Now I just need to add fiat value to the BTC tracked from signature campaign so I know for sure what is my fiat gain.

If you are in your early years of BTC accumulation, it might not be that big of a deal if you track if your BTC holdings are in gain or not.

Of course, with BTC prices going up, it is likely that almost everyone is in gain, at least for the moment... so the main point to me would be to be trying to continue to accumulate and have strategies for doing that on a regular basis... and of course, it can be quite challenging to even consider accumulating regularly (rather than lump sum if the BTC price ends up shooting up from $50k to $250k.. and then so many guys are going to be considering a correction at some point).. so it is not easy to decide what to do, especially if you are in relatively early stages of BTC accumulation  (even less than a few years of BTC accumulation seems like a short period from my perspective regarding how building wealth tends to go for a vast majority of normies).

I guess it is now more than 3 years of serious accumulation but in my perspective it is early. I started in 2017 but it was very late and only by 2018 was I earning properly from a very long term campaign,,, until the service shut down.

As you said, just because now we are almost back at the ATH, it would be highly unlikely for most people to be in a loss (or even I should say highly unlucky).

But we should be and I am prepared for a very long term loss even in the future.

For no contest there aren't odds on it as the odds providers (atleast the ones I have bet on those rare matches and had the bets settled with) have voided the bets and gave back the wagered amount.

As for the vegas bouts, here is the next multimaster challenge for you to bet on for Vegas 39:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5364124.msg58106750#msg58106750

Ah too bad,,, I bet you a lot of people would start looking those markets if there was any. I try to look in all the markets and most odds are so low still, even to go the distance is not big enough to make it very exciting to bet. I guess it is just because not a lot of betters or money behind it yet.

And I put in my picks already thank you!
1504  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dream Bitcoin 100k on: October 06, 2021, 05:31:25 PM
Although the price of Bitcoin has shown a positive trend, it does not mean that the price of Bitcoin will increase to reach the price of $100k.
It is true that many attack Bitcoin, but it seems that Bitcoin is not much affected by the attack. Evidenced by the price of Bitcoin that continues
to rise, it proves the development of Bitcoin can not be stopped. So as long as we can be patient holding Bitcoin, the price target we want
can be achieved.

Of course not,,, and I always believe up is as likely as down, but zero is still more likely than anything else above ATH,,, and I know the math and the fundamentals do not agree,,, but Bitcoin has never really been an asset to follow the rules.

And secretly I like to think negative so that all the positive things that should happen will always be something of a nice surprise for me  Cool
1505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: October 06, 2021, 05:14:52 PM
I really like Italy's game plan rather than Spain's. Because they don't play very boring like just passing the ball among them all the time and end the match like that. Spain are just the example that I have given. They have talented players but the game plan is just very boring you know. Italy can defeat them and advance to the final.

Imagine even 5 years ago saying this about Italy, right guys? That the team does not play boring football and tries to attack more instead of doing longball and hope for the best?

But we must credit fully the teams of Serie A who are behind this change of pace for national football.

If Juventus won every time and never needed to worry about Napoli or AC Milan or Atalanta,,, we would still be seeing boring old Italy.

One question is: Where is Mourinho magic power?  Grin

Hey,,, it is still there;)

I was okay with him at Spurs but I think finally he found his right spot now and please do not forget that forgotten Chelsea man Tammy Abraham who is England's most expensive export is now in the national team because of his superb performances playing for Mourinho.

THERE is his magic  Grin
1507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 06, 2021, 03:36:22 PM
Tottenham really needed the victory and they obtained it against Aston Villa even they had a hard time. Now, their next competitor is Newcastle like you said. Newcastle are one of the easiest opponents for them actually. Because they still have zero win in seven matches. However, Tottenham should still be very careful against them as Newcastle would like to get their first win here. Tottenham couldn't beat them in their last away match against Newcastle (2-2). But they must win now to maintain a decent form.

As a Spurs fan, please do not bet on Spurs,,, Newcastle have yet to win and when a good team like them faces such a bad record, then you know it will have to end sooner or later.

