is committed to the challenge and is willing to travel to Japan. And I am also hoping that Fulton put this matter into his own hands and stops Al Haymon of PBC from deciding what to happen next to his career. Earlier, it was announced by the WBC to let Fulton and Figueroa do a rematch at 126 for the vacant WBC or the interim belt depending on the outcome of current 126 WBC champion Rey Vargas who's also moving up to 130 for the vacant 130 WBC belt. If Vargas losses at 130 then he can remain as champion at 126 and face the interim champ. I wonder what will be the reaction of Al Haymon after the arrangements earlier will be canceled due to Fulton's willingness to give Inoue (a rival Top Rank fighter) a shot at his 2 belts.

Gonna be hard for Fulton though, unless he separate from Al Haymon, but in any case, if he agrees to fight Inoue in Japan it could have been with the blessings of PBC already? or it is they just agreed in principles and then anytime Fulton can says no and go up to 126 lbs?

And I'm not aware that the rematch with Figueroa will happen in 126 lbs? it should be in 122 lbs since that is their first fight?

Anyhow, let's see how it goes for Fulton and Inoue here, hopefully the fight can happen as schedule around April-May in Japan.

Inoue and Fulton only agreed to face each other but there are no signed contracts yet. Most likely Fulton is now trying to get the approval of Al Haymon to travel to Japan and defend his 2 belts against a fighter coming from a rival company. Let's just hope that Fulton grows some balls and sticks to his words that he can beat Inoue. If he moves up to 126, I believe he will be stripped of his WBO belt at 122 since Inoue is now mandatory.

Fulton and Figueroa fought each other in order to unify the WBC and WBO belts at 122. The fight deserved a rematch because it was very close. After the defeat, Figueroa went up to featherweight and since Fulton is a reigning 2-belt champion, the WBC presented them an opportunity to rematch at 126 for its belt.
If it's mandatory he needs to defend the title against Inoue, Inoue's promotion I'm sure will give in to Fulton's demands because he is beatable and they want to make Inoue champion again, no boxer in the super bantamweight can match up with Inoue's speed and power, I think Inoue is more comfortable fighting in this division because he will just add few weights, but Fulton will give him a good fight compared to fighters Inoue fought in the past.
Inoue had dominated the bantamweight division and as a champion into that particular area then its impossible for a boxer who wouldnt tend to climb up on the ladders and would really be tending to go one step higher at a time.It would neither be mandated or some selection but there's no other way that he could go but into this one which leaving to take some decisions whether on taking it or not.Thing here is that they do
rush up on going with Fulton and this is a different weight category which it seems that they are really that too much confident about Inoue's fighting prowess.  Smiley
1347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Secret of success in futures trading on: January 27, 2023, 11:50:14 PM
Yes you are right that minimum amount will reduce your loss and if you loss it then it will be easy for you to recover that cash back and one more thing is that a person should get knowledge about everything before participating into trading.

Signals sometimes works and a trader can get advantage so always learn about trading first after that know that which project is going to be successful then  be a participant of it
Getting signals from others or relying from it is never been that recommendable. If we do talk about success and profitability then it would matters on how you do make on your own.
Success would really always pertain on how you to strive on making yourself making good and profitable trades despite of this unpredictable market condition on which there's no way that you could
be able to point out on what would be happening next.My best advise is never ever touch up futures if you arent really finding yourself good when it comes to spot trading.
You would be needing that preparation if you do tend to touch up futures because it is really much more risky.
1348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 26, 2023, 11:45:35 PM
It is really just that it is that too fast on dealing with Fulton? Im not really that have doubts on Inoue's capability but pretty much sure that this wont really be a walk in a park
type of fight that he would be facing on.
Inoue is a hungry boxer, I think he's want to collect any title if he's given a chance to get it and we need to respect for Fulton which not scared to fight with Inoue, because we've seen a lot drama where a big fight get cancelled, postponed, dodged, etc because there's a politic on the boxing organizations. There's might a reason if Inoue think he's still in prime and he have higher chance to win rather than waiting when he's get older and older.
I was somehow surprised too.
The expectation was for a test drive against a high-seed boxer in the new weight class that he joined but it looks like it cannot wait any longer and he already wants the 2 titles in his belt. If he wins this, there's no doubt he will try the other two from Murodjon Akhmadaliev if he will win in his incoming match against Marlon Tapales.
Yeah, all respect to Fulton's camp for not even doubting their boxer and they accepted the challenge in a rush. I mean, they could just snob it and wait for Inoue to win fights against the number 3 or 4 but it's like Fulton's camp is really sure they can win this one.

