2221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making e-sports more affordable on: May 05, 2022, 03:18:11 PM
To be able to make e-sports more affordable, it isnt necessary to make games free to play. Most of these games already are free to play. Gamers main expenses are hardware. Make GPU more available, that will be more than enough. Make gamers earn through gaming, instead of forcing them to stream for 8-10 a day with sponsors tshirt on, and there will be an e-sports athlete in every second house.
Playing online games doesnt automatically means that gamers are aiming for money but if they would really be having the chance then they would love to on engaging on such thing.
They could make money through tournaments and sponsorships. In speaking with betting then gamblers are the ones who do really able to have chance on winning bets.
Dont know about esports to be affordable on which same as you said that majority of them are long time free-to-play which means zero cost before you  could really able
to play.
2222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may likely pull back to 35k on: May 05, 2022, 12:35:17 AM
snip...
There is always a possibility that is the case since the price of bitcoin is having a significant amount of problems to go up at the moment, however if you are a long term holder then such a small decrease in the price of bitcoin is not really relevant and if anything it is an opportunity to buy some bitcoin for a small discount, so if this were to happen people need to be ready and have some cash in hand in order to take advantage of the short window of opportunity in the case we got to actually see such low price.
We can't underestimate the market in the first place, we sometimes get surprised how this happens (huge fallbacks) because we forget to anticipate the market. We got been puzzled by what is really be the reason for these drops but instead, we do complain, indeed we take this very great opportunity to accumulate potential coins in preparation for the future pumps and halving.

So I assume those who think they are late to join the party prove that they are definitely wrong. Here comes the chance for you guys.
Huge fallbacks are less likely to happen compared into those previous years that we do have in the market where it do plunges that low which everybody wasnt expecting.
Whenever we do see situations like this then its up to us whether we do see opportunities and made out immediate actions in relation to this.
If it do goes back to 35k then my money or funds is ready to make out some re-entry on this level.
2223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: May 04, 2022, 11:09:10 PM
I was spending some time with my friends parents and there was not only a huge party but all of them placed p2p bets on the horse racing. They asked me to come over as well, the ending was deeply sad and essential to cover : The horse died after winning of a heart attack.

The horse was presenting signs of heart attack on the camera but no one was actually even giving it a second thought and at the end when it was the last lap, all the horses got whipped excessively hard as well. That gets me to my point "why do you support horse racing?" This is honestly far to cruel to continue.

According the this site: https://www.horsedeathwatch.com/background.php they have seen more than 2000 deaths in around 5500 days. Most of the horses die during the match as well, they also have instances where they are exploited using drugs (doping).

Are you aware that most of the horses go through slaughter as well? Some of them have very bad injuries making them not even the least bit useful for the business therefore they are killed without second thought. I do hope people would get more aware and try and steer away from *horse racing*.
I honestly second you word by word, and funny enough, this is exactly the thing I always think about any time I gets clip of animal racing, makes me wonder, what exactly do we gain from forcing animals to run in the field,?
My guess is that it's nothing, I honestly agree with the op that animal racing should be banned, cus I see no need for it when we humans already have many hundreds of thousands of  games to choose from, must we involve animals

With the huge taxes they imposed and the many industries and companies that the horse racing industry is supporting, I don't think it's even possible especially for third world countries like ours where the unemployment is very high, if they clamped horse racing, the unemployment will rise and revenue will decrease.
Horse racing is much better to maintain than cock fighting or any other sports where the animals involved are fighting each other to the death, the government should just impose strick regulation.
Depending on economic status or situation yet government wouldnt really impose ban or restrictions on something that generates higher revenue or taxes and they wont be boggled up with those cruelty issues
and stuffs because what matter the most is economic development and less priorities on other aspects such as animal consideration or protection but if there would be lots of appeals and complaints
then they might be considering that but its unlikely to happen and i would be sure of that.
2224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TA or FA which is a better choice for market speculation. on: May 04, 2022, 09:55:34 PM
Is it with: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

From the above explanation which could you as a trader possibly go with and why?
Actually so far, I am not really good at TA, just little bit to understand and use them by trying. But it seems like not very work for me because sometimes, my analysis is very bad honestly  Grin
That is why I prefer to use more fundamental analysis, moreover I am not a day trader, so I prefer to focus on the projects that have good and strong fundamentals to set certai target price for short term or long term holding.

