41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dose meme helps a crypto to be viral? on: November 24, 2020, 08:32:09 PM
Memes doesn't really help in marketing of a project. Not like before when there are few coins in the space. Lot of memes are plagiarized or based on same thing like, when moon? To the moon and others. Stuffs like that doesn't attract potential investors in my opinion. Memes only worked for first set of coins.
Not to criticise your opinion but I do think it do still contribute when promoting a project. The content within a meme makes essence into it in a sense that it could promote awareness on the existence of something in the content.

Yeah, and that's same thing I said. Generally, not all projects that organize a meme contest receives a good results. Most contents are existing contents. You should try look into submissions of any project that organizes meme contest and see what most submissions is all about. Aren't saying it is bad, but contents are always as unique as they should be. Memes should be unique because it's like a message and I won't wanna see same meme on two different projects.

43  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello Everyone on: November 24, 2020, 04:12:35 PM

I have been reading about arbitrage and arbitrage bots, but I really do not know, if there are actually genuine arbitrage bots that could give genuine timely signals.

Also, I am looking for long term investments like I wish I had invested 100$ in bitcoin in 2010, anyone believes such opportunities still exist?
Vabsy

Arbitrage is profit if all off the condition is met. When I say conditions, there are things you should check before jumping on a coin with Arbitrage.
You should check
- If it's withdraw able
- If deposit is allowed on the other exchange
- Fee for withdrawal
- Is there volume
- Also check the buy other rates
If all of these are correct, then you're good.
I personally use Coingap to check for Arbitrages. Then I check to see if all of the conditions are met.

This is like a worst advise. ICO and Pre-ICO are no longer a thing and everyone knows that. Even IEO isn't trendy.
44  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake or nitrogen my point of view on: November 24, 2020, 02:22:41 PM
Tnx for your reply i am talkimg on sports bets casino is not my realy thing i have enough bonuses from stake i really dont need to promote them (= just  help people to find good place to put there sports bet even of there are winners

We really can't help it because it was just funny that a "whale" like you come back into the forum after 5 months and then shill for Stake and even tell that there are "5 high rollers that move from nitrogen to stake". And then we have the Stake signature campaign coming back? Probably it was just all coincidence  Grin.

Thanks for your valuable feedback anyways.

Well, it may look like a coincidence and also a shill, but shilled in a professional manner. It's not spammy and it is well detailed.
If am to choose between these two platforms, I will go for stake. Starting with the fast withdrawal, mobile friendly site and faster customer support response which is what's  needed most. Why would someone choose a platform with poor email service?
Nitrogen may be good but they need to improve. Just my own opinion.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proof of pure luck on: November 23, 2020, 09:26:04 PM
Well, my thought is I don't think changing the system will make you luckier. I think it is more of you will feel lucky but not so lucky at all.
People tend to look for a perfect scheme however, there is just none. This system has been known for years but still, --players are looking for more. Perhaps it is because they consider gambling as their way of living even though gambling is only made for recreational players. It's really pure of luck if you will fight against the house edge.

System is made so that gamblers lose more than they win otherwise casino's wouldn't exist and make their business profitable.
Every gambler thinks he can find the strategy to be above the system butt that is not possible.  With s little bit of luck you can win something from time to time but don't expect that you will find the strategy to bit the casino.

Exactly the point. Casinos knows what they do. If a gambler discovers a strategy, it will only work for a short period. It stops working once the casino discover that there is a strategy that is being used to collect money from then. Next thing they do is to change the way the game is programmed and it will only favour the first set of gamblers that discovers the strategy.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Argentina raises Gambling tax on: November 23, 2020, 07:09:15 PM
Well, for me, 5% is actually huge amount of tax on winnings and 10% for companies that run in other low taxation countries. This is just a like a reap off. This tax would hurt if winnings is huge and would even hurt more is the government doesn't make use of it in the right way. And this can't be good for small operators. Some might move their business elsewhere or look for a way to bypass tax.
47  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Sell binance-trade.net Bitcoins 12k USD on: November 23, 2020, 11:27:06 AM
Is it some kind of scam? I think I have never heard of this site before and it reminds me the escrow scam site where user used to get a digit for selling something, and that digits are digit only, no real BTC.

It's probably a scam. It's a scam for me just by looking at the domain name. The telegram username is also look like a scammy move to me.The website is a cheap website no real. And even if it's real, this can be easily hacked by hackers. I wouldn't advice anyone to trade on the website no matter how good the rate or if there's any offer.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 22, 2020, 09:35:30 PM
You won't believe but I managed to win 80 LTC by having 5 LTC but I became too greedy and only cashed out only 50 LTC If i'm not mistaken I think I played a blackjack.

You must be very brave to have bet 5 LTC to win 80 LTC. I don't know if you accumulated it by betting multiple times but you're lucky. You are not greedy, you seems to see gambling as an entertainment and would have a more gambling control after this experience of yours.
Personally, I would better withdraw more than 60% of my winnings and bet with the rest. And I don't mind spending it with friends or anything.
49  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Experience, Be Aware! on: November 22, 2020, 07:55:29 PM
Haven't heard of this before, these scammers are getting creative lately
Yeah, that's why one has to be careful.
It is now more difficult to know who to help on internet these days. Many scammers on telegram, and they work as team and it's easy to know because they all use the same scam format. Report to telegram once you receive any DM from users claiming their funds got stuck on an exchange.
50  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: November 21, 2020, 09:29:21 PM
No at all, and it would better gain for user that bet gambling site that shows balance in bitcoin fractions. The only issue is when you deposit when the price up and then there is a price dump, it will be so difficult to gain it back.
Only a good gambling strategy can help in such situation.