Inoue dominated and get all the belts on Bantamweight 118 and now he's pushing on  122 and going against Fulton which holding up that WBC+WBO
having 21 wins and 0 loss but having 8 KO.This is why they are really that confident on Inoue's camp that they could handle out Fulton and goes directly on arranging up some fight
and not tending to go against with Akhmadaliev which does have lesser experience which they do seem that it is isnt really just a worthy debut on stepping
up on such division.
1349  Economy / Economics / Re: Can I take a loan to invest in bitcoin? on: January 26, 2023, 11:18:39 PM
"Can I take a loan to invest in bitcoin" this question was asked by a friend

My reply to her is this:
It is generally not advisable to take out a loan to purchase Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and the value of a particular coin can fluctuate greatly in a short period of time. This means that the value of the coin you purchase with a loan could drop, making it difficult to repay the loan. It is important to do your own research and make sure you understand the risks before investing in any financial product, including Bitcoin.

What is your advice?

Investing in crypto with a loan isn't advisable. I have tried it before and I lose heavily. I borrowed money from a friend to buy a token which have been doing great. To my surprise, it got dumped after my purchase and I sold out of lost when that my friend is on my neck for his money. Crypto is an investment but should be done wisely
Its never been advisable specially when you are depending on the profits you are making with it for you to repay the loan which it would really be a suicidal kind of act on which you would really be having a hard time on getting one considering that this market is never been that predictable on where it would be making out some pumps. This is what makes it hard to be relying in terms on repaying some loans just because you had invested in Bitcoin. If you do have other sources on which you could repay the loan then getting some loan to invest isnt a bad option or to take but you should make yourself that responsible so that you wouldnt
really be that putting yourself in big trouble.
1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK fines online casino for only asking KYC from winning gamblers on: January 26, 2023, 10:49:22 PM
In crypto casinos, they are requiring basic KYCs for most of the platforms that I've signed up with. Level 2 verification only occurs when there are problems detected on your account that the casino thinks you're cheating the system, or you just won big and, for KYC/AML compliance, they need to do further verification of who you really are. For that online casino that the government fined, they are obviously not complying with KYC/AML regulations, hence why they received the fine in the first place. Delaying winnings are totally not okay, and asking for KYC only after someone wins is totally fishy because that is already a breach of what the regulation on KYC/AML states.

It's rather funny that the payment of a big win without the player going through the KYC procedure can turn into problems for the casino - they can get charged with money laundering. In this case, it is not clear why they do not force the passage of this procedure for all players (even in the process of actively using the casino service), but wait for someone to win big and request a withdrawal of the winnings.
We dont know on what are the agreements or laws or regulations that had been imposed into them by the government which they are really trying out to impose in towards the players. We dont know but since they are
really that regulated which it would really be that understandable that they are really following some protocols. The thing on here is that we dont know if they are really that real on following some orders or just simply
trying out to make this as an alibi just because they dont really like to pay up winners or trying out to hold them out and making use of these verification methods just to make things
getting delayed or wont really be able to pay at all.
1351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I managed to invite 1 of my friends to invest in bitcoin on: January 26, 2023, 09:44:27 PM
...and to be honest I'm happy because my neighbors invest in bitcoin just like me...

