I believe it depends on a certain person's financial status.

I would never introduce an online betting casino to someone who is struggling in his life, especially if he has a family to feed, even if he is a gambler. But, if a certain person is a professional gambler, I don't think it's a bad idea to introduce him in a new kind of betting platform, an online one.