I have a table in Google docs. In this table, I keep a record of all my casino accounts. I have written down where are the amounts in bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies. I record how much I won and how much I lost and all this data is recorded in cryptocurrencies.
In the same way, I record my income and losses from trading operations.
For trading statistics and records then i would say that it is really worth but for gambling? I dont see that it would really be that needed for some tracks about
on how much you lost and how much you do earn. For the sake of remembering accounts then that would do but for profitability? Not all would really be minding that much.

In this case where this shows that you are taking gambling as a source of income yet you tallied everything and when you do saw that your entire
portfolio is on red then you might really be playing even more just for you to break even.

Bitcoins price might or might not affect someones gambling activity or gameplay.

Can trading also be said to be a stable source of income? I bet the answer is no.
I see nothing wrong in keeping track of one spending and gambling isn't excluded. You never know, you might forget or want to reference something.
You can put the statistics in a language you can understand and interpret, as long as you it involves finance.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 4% return - compounded DAILY on: November 21, 2020, 06:51:47 PM
Is this a serious thing?  freebitco.in/ - scroll down 1/2 way of page.  EARN INTEREST ON YOUR DEPOSITS section.

Just curious, didnt see anyone mention, but 4% daily compounded interest is kind of exciting if it is legit.....any one any info?

Its not 4% daily but 4% anually ( every year ) but you will get your interest daily. It breaks down to around 0.011% everyday and if you keep on compunding it, it will hit around 4% anually. Not a sweet deal but if you got something to put in then its all good but I wouldnt really recommend to put in big amount just for the sake of getting 4% anually

They even put it up on their website about this

Please lock down this thread once you find satisfied answer to that

4% Annually is too small, but if you are not in a hurry and wanted safe investments then this is applicable for you.

I agree with you, especially if the amount is small. As a whale, that would be a good return. And also better if funds are well insured by the website in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
I hope this thread gets locked soon by OP.
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 21, 2020, 12:19:20 PM

P.S : I did play the game again after a few days and recovered some of the $. But this time I quit the game while I was in profit.  Tongue

P.P.S : I was conscious while I was trying to recover the lost funds and I tried only till that point where I can't afford to lose anymore. I always keep in mind the amount that I can afford to lose.
It happens to every gambler out there. But good thing you said you recovered some of the lose. And I guess you went back with the intentions of gaining your loss. You were lucky you won something back.
What I do now after I see I'm on losing spree is pause for sometime to analyse my strategy. Gambling is all about the strategy that works for you.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another person losses $20k to Fake Uniswap on Google Play on: November 21, 2020, 09:46:31 AM
Google play check files that are uploaded to them against malware/virus but I think they never check if its a scam or pretending to be a legit application
i think I have read somewhere that they only scan, this application for any encrypted virus,

This could be true and it hurting it's user. Apps that involves Finance or funds should be well scanned, check for clones and not only viruses. Scams like this are more dangerous than installing a virus on device. iOS app store does their best to make sure they don't have clones and also app are safe and well optimised.

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 25k new Bitcoin addresses in 1 hour on: November 20, 2020, 12:47:24 PM
No. It doesn't really validate the inflow of new users. Some wallet users would prefer splitting their coins into different address because it's easy to create wallet without having to perform any verification, all that is needed is just storing your private keys.
The only way to validate those address is to know if there are coins in them. If there is coins in huge percentage, then it's a bullish sign for us.
57  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free betting tips by Janinjo on: November 20, 2020, 10:26:40 AM
Do you have plans selling your pick once you showed a successful run?

It usually start with FREE, FREEMIUM, then PREMIUM picks, this is only my observation though, I could be wrong.

That's always the case in most case. And the thing is they usually perform well when dropping free picks but when they notice a lot of interest in their picks, this gets into their head and wang to monetize it. I'm not saying it's bad to monetize bet picks but it usually doesn't make them analyse games like they do when they give free picks.
I just hope OP won't give be like this.
58  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam alert] Chippmixer.com on: November 19, 2020, 10:25:31 PM
That's a very smart scam attempt from them. Now that they are busted, I help this thread spreads awareness so that people won't fall victim of their phishing attempts. And try to make the link not clickable, it could cause confusion.
Make it something like this

59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free betting tips by Janinjo on: November 19, 2020, 10:10:30 PM
Hi,

I decided to share with you some betting tips, predictions, analysis... Every day I'll try to pick winning tips so we can all profit.
My favorite markets to bet on are over/under goals, corners, 1x2, and double chance. I prefer football and basketball. Most of my tips will be football.

I'll be using Units system for betting from 1 to 10. Meaning more units, the more secure I feel about this bet.

So here is my first tip.

Double - 19.11.2020.

De Graafschap - Cambuur over 2,5 goals
Bayern Munich - CSKA Moscow, CSKA Moscow wins
Odds: 2,01 (Bet365)
Bet: 5/10 units

Good luck everyone.

Here are the results of the first double:

  • De Graafschap - Cambuur 0: 2 lost
There were a total of 27 shots in the game! And just 2 goals. Unlucky.

  • Bayern Munich - CSKA Moscow 81:89 won
At halftime, CSKA were losing, but in the 3rd quarter, they started playing better and won easily the match.

STATISTICS November: -5 units

During the weekend I'll create google spreadsheets with all results. And tomorrow after work, I'll post tips for tomorrow evening and at the weekend.

That was a good one. Would like this thread to be more organised, and betting to be detailed. Example is the basketball game, one would mistake it for a football game. Try add country, and the section, like league 1, 2 or 3. It's convenient that way.
I've  added this to my watch list. Would come back for next tip.