Actually, the seller in the store acted recklessly, trusting your advice, obviously not understanding the fact that you yourself are new to investing. You should understand that if the price of bitcoin decreases after your recommendation to invest in bitcoin, then you will have to shop in another store, as the seller will consider you to blame for his losses.
That could be the possible scenario once the seller started to endure losses. But I doubt if he will invest immediately without studying about bitcoin on his own self, as every investment needs prior preparation and deep research before you finally decide to put your money at a risky investment. Also, the buyer must also realize that he has been very quick in giving information to the seller, not realizing that he’s still a newbie and he has to learn more before he can be reliable enough to share the facts about bitcoin.
Its a must but there are people who are really that in a rush when it comes to investment on which they do really ending up on messing up their investment due to carelessness or lack of knowledge on dealing up with something.Knowing that crypto investment isnt an easy one for you to deal with specially when you dont have that right amount of knowledge of it.You would really be definitely ending up on losing money before you
could learn up things which is really that a very wrong mindset or dealing if you do ask me.Make up some research when you do intend to dig deep further rather than on making yourself that
impulsive when it comes to investment decisions.
1352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK fines online casino for only asking KYC from winning gamblers on: January 25, 2023, 11:53:07 PM
But the big question is can they fully implement it can they apply it to all casinos although the idea is good, implementation is another thing unless the license issuer stated it that way.

If referring to fiat casinos, yes that can be fully implemented since these casinos are under the country's main gambling authority.

If referring to crypto casinos, that might only be fully implemented in those big casinos that have no choice but to accept the regulation. There are also decentralized gambling sites that obviously, won't be part of that.

More importantly, regardless if there's KYC or not, don't test the waters on unknown gambling sites. Better to comply with KYC than face the risks at those.
Why people are really that making it as a big issue about exposing off their identities which considering that we've been long time submitting our info into those services and other things dealing in real life?
It doesnt really make sense though, myself wont really be bothered on submitting info as long i would be seeing that it would be something you could really trust on.KYC is getting stricter and
becomes wider on which even crypto related services and platforms is no really exception into that which we should really gradually expecting the reality that we are dealing
of with.
1353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the bitcoin price continue to increase? on: January 25, 2023, 10:54:24 PM

Inflation will have a significant impact on Bitcoin's price in 2023 Roll Eyes With Bitcoin's price halving this year, some believe it will skyrocket next year.
Just dont make yourself that too hopeful so that you wont be ending up on getting frustrated or annoyed or regretting for whatever actions that you had missed out. This is the hardest part when dealing on an
unpredictable and random market where we do always have those questions on mind on where the price would really be that going. This is where analysis and strategies would really be that significant
as a trader or investor which you would really be basing up your situation and decisions into that.We know that we do have different approach and this is where it do determines whether you
are really that good or not on sustaining yourself.
1354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tom Brady's Gambling and HUGE loss. on: January 25, 2023, 10:44:48 PM
Ehhhh not so sure I'm with you on this.  First off, no one really knows why Tom Brady and his wife decided to divorce.  I'm sure his continued football career deep in to his 40's is part of it, but I'd also guess that it was certainly not THE reason for the divorce.

Also, no one really knows how much money Brady had invested in to FTX.  I've been reading all these wild accusations saying he put every dollar he had in to FTX etc etc, but this is all conjecture.
If there are no solid proofs then all of the words would be floating around would really just remain speculations which its never been that good to make out or draw some conclusions without any basis.i
If he had been into that situation then it is really just  that safe but as long a certain person wont that quit and still thrive then everything would really be having the solution.
Lets just not make out some conclusive approach about others problems because each of us does have a problem and would really differ to each other.
Lets just hope that he would be able to make it.

i'm with you here. i am a believer of the saying, "there's hope as long as you're alive". so yeah, even if he seemed to lose everything today, if he won't give up, he can still recover those losses. maybe not his ex-wife, but at least get back on his feet financially. for sure, he still has some savings to go on with this life. remember, a lot of people on this world are living paycheck to paycheck or even just few hundred bucks a month. he's an athlete, he can very well find another job or team, if he is not choosy.
There are really just some people who do easily give up and believe that everything is over and this is why some people do end up on some suicidal attempts because the current things that they are facing is the end of their lives which is really that very wrong.Just like i said that as long you do breath and live, there's always a chance for you to cope up and solve out problems. There's no problem that has no solution. It is really just a matter
on how you would be standing up and trying out to cope up and tries to recover because if you do find yourself on easily giving up then you would be ending up on messing
it up entirely.
1355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best strategy for Dollar Cost Averaging on: January 25, 2023, 09:25:23 PM
I have searched and seen that;
Quote
Dollar-cost averaging is the practice of systematically investing equal amounts of money at regular intervals, regardless of the price of a security.

What is your best strategy for Dollar Cost Averaging, do you do it weekly, monthly?
What do you advice and why?

