Hello, I'm Exmo user InverCiudad,
last 17/01 I made a withdrawal of funds(1150.90706 EUR) to my Mastercard, but I don't have anything yet. I'm very worried. What happend? I sent a lot of emails but Exmo doesn't answer me. It is very serious. Could you help me with that?.
Is there any user with a similar issue?

Not only you. Many have problems with transfer from/to exchange. You may wright here too - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2495826.new#new - here they say about EXMOCoin, on Twitter, Facebook etc... But they may block you on Twitter to read twits from EXMO as they do with me. I wrote there and in other forums. Only after this i receive answer from support: "... Wait another 3 days..." :-(

its looks like that they take money and gone!!I wish im wrong and maybe a mirical happens for those who believe i cant give another explenation they dont answer none from 1-2 february and hunderds people have similar problems you can see also facebook twiter more and more people with same problems lost monay for me im lucky maybe i lost only 250 dollars but other a lot more to shame for a site starting good and become like this https://twitter.com/Exmo_Com/status/959353358367813633

don't believe that scam exchange. They are same for at least 3 months. They are taking money and you are writing here they are giving after 1 weak. some people don't write here and they can not withdraw money. Don't believe don't deposit!

I was withdrawal PLN via MoneyPolo at 28/01/2018 11:41:41, but MoneyPolo cancel this payment and support MoneyPolo say me that EXMO must give me my money back (265.29PLN) so i was create ticket at 30.01. Today is 09.02 and EXMO support still ignore my ticket and no refund my money. Ticket ID: 355330, withdrawal id = 2760254. I Please again give me back my money.

I confirmed the withdrawal by e-mail.
However I did not receive my money yet.

the situation on the exmo exhange is really worrying, I am one of the many users who did not receive credit for their deposit; it is necessary to write in all the blogs, to report the problem to the competent authorities at European level and in Great Britain
my support ticket is the number 373468 if someone intends to solve, instead of telling us that they will go to Singapore or elsewhere, first they have to worry about solving these problems otherwise they will have a really short business

Dear Support Exmo! You Alive? any ok? I think exmo platform have many problems because in twitter/facebook very a lot of complaints and in bestchange exchangers monitor I see 114 negative claims! Please fix the bug in your server soft:
Error 10403: Your transaction confirmation is less than 6, the withdrawal is temporarily unavailable
not work withdrawal EX-CODE, I see this is error after 60 confirmations!
people are afraid to make a deposit on your platform, because you do not allow to withdraw, it's very sad

It's been more than a month since my issues of missing funds. My issues still have not been fully solved. Because after some refunds, I tried to withdraw EUR again through MoneyPolo, but again the money went missing.
Could you please have a look at my issue and escalate to the corresponding support/tech department to solve this issue for me ?
Issue ticket ID's are #303189 and #318680 (both are more than month old!).

Well Guys EXMO made me register and be proactive in the bitcointalk forums,
Let me share my experience with EXMO so far. I have registered November 2017 and got verified on the platform for less than 2 weeks using the Live Chat option, that was available before and everything was happening very fast. Support was proactive and gave all details. During Decemeber when prices went to the sky EXMO user bas increased from 40K daily to 120K daily. They were not prepared with that scale of ppl. Then on 27-nth December one of their Specialists (CEO) was kidnapped from their office in Ukraine. Ever since the kidnapping its been a HELL on EXMO platform i suppose this is because they are under investigation, every transaction has to be manually approved deposit or withdraw and guess what not by EXMO alone i suppose police is involved aswell and as we all know Police is slow everywhere in the world.
So for my experience, I exchanged a few Moneros and withdrew them using SEPA Euro through MoneyPolo i recieved my money ( 250 euro ) the next day i saw the message "PAID" in my finance dashboard on exmo. Then on 13.01.2018 i made a new exchange but this time using ZEC, i then withdrew (2060 EURO ) using same method but this time the SEPA transaction went through Crypto Capital, then a few days later i recieved "PAID" and thats it since then nothing has come to my bank account nor is support answering my mails. I believe the issues is with Crypto Capital so i Contacted them they aswered they can cancel my transaction but since the account is not mine on crypto capital while it is EXMO's account their are going to refund how will they know its my money ? So now, one month later still no answer form support i really hope they will atleast refund my account so i can use my money and figure how to get my money out.
So untill now my opinion is -> DON'T USE EXMO untill they fix issues.
Good thing is there is improvements slow but some.