But it doesn mean that FA is better than TA, I only said that FA is more suitable for me
I actually like both analysis since it has both advantage and disadvantages but it matters to the individual since we are all unique even on trading. Technical Analysis is recommended for day traders and to those who like whing trades like you and me, Fundamentals is the perfect fit for it. There's no one can tell if it's FA or TA, as I've said it could be subjective on both terms and to individuals.
Considering that not all the times the market would generate out some news or events which you could make use or treat as FA which means that you would really be ending up on using
TA's in the end of the day.It isnt really bad to have both ways for you to identify possible trends or paths on where prices could go via these indicators or analysis.
It doesnt matter which one you would use as long you could make profits then that what surely counts.
2225  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question for regular casino players. Will you use Lightning if available? on: May 04, 2022, 08:59:01 PM
People would normally jump in on the time that they are seeing that it has been used by majority or does really have some significant numbers who had been using it then it cant really be denied
that we would really be reconsidering on making use of it.Even myself isnt really that much known or that familiar on how LN transactions been done on which i could say that it is really
that complicated but if there would be some tuts or guides then i might put myself on getting interested on it but not for now yet its not really that been rampant for the community
to make use of it.
LN is definitely needed during periods of heavy load on the bitcoin network.
It sometimes happened before - the commissions increased to such values that it became a pity to lose such money.  Although everyone understands that this is just the earnings of miners.
Recently, I have been transferring small amounts in BTC and noticed that normally (within acceptable time intervals and blocks), transactions even with 1 sat/byte, i.e., the commission is approximately 100-200 sat.  Or $0.05-0.1.   Smiley
In such a lull on BTC blockchain, it is quite possible to forget about LN.  But in other periods, you still need to be able to use it.  And for bitcoin casinos in the first place.
On the other hand, LN will still be a choice and not in an urgent need to be added to the casino because they have already solved this matter with the altcoin. But LN can come as a help to people who want to reduce the transaction fee and get fast confirmations. But still, it depends on the network traffic to confirm the transaction. Yes, not many people know about LN because of the need above but slowly, they will learn it and try to use it in the other business and not in the casino because maybe not many casinos will give this option to them.
Time will come if LN would really be that adopted or integrated if we could really see some demand to it but its true that altcoins had already patched up the main problems on which these main coins does have.
It will takes time or wont really come after all because we know that it has been a while into its existence but we arent really seeing any significant progress or updates whether it could really be
that applicable on different aspect or just still on test phase or developmental.
2226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Concern of illegal use of crypto on: May 04, 2022, 07:59:37 PM
I don't understand one thing. If a terrorist uses a M249 SAW light machine gun to murder scores of people, are you going to arrest the terrorist, or the manufacturer of this machine gun (FN Herstal)? Same with cryptocurrency as well.
I believe the major problem the world is facing now is caused by the government's political naiveness which they believe is knowledge because the problem the world is having now all started through political error and the same thing caused the conflict between Russians and Ukraine. Besides, the something leads to the government printing more fiat every year.
Th sad part is that they ignore all this and focus more on innovative technology like cryptocurrency when their incapable was the reason why Satoshi introduced Bitcoin.

Dont be surprised on trying to oppose on things which they do see that it could really be able to be free out of their control. They dont like on something that they could get hold of and despite
on being beneficial then they would be always having to find any issues or complaints against a particular thing whether it is really just too dumb for them to point out considering that
we could really make out some comparison in between fiat which we could really say that there's too far off gap in regards to that on which its really that bullshit
thing on where they do really push it out.
2227  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most trusted casinos on BTalk on: May 04, 2022, 12:09:50 AM
The greatest benefit of reading through this forum is that it will give you an inside look and experiences from other members on some of the most reputable crypto gambling sites out there. The majority of these sites have been in operation for years and are not just the new kid on the block on the global casino scene. It is unlikely that we could list every trusted casino here. So instead of giving you my personal recommendations, I suggest you take a look at the member feedback in their official threads and find the site that best suits your needs.

Finally, I cannot stress enough that every new gambler should go through the Scam Accusations section of this forum before opening their account on any of these sites. This is where the vast majority of the scams are found. I would not advise gambling on any of these sites if you haven't read through the scam accusations. This is a first step to ensuring that you are not taken advantage of. Good luck!

