AMD miner?
I just watched the video and he mentions it is equihash. So amd cards will not be as efficient on it than using an Nvidia card. He mentions it mines in sol and not hashes at the very beginning of the video. This should give you a nudge of what card is best to mine this new algorithm. ^^^ Some people are mining it w/ their amd rigs on discord though

For me their nvidia miner is crappy as hell - 5out of 12 same cards do not mine with it and i do have huge pagefile. Windows. Also what is ideal OC for 1060s or 570s to mine this?
Also I did not found anything about payouts on sparkpool. Sparkpool is not showing my hashrate from the working amd rig anymore. I also had the mentioned issueswith miner and wallet downloads, even whole beam site was inaccessible.
So overall looks promising.
lol that last comment makes your post fwiw sparkpool will only payout above 5 beam accumulated and I believe it must be manually requested currently (apparently due to beam atm)

I heard FPGA are already mining this unfortunately
have some reference? fpga could potentially be mining everything and/or nothing

I can't recommend fine tuned overclocks until I've had days to test them -- if I did and then everyones rigs start crashing I failed -- cut me some day 1 slack

I got them for much less than even your price they arrive today 1/2/19 I don't agree with phillip and the logic of buying old ass S9's. I respect your opinion, but to me numbers don't lie. SNAP SHOT TODAY 1/2/19 SPX36 - 339% Profit margin S9 - 15% How many did you buy :O & would you pm me the price out of curiosity? (I wont go and cry to them etc btw lol)

I actually have 2 of these coming that i ordered from them at a decent cost. Sorry dog this came out 2 days later you missed the coupon code. only 7300 after coupon. still too costly 4400 watts = 106 watts a day or 3180 kwatts a month 5 cent power that is 159 usd in power and the gear is now making 16 a day so 480 a month - 160 = 320 a month that is a 23 month break even number. a suggestion to vosk to be fair you need to mention power cost. if you have 5 cent power this costs about 160 a month to run if you have 10 cent power this costs about 320 a month to run if you have 15 cent power this costs about 480 a month to run. if it earns 25 a day that is 750 a month minus power if it earns 20 a day that is 600 a month minus power if it earns 15 a day that is 450 a month minus power To me if I had 5 cent power I would buy 4 used s9i's for the 1100 gives me 55th using 5 kwatts power cost = 180 a month I earn 336 with the 55th I net 156 a month I am breakeven in 7 months vs 23 months. and I spent 1100 not 7300 Agreed I wanted to talk about numbers w/o power cost and then w/ an estimated power cost but when shooting I forgot to shoot that part so I just ran with the footage I had profitability has been holding up well on this, which is cool to see at a minimum -- also no downtime on the unit / issues https://www.nicehash.com/miner/1FN6ddxGrwS5yH3nJLBuwsLLruFmRzYCx9

Saw the video.
What I liked the most about SP gear is the military grade build quality when you compare it to say an Bitmain product. Really hope to see these guys make gear say for SHA256 again or maybe for ETH Dash.
Regarding the profitability, who knows. Maybe we hit the crypto bottom and these might ROI quicker than expected.
Exactly -- ^ fingers crossed we've already bottomed out and could start our climb back up . . would be a nice change of pace lol

the question your voskcoin link on youtube says 35% off...is that the current 10K or so price...or it that a further 35% off the price listed on the spondoolies site not saying I'm getting one..but that makes a big difference these days brad it takes 35% off of their current winter sale price

Is the Obelisk Tech DCR1 Decred ASIC miner worth buying? Lets review the good and bad parts of this ASIC miner! Subscribe to VoskCoin - http://bit.ly/VoskCoinhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0QjhvaoQpcThe Obelisk Tech DCR1 Decred ASIC miner is a miner developed specifically to mine Blake256r14 mining algorithm which has the only notable cryptocurrency coin on it as Decred DCR. The Obelisk DCR1 uses 28nm technology same as the Obelisk SC1 Siacoin miner. What is very interesting about these two ASIC miners from Obelisk Tech is the fact they are relatively modular, so you could load SC1 Siacoin ASIC boards into a DCR1 ASIC miner by replacing the DCR1 ASIC hash boards in the machine.