I have a bad feeling my team is the prime candidate in this case, to hand Newcastle a handsome 3 points. This is what we seem to be good at this season.
1508  Economy / Economics / Re: Is budgeting still effective in tackling the need to constantly withdraw money? on: October 06, 2021, 03:16:18 PM
Anybody who does not budget is going to suffer at the end of the day,,, unless savings is not what you want to do.

You either make a budget like a normal household so you know how much you spend (and know what to cut out),,, OR

You make a savings target and meet that every month no matter what.

This brings me to a big point in crypto fundraising. Does anybody know of any project that does budgeting? No, right? And why is everybody surprised even with a big CFO they suddenly lose money and run out of funds for operation?

My last majestic7 results were one of the worst I made so far and I only got one correct goals scorer, that was Jamie Vardy for Leicester City.
It was hard round to predict and some matches ended up without goals, like I talked about it few days ago.
There is no need to rush with Round 8 predictions, because of boring international matches  Tongue

Exactly the same as mine, I got one correct prediction and it was Vardy too Smiley I predicted myself that I will not get more than 3 correct prediction so I was right. Looking at the matches for matchday 8,  I will not expect too much again like the matchday 7 but maybe we can get better result with more than 1 correct prediction.

I beat all of you guys, I made zero correct predictions as I tried to get too smart and go with the guys I thought for sure must know how to find the goals again.

Maupay, Rodriguez, Zaha, Bamford, Kane, Antonio, Jimenez. At least 3 of those scored in the previous game so I thought well,,, for sure one of them revives his goalscoring career. I was wrong  Tongue

Watford has more point than Newcastle United  and the manager gets sacked. Newcastle has not won a game this season. Personally I don’t think it necessary for Watford to sack Xisco in the first place Good luck to Ranieri, it would be interesting to see if he makes it to Christmas. Raneiri is a good manager. He guided Chelsea to 2nd spot in the premier ship before Abramovic money and his work at Leicester was Phenomenal. I hope he stays long this time and improve Watford just like he did at Chelsea and Leicester.

Yes but Watford are one of the most prolific clubs when it comes to firing managers,,, I think since the were last in the EPL they fired 3 managers already but I do agree Ranieri is the most prominent ones to arrive at the club ever since I can remember.

And who forgets what he did for the legendaries Foxes anyway? So awesome also this guy as a person.

1513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🎰 Sportsbet.io 🎰 "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds on: October 06, 2021, 09:46:41 AM
We busted yesterday as I can see from my bet that settled. I couldn't find out how many corners but we needed 17 to make a Blackjack and I doubt that was the corner count  Grin

Today's soccer blackjack is on the Nation's League semi final match between Italy vs Spain (line will close 5 hours from now)

https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/sportsbet-specials/daily-specials/soccer-blackjack/italy-spain-615c859a947f467d82213c8f

There's a huge possibility for the match to go extra time and it's also counted in the totals right ?

I believe it is, so this makes this a risky game,,, or a very good one. Internationals are usually very low in goal count, so maybe 30 extra minutes is not a bad thing. I put my usual stake on this one in this case!
1514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past three months bitcoin journey on: October 06, 2021, 09:06:51 AM
I see it now,,, thank you. Every time I see this kind of thread it inspires me to think about myself (and also envy as I said in previous post). I never made a real calculation unfortunately,,, as the main site/wallet that I used to accumulate has closed down, but I might be inspired to open a thread to keep track of my monthly/bimonthly earnings too.

Part of the establishing of a reasonable BTC budget is to make sure that you have your cashflow in order.

I personally like to attempt to plan out my cashflow for 2 years, and of course, my further out plan is more loose but the plan within 6 months is more specific and having to be more careful that it is specifically covered and not making any major mistakes.  I have been in such practice for about 30 years, and I have used an Excel spreadsheet for that in about the past 20 years.

That is definitely the way to do it. I am a bit more old school with notebooks and then only final calculations on digital copies,,, especially like with my signature campaigns and BTC I have started to migrate to Google spreadsheet to keep my own balances. It is additional cashflow to my existing salary, but because it is also used to supplement my expenditure I keep track of final fiat value sold and eventual BTC saved over. For only 4 years now this is going but that is about 60-70% of my total BTC hodlings. And every year I try to increase hard target for that percentage to becomes less (as in, to add more actual buying) as I move fiat savings more into BTC buying and less into fund-investing.