There are many reasons why this forum is incredibly valuable and besides the most obvious one which is that this forum was made by Satoshi and that it is part of his legacy, one of the most important functions of this forum is that allows you to check if a bitcoin service that you are planning on using has a good reputation or not, if it does then you know the chances you will be scammed are very low,  but if it has a bad reputation then you can avoid it and save yourself the headache.
You would really be able to save up your ass if you do have the time on spending your time here on this forum or do make out searches whenever you do tend to get involved on a particular service or platform.
on which you could really able to determine whether its a good one or not and you wont really be that dumb for not to make any decisions which do shows obvious
things for you to make jurisdiction whether you do get involved or simply skipped due to issue or complaints.
2228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safuu continues to decline, what causes it? on: May 03, 2022, 11:12:19 PM
Don't you even aware if mostly of the new projects that offered millions of ATH were so scammy? No doubt that safuu were also offering the same APY like that. You can imagine this by yourself. When you are owning big chunk of tokens and you stake it with the millions percents of APY and in a week you will be getting massive reward for your money.
Im sure that you will be exchange this reward into the stable tokens or something else. This what have done by those who have participated in the staking.
It's only ruining the project until it will die
It would be a cycle and it would be always like that and its just common sense that you would evaluate these kind of projects to be shitty ones or something that cant really be trusted
up on long term aspects and its true that no good or bad altcoin whenever bitcoin or market trend is negative or in bearish mode on where most or all of coins in the market would
be in decline on which it isnt surprising that prices are really that correlate from time to time but speaking with long term aspect then it would
always be varying on community support.
2229  Economy / Gambling / Re: Wizary.com |🚀NEW CRYPTO CASINO🚀| 💵10 FREE COINS FOR NEW MEMBER💵 on: May 03, 2022, 10:21:52 PM
Well, let me join other members of this forum to welcome you and haven't been around since 2021 making it more confident in your casino since you may have built a good reputation and also developed feedback that helps fixed bugs and any other systems abnormalities. I just visited the site but refrain from creating an account when I see it demands personal information that is sensitive what does the admin have to do about making the registration rules more flexible.

I consider this a warning sign, for many countries, their cellphone number is part of their sensitive information you cannot just change your phone number it goes to you whenever you go and it exposes who you are, this casino is no different from altcoins airdrops where they ask for cell phone number and they go offline and sell this information in the black market, there's no guaranty even in casinos that they will protect our sensitive information.
This is why people do really hesitate when it comes to inputting even with the simpliest information that could possibly attached to them personally thats why i couldnt
blame on if they would really be having that kind of doubts and criticisms on the time that they would really be needing once you do register on a site.
ITs not surprising yet this market had been known in terms of being decentralized or anonymous so its just a normal reaction.
2230  Economy / Economics / Re: Probability Failure of Central Africa Republic & El Salvador Bitcoin Adoption on: May 03, 2022, 08:59:43 PM
You are missing the point op. BTC has already achieved success by growing in popularity thanks to several countries adopting it as their primary currencies. Other countries are already getting influenced by these developments.

This is a good thing because more and more countries are realising the significance of BTC and other cryptocurrencies which helps the cryptocurrency market in the long-term.
Awareness and recognition is really increasing as years passing and thanks to these initiatives and acts which in related with adoption which do really make other countries on might really be ending up on the same decision even though its not an assurance but at least we do really make out some noise which could possibly really make out some potential or future actions to be made on upcoming years to come.
El salvador had failed? Too early to say considering that we dont even reach a year time before they do make btc as a legal tender. Its too early imho.
2231  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question for regular casino players. Will you use Lightning if available? on: May 03, 2022, 08:46:28 PM
though there are some tutorials found in the forum regarding the use of ln, still many people prefer the usual way, which is the native network. i guess, users/players are used to it and only few actually knew how LN works. also, how many exchanges have you seen using LN?

That would be my case. I don't use LN, and I don't know the technology in depth either. If we add to that that I prefer to play poker on fiat sites, mainly because of the better traffic but also because of better software and security, it is quite unlikely that I would try it if it were available, although I do not rule out doing it for the novelty, because after all it is a technology that is becoming more advanced and that at some point I will have to try it, either on betting sites or others.

