I tried to withdraw 0.021956 BTC today from EXMO wallet to another wallet. But got this error message:
Error 10403: Your transaction confirmation is less than 20, the withdrawal is temporarily unavailable

What does it mean?



I have the same problem, did you receive an answer?

I reported ticket: 332170

There is a second time when transfer from Exmo to Advcash is not reported in transaction history, in advcash but in is taken from my ballance account. Please take a look for tokens connected to my withdraw (my operation was between 11:55 - 12:10 at. 19.01.2017)

Last time you fixed this problem.

16-1-17 i was receive to sms and succefuly login two times
18-1-17 the sms stop to come and i have real problem now
i cant use my account

Each time I try to do a withraw I always receive an error message, this is the the message: Error 10326 (CryptoCapital PLN).

Hi Exmo,

Why withdrawals are not happening immediately ?
Why it is going in Verifying status ? 
In other exchanges we see the transaction within few minutes on the block chain.

My ETH withdrawal is stuck in Verifying status and not processed yet. Please process it urgently. Funds are stuck because of this.

We sent the inquiry to our sms center, they will check what the problem is.
If you want, we can disable two-factor authentication.
For it you must write an e-mail to support@exmo.com from the e-mail address with which you created your account.
Please, write the numbers of wallets with which you filled your account and make a high-quality screenshot that shows that you entered each wallet, as well as each transaction ID.
Also the terms of this transaction must have been done not less then 2 days ago.


i did send the emails from the one i make the email and how i can see this and answer these infos u aske if i cant login to my account ?