Now I just need to add fiat value to the BTC tracked from signature campaign so I know for sure what is my fiat gain.

By the way has something happened to Clubtalk "Special Offers" tab? It no longer works and I used to use it to keep track of all the specials like Blackjack. Now the last post there was a brighton vs Arsenal Superboost.
Perhaps Steve was updating the information, or maybe someone else did it ... but somehow the beginning of his vacation coincides with the termination of up's.

No actually,,, this particular channel has stopped working since Brighton Crystal Palace on September 27 (my mistake I said Brighton Arsenal) so it has been over one week already. Now that channel is filling up with spam since it is no longer posting Offers.

It is not a problem as I said before since they update it in the main channel but once everybody spams it can get pushed up and missed being seen by people.
1516  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, I salute your final ATH. on: October 06, 2021, 04:52:42 AM
I can add a second confirmation that all people on all sides of fences are continuing to remain on their respective sides of fences. So here we all are, needing each other to validate each other,,, without one side there cannot be an opposing side. So I welcome his salutations and wait to see which side is right (and being right is never permanent!).

I can confirm that $50,000 is actually in strikethrough and $51,000 is the ATH being saluted.

I add on my obligatory confirmation that nothing has changed since I last posted this,,, we need each other here and I am happy for the right to cheer now, so that we can be the ones on the other side of the prediction when this next happens.

51k,,, last one to salute? Enjoy while it lasts! Wink
1517  Economy / Economics / Re: US with problems to raise the debt ceiling... again on: October 05, 2021, 03:01:31 PM
Min wage has stayed 40 years and wage increase is <1% a year.
Another common phenomenon we are seeing. Wages being stagnant or increasing at below inflation rates, resulting in real terms pay cuts due to inflation. The average blue collar US worker has never had a higher wage in real terms than they had in 1973. Although only being paid at $4 per hour then, that was equivalent to over $23 per hour in today's money due to inflation.

Yes,,, I have seen all the memes about Boomers who had jobs as waitress and station attendants able to buy nice houses and finish paying them off by the nineties.

It is completely the same here. You could work for the government on very low salary but you would own a house, car, even send kids to uni and finish paying everything off in 30 years and retire on good pension

Now, even with 40 year loans you would need 10% downpayment which is in any case 20 years salary to collect. I know only one or two people in my school who have houses and even that is far away from the city. Us we are all renting until we retire Sad

Actually my last post for my DCA for the last month was made on 18th Sep as it was made under a separate post in this same thread.I think you have ignored that post so you could probably have a look at it.Yes i was happy to accumulate more in the dips and for me dips are opportunity to stack more not a sign of panic sell because don't want to repeat same mistakes again.

Which is a different form of DCA I guess but in effect the same as buying every period. Good luck again, do not watch the markets and you will lose that panic.
1519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why does AXS continue to increase in the market while others experience dumps? on: October 05, 2021, 11:55:33 AM
Because a lot of people in Asia are using it and gaming it,,, and bringing even more and more people into it. It is being heavily promoted all over online spaces and Youtube gamer girls are all doing it.

So the growth is creating demand creating price surge. That is how simple it all is.

Until it stops becoming popular Smiley

Be a strong reason why he is still at Old Trafford. Fans will definitely question this, should be some of these inconsistent results be a reason to replace him, especially there are rumors that CR is not happy being coached by Ole, maybe because he thinks Man United need a coach who accurate in strategy if want to get throphy, because being a champion is what CR expected when he moved from Juve. However, who do you think is the right person to coach Man United if that happens?

Fans are already questioning it, and they have since last season,,, but remember he has a diehard base of supporters from his playing days winning the Treble with them and giving them so many good memories. So for that he has a lot a lot of credit with the fans. The club owners also know this and perhaps they are looking for someone really with good pedigree but have not found yet an agreement so Ole continues until they found this person, whoever it is.
