it still is stuck at 3938
It seems to be happening a bit. Mine got stuck back in the early 3000s for a couple of hours and a few hundred blocks. I shut it down and restarted it and about 10 minutes later it caught up again.
Try just shutting it down and restarting it again first (if you haven't already).
If that doesn't work, you might try shutting the wallet down, deleting everything in your \AppsData\Roaming\bitcointx folder EXCEPT wallet.dat and bitcointx.conf (if you have one) and restarting.
Be extra careful you don't delete wallet.dat as that's where the private keys to your coins on the blockchain are.
There were just no blocks found...
People really have to check the block explorer before talking about wallet stuck.

As you can see below block 4167 and 4168 there was 1:40. Sometimes we have a lot of blocks after each other, and that is because a lot of people directly withdraw their coins from C-CEX, if people withdraw coins from C-CEX in different times then POS blocks will be generate with smaller timegaps.