Doesnt matter on when you would get in when it comes to DCA because it would really be completely depending on you on when you would decide to enter. As long you do have the funds on doing
so then every price that is going down would really be ideal on doing that DCA.Its true that not all does have the money on doing this DCA and this is why its really that hard to maintain out
such strategy but its true that if you are really that going for long term then this would be the best shot. Ive been doing this on everytime the price do make out some decrease
because these are opportunities for you to buy cheaper coins.

1357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its safe to say Bitcoin has recovered all it's losses since the FTX collapse? on: January 24, 2023, 10:45:07 PM
When bitcoin will be worth 30K you can say that bitcoin is fully recovered after the crash.
If we do tend to look back on whats the price before that FTX incident then we are talking about 21k.

Bitcoin has held firm at over $21,000 for the last two days, well above its Nov. 2 price of $20,283.
Source: https://www.cnbc.com/2023/01/17/bitcoin-has-now-recovered-all-its-losses-since-ftx-collapsed.html

Well, i do agree that we could say completely about recovery when we do hit 30k.  Smiley
1358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 24, 2023, 09:40:01 PM
i play online casino long time never receve bonus what a joke
What is the name of that casino you are playing? Because not all are generous enough to give a bonus and maybe it was a centralized/non-crypto casino because I did try many of them in the past and most of them don't give a bonus. There are some who have it but only gives a tiny amount. They don't have cashback, reload, monthly bonus and other exciting bonuses that can make the gambler come back.

This is why I did not hesitate to switch on crypto casinos after seeing their offers. Some bonus do also have a their own terms like you must deposit a certain amount and then wager it on xxx times to be able to receive the money on your main balance. Are you sure you read the terms completely?
For a long time running casino then it wouldnt reach out that state if ever they arent giving out some bonuses because these things turns out to be that a standard thing for this type of business because it is really that impossible for a casino to last up without having some offering even if the bonuses are those standard or typical because whether we do like it or not, there would be still those gamblers who are really that getting
interested with these bonuses on which it is really just that something normal for them to have that kind of approach. When it comes to bonuses then for a business like this then they would  really be
hooking up people via these good looking offerings but for real which these arent that worth at all.  Cheesy
1359  Economy / Economics / Re: After Budgeting, How Do I Deal With Unexcepted Expenses? on: January 24, 2023, 08:26:48 PM
I think it depends on us and what unforeseen needs really require us to spend money because indeed when this condition was before we were unemployed it was clear that we meant having a job and of course people who manage their finances well clearly know they have to put some of their money for needs which was unexpected.
Conditions like this must exist so that we are not overwhelmed when we have unexpected and urgent needs so that we are still financially secure.
You should really make yourself come prepared for whatever situations or circumstances that you might be able to face on because if not then you would really be having a tough time on facing it out
because you would fell short for this one and this isnt something that you could really be able to avoid specially if you dont really have savings at all due to some normal circumstances.
This is why its always been suggestible for you to save up even a small part of your money for emergency purpose because we dont know on what are the things that
lies ahead on which you couldnt be able to know on when you would be needing money the most.
1360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice on choosing a crypto casino on: January 24, 2023, 08:22:30 PM
Below I will list the most important aspects that should be followed when choosing a gambling site:
- having a valid and current license
- an obvious and understandable reward system
- User friendly UI
- Wide selection of games
- A good betting offer, even for events from the lower league, which may take place very close to you
- chat
Many casino lists have valid licenses but not all of them are recommended and worth playing, I suggest considering the list of top licensed casinos that already have an ANN thread in the forum, we must also prioritize reputable casinos and analyze the feedback from gamblers from the forum. I didn't add the bonus offer points for the most important aspects of choosing a casino but the safety and trust factors are more important to consider in the analysis of each casino.
License isnt everything because we've seen some of reputable or known  sites or platforms that we do have today on which there are some which doesnt have licenses but still one of the most trustable platforms that we do have which does simply implies that it isnt a solid thing for you to presume out that it would really be that your primary basis on choosing up a casino. Its true that it would be just common sense and it would be that normal that we should come after on a site or company which does have some ANN thread and a good reputation and position here on this forum which you could say that this is  something
worth to deal with and dont make yourself lost off track.