People would normally jump in on the time that they are seeing that it has been used by majority or does really have some significant numbers who had been using it then it cant really be denied

2232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders Stop Being Greedy. on: May 03, 2022, 07:59:36 PM
One of the things that works for most traders is how to get more profit which causes traders to move away from their trucks. A big problem for traders is that they use whole assets during trading which is completely foolish. They may think that if more assets are used then its profit will be more. But at one point they even lost their stored capital.
Just like when you do gamble on where you do start small and on the time that you had made out some profits or wins then this is the time you do make out some all-in kind of decision which is something
a gambler like kind of decision and on being greedy which it shouldnt really be tolerated when you are dealing with crypto trading because this isnt something that you could really that
bother out yourself on making out decisions which you know that could really mess up your entire analysis if you do have this kind of set-up.
2233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: May 02, 2022, 11:41:03 PM
Gambling is frowned up in my country and although there are virtual casinos operating here and advertising on television channels, there isn't any data statistics relating my country to gambling activity. And maybe that is because it's impossible to release accurate results, since most gambling activity works on the background of the society, in a shady manner, with the exception of the lottery ran by the government.
Anyway, I guess gambling is very popular in my area, because most people I've known practiced gambling at least once during their lifetime, being it at slots, bingo, lottery, sports betting, roulette, cards and much more.
In what country is that which they allow ads on television? In my country, it's not allowed if it's not government-approved.

That's why it could be the same in your country but I just want to know what it is. But right now, it's quite a long until I've seen ads for gambling.

My country is starting to legalize those huge operations because of the tax that they give to the government.
Television advertisement doesnt mean that everything could really be shown of and there's regulatory board which would really be in concern on what things should be showed on tv screen
considering that there are minors or youths which could potentially able to see those gambling ads if ever they would be allowing it which it would be totally not really that good or inappropriate.
Here on my country there are several casinos too but i didnt see any ads regarding about these things which i do say that it is really just right.
2234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Fiat Will Always Be The Norm on: May 02, 2022, 10:59:37 PM
The government will always hate the fact that bitcoin is decentralized, as they won't have any control on it, so most likely fiat will always stay in its position and will always be the norm in the financial industry. Although inflation has continue affecting our world's economy, but i guess we can't do nothing about it as long as fiat will always remain as the official currency, and bitcoin will always be considered as a threat to fiat.
Inflation is the major thing that is being talked whenever there is someone to adopt/use bitcoin. As stated governments never take the inflation causing the lack of purchasing power, but it requires everything to be under its control. Even the government knows well about the positive side of bitcoin, but they never say the good. Always try to suppress it with negative statements. Hope things will change, as small countries around are adopting bitcoin.
Better not to make yourself that hopeful for government to have some u-turn in speaking about cryptocurrencies which it would really be still focusing or ending up on throwing negative sentiments and feedbacks
or the worst do make out direct ban without any questions or reconsiderations but well this isnt something surprising for government to do so because it would really be something like this.
Fiat would remain no matter what and its true that crypto cant take over as long they are on the peak on the chain, Crypto would still remain as an alternative nor matter what.

I'll see what we can do about the mobile number problem, because it seems to be really many people that they do not want to register because of the mobile number verification.
Many people are skeptical of it because when registering it shouldn't require number verification because many people are too privacy about their numbers so some people don't want this.

Some people may have no problem with number verification to register on your platform but some people still doubt whether this is safe enough or not even though you say it's only for verification.
I hope there will be changes or removing the verification number during registration.
Agree, I hope the OP removes the part that lists Numbers. At first, I signed up and when there was a section where I had to enter a cell phone number, I gave up my intention to join. In my opinion, if this casino doesn't implement KYC then why should any of us have to include a mobile number? KYC and mobile number are the same part in providing personal data that are related to each other.
Maybe they worry about bots and fixing showing up on their site hence the need for a mobile number or even KYC. Though I agree with you, any kind of personal data collected or required in casino/gambling sites would have strong disapproval from users, barring some of them from using the sites because of privacy.
Dealing up with things thats attached to crypto is something that do really correlates about privacy or decentralization on where we do really expect that whenever a new site pops out then
we are really that anticipating that its kyc free but its true that asking out some mobile phone number is something that against on what we do prefer.
If you dont like then you can simply skip it since there are lots of options that you could choose from on the current market today on where there are
lots of options to choose from.
2236  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low, Sell high? on: April 30, 2022, 07:59:25 PM
Why does everyone think the same? I mean it shouldn't be like this right? I have been long enough to hear "buy low, sell high" a million times so far, and it has always been said when the market is low, but for some reason, people still do not feel hopeful when the price is low.
They only know "buy low and sell high" but they don't know what is a considered "low" on those coins. They are waiting for low price but they have no idea when is the "actual" low price. Just imagine they are waiting until the lowest price possible but in the end the price is going opposite of what they are thinking so far, that's what most people failed on trading because of that kind of mindset.

They only know the "phrase" but they don't know how to do it in real case. What a shame.
No one really knows on what would be the "low" when it comes to price yet its never been predictable in the first place which means that decisions would really vary or totally different to each other
because we do have different decisions when it comes to these things on where we do make our own analysis and differ from time to time.Whether we had able to get in on the sweet spot
or just too early or just too late.No one really knows thats why we are really indeed need to take risk on every decision that would be made.
2237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: April 30, 2022, 06:59:43 PM

This is what i like and truly acceptable on which a boxer who do really admits on something that he lacks on a particular fight rather than on evading or trying out to deny that he had done his best. Its true that it is
some sort of boastful kind of claims on taking down Tagoe in 3-4 round but it didnt happen and pretty much sure that Garcia itself was fully aware on how things been doing and what he do really lacks.
Ring rust might they say neither it would be true or not but at least he do made out some realization now.

At least he knows when to humble himself down and admit that he is not that fully back to be the knockout specialist again, but he did knock down Tagoe on the 2nd round despite Tagoe being a pain in the eyes in the ring often times, but Garcia didn't finished the fight somewhere in 3 or 4 rounds just like what he said before the fight schedule. Either way, I don't also think that Tagoe can defeat Garcia in any way. He just fighting for money and not to open more doors in his career.
You do see that Tagoe is just too scared basing or just looking on his facial experience and on how he moves which is really that obvious and its true that Tagoe isnt here for the win but rather for the money
that he would able to get on this fight or simply he had realized on first round that he cant beat up Garcia in terms of speed and power but still surprisingly that Tagoe does have that stamina
to last until the last round but well if you do make some running all the time then its not really that surprising to last that long.
I guess we expected something from Tagoe because he is like a mystery to me as he is not that known but according to his record, he is a decent and pretty much can bring out the best of Garica, unfortunately we got the opposite of it.

Well, his only goal is to grab that much money from fighting Garcia and he made it. I was just not impressed by the result of the match.
Lots had been disappointed on what Tagoe had done because this isnt something we do expect and its true that we are anticipating on giving a decent match.Well, as long he do able to bring out the best of Garcia
but not that much because of too much running which it is understandable that he doesnt really like to win against him and minding on how he would be lasting until the last round.
I do really hate that kind of boxing style on which it does involve too much on not to engage in fights.
2238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Dogecoin become the new BTC? on: April 29, 2022, 11:35:29 PM
Is it possible that dogecoin can beat BTC after Elon musk takes over Twitter? Imagine if Dogecoin is well accepted throughout the world then BTC wouldn't this makes Dogecoin the new coin? This might sound too crazy to dream about but that Elon musk guy can make anything possible.
Nope, it cant be possible because Elon isnt the one who would dictate out the entire market even though he would make Doge as a primary coin to be accepted on Twitter but it wont really be enough on
kicking off BTC into its top ranking spot because the market isnt really just rolling or turn around only on Elon but well it would make out some significant effect in price towards Doge
but that wont be enough for it to overtaken Bitcoin in overall adoption and recognition and we might even possibly see that Bitcoin would be included on the list of Elon for it
to be integrated.

2240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to have the same effect on alts? on: April 29, 2022, 08:59:19 PM
I'm not an expert on this but a little my opinion
bitcoin will forever affect other alt values because all cryptocurrencies are based on the value of bitcoin, although there are very few coins that experience an increase when bitcoin is experiencing a decline
Not all the time but most likely it would really be always the trend setter on which if the price is declining or lets say bitcoin is on bearish mode then its impossible that we are seeing the alt market to sustain on being bullish.Lets just always presume and treat up that it would be always looking for prices to be correlated to each other and bitcoin would be the main trend setter.
We dont know if one day alts would be really that independent and that would really be depending if these coins or projects would be totally established.
